Everyone there was very friendly! I called about a car I saw online. I knew I was upside down in my car but knew what I was getting into. Tim was great at explaining to us what that would entail as for as getting a loan. Unfortunately, the car I went in for didn’t workout, but I was able to get a much better car while getting an even better deal! It all had a unexpectedly great way of working out. The managers and other staff were friendly too! When we went back to financing we had an easy time with no hassle and GAP was already included in the negotiated price! She was very informative and knowledgeable, very personable as well. It took a while to get all of the details situated but part of that was on me and also they were very busy. They will probably stay very busy for the foreseeable future! 5/5, 10/10, 10/100! I would recommend it to everyone!

1. Salesman - Joe Santos was, hands down, the most pleasurable person I've dealt with when going through the stressful process of purchasing a vehicle. Joe, and his coworkers, all assisted in keeping our two boys happy and entertained as we went through the process on a SATURDAY, when they were super busy. 5/5 2. Dealership/Finance - The dealership has a splendid supply of new and used vehicles, I was able to find all of the vehicles I was interested in online. They price matched their online price and still had some wiggle room to barter. Always barter. Lindsay in finance had every piece of paperwork in order and ready to sign. It took less than 10 minutes in there to knock it all out. 5/5 3. Vehicle - the vehicle I bought, 2016 GMC Sierra Denali, was clean inside and out (9/10). Fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. I am ecstatic about my experience and would highly recommend you go through Joe Santos when you go there. You won't get any BS that comes with going to many dealerships and their salesmen. Great guy, great selection, great service.

Bob Lopez and James Conley were professional, and very very helpful before and during my purchase. Bob went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, he never made me feel pressured And was very helpful along with knowledgeable when he came to the different accessories and stuff in the truck I ended up purchasing. I would definitely recommend seeing these guys. Hands down the best experience I've ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I was there from roughly 10:00 in the morning until almost 5:00. Bob was very very patient with me even went on a couple of different test drives in a couple of different vehicles. I ended up looking at five or six different trucks and ended up with the one that I wanted. They were very determined to help me out and even gave me more for my two trade-ins than not only what I owed but also what the vehicles were worth. I had an all-around great experience during my purchase of my new truck. I was pretty nervous when I first got there because as we all know you always get bombarded by salesman just trying to sell a vehicle but dealing with Bob and James they were more than just salesman that day. They did a great job helping me and talking me through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend seeing these guys and going and purchasing a vehicle through them. Thank you both so much for your help in your time. I love my new 2021 GMC Sierra elevation.

I always have a positive experience when I schedule my service at Wyatt Johnson GMC. I usually use the GMC app to make an appointment, but someone at the dealership always calls to confirm and I also get a text reminder the day before. Angel Massa helps me get checked in and out quickly, and is very knowledgeable and helpful every time I’m there! Service is usually pretty quick, only an hour for an oil change, and they are great about providing shuttle service if I need it.

I dwelt with this dealer from out of state. They are terrible at returning calls and sending information when requested. You ask to speak to one person and they send you to someone else. Sales managers are always "in a meeting" or "with a customer". They say they'll call you back. But by the time they actually do the car you want is sold.

Went to Wyatt Johnson Toyota and they sold the truck right out from under me. We had worked the deal out over the phone, told them I would be there at 12 to finalize and sign the paperwork. When I arrived they were already selling the truck out from under the deal. To make it worse no apology nothing, it's the last day of the month and they wanted to get a sale. They don't worry about the way they treat a customer just the income. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN THE CLARKSVILLE FORT CAMPBELL AREA!!!!!!!

This dealership is completely unorganized. They only gave me half of my paperwork on the vehicle. Between them and navy federal credit union, I was never given a definite payment, but a payment "window" of what I would potentially be paying per month. They had to rewrite the buyers order 2 times and I had to get another check for the deal to go through because they didn't fill it out properly. Complete chaos at this dealership from top to bottom. Don't go here. Save your time. And a headache. Go somewhere else.

The only thing I can contribute is seek a way to increase the paper work (mainly processing the new registration) when the vehicle is paid in full when completed in finance. Everyone Dale Lewis, Tyler Lewis, floor manager at the time of purchase (between 2-3 PM Friday 30 Oct 15, Russell in Finance involved during the process were excellent.

Had a flat that I was told by other places they couldn't fix. Went to the dealership to see about a new tire but the service person asked to see if they could fix it instead. Not only could they fix it, but they were able to provide me with a low cost road hazard warranty for all my tires for not much more than it costs most places for one tire.

