Had an oil change today and was pleased with my service. The wait was no longer than 30 minutes for service to be performed and completed. I had a great experience with the supervisor (I presume) of the service department. He addressed previous issues and concerns I had and made right on everything. Thank you!

Just picked up my new Nissan Kicks today from Yark Nissan and I could not be more pleased. All of the staff were courteous, friendly, and most importantly completely professional. TJ my sales representative was tremendous. He answered every question, was exceptionally helpful and never placed any pressure on me. This applies to the rest of the staff as well. When an issue arose this morning, the staff came up with an immediate solution. What a difference from some of my previous experiences. I truly cannot say enough good things about the people at Yark Nissan. I believe it would be very difficult to find a better group to work with when buying a new vehicle. TJ was great! Very knowledgeable about the cars. Listen to what I wanted and budget I set (it was a tough budget to meet) Didn't try to up sell me to something above my budget (that puts a person in that uncomfortable position). Everyone I dealt with was nice and got all paperwork done fast. TJ met my budget and I got a great car Nissan Sentra. Love it! My daughter was looking for her first car. We arrived at the dealership late (around 5:30), mind you they closed at 6:00 that night. TJ was very patient. Since we knew what car we wanted to test drive, he found the key, and we drove it around the parking lot. The next day, I was able to take it for a couple of hours, and make a great deal. TJ stayed over both nights to accommodate our schedule. My daughter is now a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan. His patience, and understanding of our situation, and schedule without any pressure from him, makes him one of the best sales people I've met. I have been buying cars for a very long time, and this was one of the simple, pleasurable, experience.. Thanks TJ!

I have had my car for a week now. And i am really happy with my purchase. Rob Rohrs was so patient with me i was really nervous. I didn't know what i was looking for but i new i need a car after having my 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier for 17 years. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything to me in detail. We look at a couple of cars in my price range on the computer so by time we went to the lot i had narrowed my choices down to two cars. He did not pressure me he let me take as much time as i needed in deciding between the two car. In addition, he thoroughly explained to me the differences between the two cars. I am very happy and comfortable with the decision i made to get the Nissan Altima.

Alex Lyell did a great job getting me into a Sentra. I was so upside down on my old car and he made it work at the price that I needed. It was so fast and he was so friendly! He even stayed late to make sure we got into our car THAT DAY. He never gave us a doubt that he wasn't going to be able to work with us. He was awesome and didn't haggle with me. He took the negative equity that I had and still got me into a new car. Then he watched my kids while we signed the financing papers! I will be returning that's for sure when my lease is up. I will not be going to anyone except Alex Lyell ever again! He was so good with us and worked with us to get us into a new car quick! I had so much negative equity on my car but he never doubted that he could work with it and get us into a new car that day. He even stayed late to make sure that everything was taken care of. He then came in the next day on his day off to show me how the car worked (we couldn't the day we received the car because it was late and I had kids with me). He's all around a great salesperson and a great guy. I will be returning when my lease is up.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I recently had. Chris Dandino at Yark Nissan spent at least a year if not longer trying to get me a lower car payment. Not easy because I was in a lease and picky about my cars. Saw the new Maxima and I had to have it. Problem....car payment was not going to go down. Chris tried many options for me but I was stuck on a Maxima. One day he called me about a pull ahead deal, had me come in and drive the car and I was sold before I left the lot on the test drive. I have never had someone work that hard to make sure I left with the car I wanted. Especially for as long as he worked. I HIGHLY recommend Dino. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers

I met with Dave A. about leasing a Nissan in October, 2015. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the payment I was looking for, so I didn't get a car. However, the next day, I had some questions and emailed them to Dave and he answered quickly and thoroughly. He even talked to a financial manager and they offered me a lower payment! That still didn't work with my budget, so I still didn't get a car. However, in late December, 2015, when I started looking to purchase a used car, I had such a great experience talking to Dave, I went back to see if he could help me with a used car. He went above and beyond the customer service I would have expected. I am thrilled with the service I received and my new (to me) car! I would recommend Yark Nissan, and Dave specifically, to anyone!

I just leased my second Nissan Leaf from Yark, with Andrew Dauer being my sales person. Andrew is honest, relatively knowlegable, and most helpful. He even visited my home after I leased my first Leaf, just to get the Telematics/CarWings configured and working. I will say that leasing a vehicle is a bit of a PITA, with all the papers to sign. The finance guy, Tyrone, was very courteous, but man, that paperwork is daunting, it takes longer for that than to actually make the deal on the car itself.I've had thankfully little dealing with Yark's service department, but they've been fine. In fact, we dealt with their service back in about 1996 with our Olds. They fixed it, and I didn't feel as though they took advantage of me. That might be damning with faint praise, but I could tell some stories about some other dealerships' service departments!I'm waiting for the next generation of the Leaf, and I'll no doubt get it from Yark and Andrew. That pretty much says it all.

Can't say enough positive things about the staff at Yark Nissan. Kyle, though one of the lesser experienced salespersons, made the purchase very enjoyable for my wife and me. He was professional and human with the entire process. He could not have been more of a contributing influence in the sale. Todd, in finance, was also a very enjoyable person and the consummate professional. This is our third Nissan Rogue from Yark. The car sells itself with the quality and safety of the product. My wife had agrt set salesmtting a jeep,so we went to yark. The guy who help us the first time didn't have a clue about what was going on. He acted like we were a burden. So we left came back a couple months later And we had the same Experience with the next salesMan we left again.but this time I knew the guy we were dealing with had the next day off because he said he wouldn't be there to call him the following day. So the very next day I rushed to yark and that's the day I meet Craig Welch. He was so helpful to us. He knew so much about every different car yark has to offer not just Nissan But everything. He help us so much THANKS CRAIG!!! He sold me three cars now and everyone I know. I can think of at least 8 people. So if you go to yark ask for Craig Welch nobody else. Now yark offers like ten different car manufacturers.THANKS AGAIN CRAIG YOUR AWESOME

I went to the dealership to inquire about a vehicle that I had been looking at for quite some time. From the time i walked through the door, i was greeted and quickly assisted by a salesman. He was very informative and made sure that i was educated on a few things that would fit my needs prior to making a decision. Little did i know that i would be able to walk out of the dealership with a new vehicle! Everyone from the finance department, to the salesmen, to the servicemen, and even the manager was very friendly! Customer service is very important, and i have learned that in my years of experience. I am happy to say that the service i received at Yark Nissan was over the top, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. David Angel helped me every step of the way to make sure that I was a very satisfied customer, and I am forever grateful because nowadays, you don't find too many people like him and he deserves 10+ stars in my book! He's an awesome guy and the world needs more like him!

Just purchased a nissan rogue 2015 over the weekend and picked up last night, drove the toyota, honda, mazda and decided on the nissan. spent three saturdays the dealership and could not say enough about the friendly service we encountered. Our salesman was Dave Angel and he did a great job of making sure we had no unanswered questions taking as much time as needed. All of the staff are great at making you feel welcome offering to help in any way that they can. Picked up the car last night and again Dave spent more than enough time explaining all of the features and fielding any questions I ask. Car buying can be a hassle but Dave and the Yark group made it a pleasant experience.

My mom and I drove over an hour to Yark Nissan in Toledo, Ohio to have her test drive a couple pre-owned vehicles. Let me tell you, it was worth the trip. She purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima LS and got a much lower interest rate through Yark than she could have at her own bank. While she was filling out the paperwork, I asked about trading in my 2013 Nissan Sentra for a 2015 Nissan Altima. The deal they offered was up front and honest their best deal. No under-cutting and back and forth offers to the finance manager. Craig Welch was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. The 2105 Altima LS is an amazing ride. Thanks again to Craig and the crew for getting me set up on budget.

I bought my 2013 Nissan Altima, one week ago today. I hadn't planned on walking out with a new car. lol. My Sales person was Christopher "Dino" Dandino. I had been to Yark Nissan, the week before. From the 1st time I walked in, I was treated with great respect. It was horribly cold out and I was dressed for it, not dressed to impress. Dino was speaking with another employee, when I walked in, and interrupted his conversation, the moment I walked in. I was just feeling things out, shopping around. I was never pressured or spoken down to. I went back the following week and was shown a 2nd car, that fell within my financial parameters, yet had more options than I thought I could afford. What a nice surprise.... We had to program a 2nd key fob and while they did that, they took care of a recall of sorts, that I had no knowledge of. Every person who I came in contact with, at Yark Nissan, was friendly and professional. Todd, in finance, was also a pleasure to work with. The guys in Service were great too, although I didn't get to thank them. So far, I LOVE my new car.... It is solid, fun to drive and has many bells and whistles that I'm still learning. I wanted something with a little more Style, than a Camry or Accord, and I found it! However, I have to watch my speed, as it has a lot of hidden power. Dino was great to work with. I put him through a bit, as I'm an Analytical One. He was Friendly, Professional, Patient and Understanding! I'm SO glad that I gave him the opportunity to help me find a car. He has shown me how the other half lives! :-)

My husband and I leased a Rogue & Sentra from Yark Nissan yesterday. This is our 2nd time at Yark Nissan as we purchased a Nissan Versa 3 years ago. The vehicles are awesome but the customer service is what will keep us coming back for not only purchases/leases but also for vehicle service & maintenance. We worked with Chris Dandino "Dino" 3 years ago as well as yesterday. Dino is phenomenal. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, finds the right vehicle for you within your budget. My husband and I would follow him to any dealership - that's how confident we are in his abilities and his commitment to us and not our sale. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and there are always goodies (coffee, water, tea, fruit snacks, lunch items, etc.) available to hold you over while getting an oil change, in between test drives, etc. By far the best dealership we've ever visited!