He was an honest sales man and believe me when I am not the most trusting person nor am I the easiest to work with. We purchased two from him the first time and I enjoyed the customer service he provided so much as soon as we decided to purchase another he was my first call. Though he worked at the GMC dealership he was able to help us with the sale of a Toyota, Mazda, and the final car was a Subaru. The staff in general at GMC are top notch. On a Monday I took an early lunch and test drove 2 different Terrains (4 Cycl Leather and 6 Cycl Cloth). I chose a third one (6 Cycl Leather). My great salesman and I went in and filled out some paperwork. I went back to work. My husband and I went to the dealership (Wyatt Johnson GMC Clarksville) that evening and signed the final paperwork and drove our vehicle home. This is our 3rd vehicle from them and will buy more. Out of all my years shopping for a vehicle this is by far the greatest team that me and my family have dealt with. Chuck the salesman was awesome. He treated my wife and kids like family. Best new car buying experience ever. I highly recommend Wyatt-Johnson GMC in Clarksville, TN. They went out of their way to insure I got exactly the color and options On the vehicle I wanted. They did not have it in stock, and GM had already stopped production on the 2015 Canyons. Wyatt-Johnson found the vehicle I wanted near Memphis and arranged a trade for it with one in their inventory. My truck was ready when promised, and all concerned from Mr Johnson through the Sales Consultant and new vehicle prep went out of their way to insure that I had a great purchase experience. I will not hesitate to go there first the next time I am in the market.

My 2012 GMC Sierra was knocking badly from 0-40 mph so I called W-J service and they said to bring in tomorrow at such and such time. My wife brought it in and after a few hours Josh told my wife it was the torque converter, etc, etc. We would have to leave it , the parts were ordered and she drove home in a new Arcadia loaner, wow pretty impressive I thought. The next day, Josh called and the truck was ready, wow again because he said chances are the parts won't be in next day. Great service, unexpected to get major parts and done in that short of time. Josh explained everything and I picked up the truck after hours with no problem, nice again. The broken part was unexpected and unusual according to Josh but we really appreciate the '10' service we got from everyone.Thank you, Jim Mullen

I was driving home from the bank and a black truck caught the corner of my eye on The Wyatt-Johnson lot. It was the truck that I have always wanted but didn't know if I could afford so I decided just to drive in and take a quick look when I was approached by a salesman named Josh. I told him that I was just looking and we got to talking about the truck. He let me look it over inside and out and before I knew it we were taking it for a test drive and I absolutely fell in love with it! Even though I was just looking Josh and I talked and decided to crunch some numbers to see where my payments would be after I told him where I would like them to be. The dealership ran the numbers pretty quickly and already had a bank picked out to finance. So after running everything he came back, showed me the numbers and I was pleased with what I saw. In my mind I thought I should go home and think about it but then I thought this might be my only opportunity and I figured this truck wouldn't be on the lot very long so we talked some more. It just happened that I was buying the truck that night! I couldn't be more pleased, satisfied and proud. Josh made the transaction very easy and seamless! I was traveling from Montgomery, AL to Clarksville,TN when the emission light came on. I was just past Nashville and had to drive on to Clarksville. We checked into the hotel and was in our room at 4:45pm so I called the Buick dealership and DOUG answered and he told me to bring my car in the next morning. I did not even leave my name so when I got to Wyatt-Johnson Buick, I asked to speak with DOUG and he said, "Are you my traveler?" and when I said yes, he introduced himself as DOUG. He was very friendly, informative and helpful. After showing me around, he took me to the waiting room. When my car had been repaired, Doug explained what they did, got my keys and walked me to my car. He also washed my car and had it test driven to be sure the light did not come on again. I would recommend Wyatt-Johnson and especially highly recommend DOUG. Thank you again, Doug for your kindness and help.

Jerry Anderson was the sales representative that we were so lucky to have today! Jerry went above and beyond in providing his service to our family. We got the vehicle we wanted in our price range with the down payment we wanted. He worked with us in every way he could. We are so happy we got the car we wanted and more. I took my vehicle in because it was making a weird noise. Come to find out it was something to do with the power train and was under warranty. They gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they worked on mine. After picking up the loaner, we had about 6" of snow and I was not able to get the loaner back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. Then I had a death in the family that night which fell on a weekend. They were very understanding that I would not be able to bring the loaner back and pick up mine until Monday. Doug Seay is an excellent service parts rep. He is very friendly and understanding and is always so helpful and not pushy. I have bought my last 2 vehicles from Wyatt Johnson and when I'm ready to purchase another one, they are who I will be going to. Thank you for great customer service.

A new car purchase is not normally considered a relaxing, stress free experience, especially if you are "old-school " and determined to get the best deal On 7 January 2014, I rolled into this beautiful state of the art dealership, after locating the vehicle in advance, and corresponding in person/via phone. During the process, I was provided a workspace and computer for access to banking, insurance and employer websites (Thanks Benny R!). At times the staff was actually waiting on me, instead of me sitting around waiting. The usually stressful experience was over in the blink of an eye. Of particular note, was the unexpected integrity of the staff. At least two mistakes were made in my favor, monetarily, after we agreed on a bottom line. Both were significant, and correctable, however these folks maintained their original word and I left with an even bigger grin, knowing I got the best deal. Thanks WJ Toyota for your hospitality both in knowledge of unfamiliar vehicle technology, the bargaining process and the financing. You beat USAA's rate and the manual FJ! is awesome. Penny spearheaded the deal to get her final two payments null and voided and even got us back $200, got the vehicle that my daughter wanted from another dealership, explained all the features (pros and cons) of the vehicle, did a price match with a lower price that I have gotten from another place, assured that we got all the rebates/discounts that we were eligible for, worked relentlessly to ensure us that the numbers made sense and were within our range, all this and we never once felt any type of stress/pressure. We were there for a total of 3 1/2 hours from when we pulled into the parking structure till we left; it didn't even seem that long when we talked about it on the way to get something to eat afterwards. Lindsay Perales, the Financial Manager also made signing all the documents stress free and ensured that we understood all the wording and numbers. She also did not pressure us into purchasing extra services that other dealers try to ram down your throat when signing the Financial Documents. I would absolutely recommend Wyatt Johnson's Toyota in Clarksville, TN for anyone looking to get into a new or used Toyota. They made the car buying experience great and you will leave there feeling no pressure to buy, with more knowledge and if you did purchase/lease a new/used vehicle, like you got the best deal you can get with first class customer service.

My salesperson, Brenton, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and efficient. I did not feel rushed or pushed into making a sale. I had more of a sense of being supported in making the best decision for me! I also felt positive about the lady I wrote the check to! She was very personable and hospitable! Thank you, so much. Every time I hear of someone needing to buy a new car, I refer them to Wyatt-Johnson. :-)

I wasn't planning to do anything but just look around but I quickly caught my eye on a bargain on a light used 2014 Mazda 6, Tim was not pushy at all and told me that we could take it for a test drive. I was definitely interested in buying he made the process easy and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. If anyone was going to negotiate it was definitely me. I was able to get my car traded in at a price that I found fair and got a great deal on a fantastic like new car. The staff was very friendly and constantly made me feel like I was appreciated. I would definitely recommend someone to check out wyatt johnson and talk to tim.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have a rambunctious five year old and the sales man Ron handled him like a pro! We looked at many vehicles new and used and decided upon a 2013 GMC Acadia. We received an amazing deal that I am very certain would be hard to find elsewhere. We absolutely love it for our active families needs and possibly later growing!. They really listened to what we needed and worked hard in finance to meet us in the middle on pricing as we where very apprehensive on spending the original amount a month. They have not been in business for as long as they have for no reason. We will definitely be buying again from them! Also we received a thoughtful gift about a week later! SO customer service doesn't stop the moment you buy!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the Wyatt Johnson team on the greatest experience at purchasing a vehicle that I have ever had. I recently purchased my 2013 Toyota Tundra Crew Max 4x4 Rock Warrior Package. Conrad Haggard was consistently on top of my needs in trying to find the best vehicle to fit my family's needs. He maintained contact with me for weeks as I made my decision to purchase. Upon selection I was able to meet with a wonderful Finance manager named Lindsay Perales whom went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best deal possible. I really owe her a great deal for pushing as much as she did to ensure that my wife and I were taken care of. Finally I wanted to thank Chris Castro whom I have built a personal friendship with as I have purchased multiple vehicles from him. He is a straight shooter and is the main reason I have come back as much as I have. All in all a great team. I never take the time to fill out these comments however in this case i felt obligated to do so as I could not be more satisfied with their entire performance. To all that read this, if you would like to find friendly caring people to do your car business with, i would have to say its the guys at Wyatt-Johnson. The guys at the Pre-Owned department are wonderful. I had a salesman named Tony and he was great. He walked me around and let me pick out the truck i wanted. Helped me with all my issues and concerns up front. I hope he gets a customer service award or something the man was awesome. I will trade with these guys anytime. When you are in the market GOOOOOO SEEEE TONY before you go anywhere. I am totally happy with his customer service. The only problem i had with my buying experience was the wait to leave, i was there all day. I know buying a vehicle isn't like picking up fast food but the process needs get a little quicker. If you plan on buying a vehicle at Wyatt-Johnson prepare to be there a loooooooong time. But you will be happy with your purchase, I AM.

Once again our experience at Wyatt Johnson was GREAT!!! This was our second Yukon & I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Our sales person Mike Barton was AWESOME he went above & beyond to get us the right Yukon. There was a little situation along the way that had me freaking out, so I contacted Mike he was off that day but he still accepted my call & told me he would fix it the next day & for me not to stress enjoy my new vehicle, He kept his promise & fixed the problem. I received a letter in the mail from Mike thanking us for buying our Yukon & if we need anything let him know. I can't express enough all the EXTRA stuff he did for my Husband & I. I just bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Wyatt-Johnson and i am totally loving it. I went in there just looking around at trucks and was greeted by Tony. He was very helpful and showed me what felt like everything they had at the dealership. The process took a lot longer than i expected but i didn't feel rushed or pushed to purchase a vehicle i didn't want. Pleased with the service but it took to long to purchase. I would still recommend tho. You can get great deals.

I am beginning to think about buying a new car sometime this year. I wanted to make it clear that I was not buying immediately. I also thought that this comment would affect the level of sales service I would receive. I was pleasantly surprised! When my sales person, Bill Empson, approached me, I told him immediately that I was not buying right now, but wanted to start my search. Bill was amazing. He treated me as if I was going to buy the most expensive car on the lot that day! He took his time, explained everything to me that I asked, talked to me about financing my purchase, and which models might best meet my needs. When the time comes, I will definitely return to Wyatt Johnson to buy my car from Bill!! If you go there, ask for him!

I love my car! Never thought I would by a Buick LaCrosse, (always thought it was an old persons car) but these cars are so luxurious and comfortable! This car is always compared to a Lexus,(even in body style) but Lexus doesn't have squat on these cars!!! They have power, looks, and great gas mileage! My salesman was Nick Manzella and he was the nicest , friendliest, most respectable car salesman I have ever dealt with. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and he went above and beyond what most salesman would do to make me feel comfortable and assured me that I was getting a good deal. My car was shiny and beautiful when I picked it up, so whoever does the cleaning and detail, does a great job. The Service Dept. is great and friendly. My overall experience with Wyatt-Johnson was top notch! 100%

When wanting a new truck I stopped at the GMc dealership. There I was met with open and attentive salesman named Mike Barton. I looked at several vehicles but could not find everything that i wanted in what they had on the lot. I was disappointed till in fact they searched and found the exact options and color in the style that I wanted. Within days I had the vehicle delivered and I have never had so many compliments on a vehicle I owned before. The sales staff down at the dealership are second to none and they made the whole experience the best one I have had buying a new vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone and eveyone that would care to listen to my opinion.

I bought a Ford F-150 form Tony and the service i received was excellent. He was down to earth and he was not pushy and he didn't rush me through my shopping experience. He matched me with my needs and wants to the T. Would do business with Wyatt-Johnson anytime of the week. If you are in the market that should be your first and last place to shop. Not at any time during my shopping experience was I pressured, which is the normal experience when shopping for a vehicle. Normally I am not one to write reviews but no serious car buyer should be treated this way. - After returning to the dealership for a second time, ready to buy a car. I told the sales person my price range, informed him that I had visited the website and had an idea of the cars I wanted. After wasting 2 hours of my time, I was put in a car nearly 5,000 out of my price range, and was expected to bump myself and convince myself I needed this car so bad I would finace more, WRONG! I am sincerely insulted that not only did he not listen to my needs and continue to show me cars "he knew I would love" or "could see me driving" - none of which I would EVER purchase - he didn't listen to a single one of my needs. ALSO, on top of everything. Not only did he waste my time, the price he showed me for the car on the lot was nearly 2,000$ MORE THAN I WAS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! buyer beware!! Shady sales practices... maybe the sales people should realize buyers are smarter, own internet accessible phones, have a budget, and never assume what car I "would look great in". Sincerely insulted and will be sure I NEVER refer anyone here EVER!!