I have been a customer of this dealership since 2007 when I purchased my expensive Nissan Murano. I have taken my car there for recommended maintenance and for every oil change since I purchased it. In the last month my car started to make some noises and took it to the dealer to find out that it was the transmission. I found out the transmission warranty was extended to 120K miles and my Murano has 127K miles. Im disappointed that the dealership will not honor the warranty as it just passed. On top of that, they would not take ownership and stand behind their product especially to a good customer like me. I should not have to deal with this kind of expensive problems and especially transmission related right after the warranty expires. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have had experience with Yark Nissan since I owned my 1996 Pathfinder and immediately noticed that I was being treated as though I had purchased a new vehicle. 18 months ago I purchased a 2011 Pathfinder and loved it. Now I am back again,and I this time I purchased a brand new 2015 Nissan Xterra 4x4 and it's in my favorite color,"Black!"Who knows? Maybe I will keep this one for 3 years and trade it in,or maybe I will do what I did with the 1996 Nissan Pathfinder? KEEP IT FOR 17 YEARS BECAUSE IT RAN SO WELL,...."I really hated to give it up at more than 227,000 miles and it was still road worthy for long distance trips!"

David Angel was exceptionally knowledgeable on all the Nissan vehicles. He was super nice, even when I let him know I was shopping around at other dealerships. I decided to lease through Yark Nissan ONLY because he was truly thoughtful and extremely patient. David Angel went over the Murano, Pathfinder, Rogue, Altima and Sentra vehicles and I ended up leasing the Altima, which I absolutely love. He really took his time and encouraged me to think about it, so I could make the right decision for me. I did and I chose the Altima & I do love it. Thanks David!

I Went there to look at a 370 z because I was given a price of zero down and 509 a month for a lease. When l got down to make a deal, the price changed to 500 down and 539 a month. I left a refundable $ 100 deposit on the car pending approval of my cosigner. We came back a second time and my cosigner did not like the car so I decided to go with an altima instead. They wanted 518 a month for the altima with 500 down and we settled at $ 418 with 500 down. They wanted us to return a third time and that was enough. We had drove 160 miles already and these guys wanted us to drive 80 miles more for a return trip. I was beyond angry and they kept my $100 deposit to boot.

I have bought many vehicles from Chris Newman, He has always went out of his way to make my experience there hassle free. He gives me several options and then lets me make my own choice, I originally came in thinking of a SUV I am not a small guy but much to my amazement I sat in a Sentra and it was very roomy and handled excellent I would have never thought that I would buy a small car but the Sentra was perfect I have had the car for 4 days and have no regrets. Chris has made my experience buying a new car a wonderful one and I will never go anywhere else.

Nissan Titan. I called for over six weeks and did not get an answer or a return call. The last time they did not fix my warranty problem and I still have it. When I tried contact through the operator, she kept sending me to Chrysler service. When I finally got to talk to a human - six weeks later - they could not schedule me in a reasonable time (prior to a month long trip two weeks out) and pretty much said they were sorry and couldn't do better. This is my third Titan and the service department has been steadily degrading. Never again with Yark.

I went to Yark Nissan to have my 2011 Sentra serviced. When I walked in the door, I was welcomed by Craig Welch. He never once pressured me into looking at anything new. He asked me what was wrong with my car, I told him the a/c was not working and how I really hated the car. He started talking to me about a new car, but never pushed me into any commitment. I was hesitant and he didn't pressure me but he wanted to make sure I had all the facts for a new car. He was very informative, respectful and helpful. He asked me what my "have to haves" would be if I got a new car. I told him and he found me a car that met my needs. I test drove it, fell in love with it. Craig worked with me and got me into a brand new car at the price I could afford with no strings attached. He even took care of our lunch while we waited. I would completely recommend Craig Welch at Yark Nissan as your go-to guy when you need a new or used car. Never pushy, always there to help get you into what you want.

We were on our way to look at one of those tiny econoboxes at another dealership. As we were driving past Yark Nisson my wife suggested we stop in an take a quick look at the Versa Note for comparison with the "other" car we were on our way to buy. Naturally with the severe global warming we experienced this winter it was snowing so my wife waited in the car while I looked at the row of Versa's. I didn't expect anyone to come out of the dealership to help a guy looking at the lowest profit cars on the lot but Andrew braved the late spring snow storm to ask me if I needed help. He showed me the Versa - which was probably a better car than the one I had intended to purchase and invited us inside to get out of the snow. After explaining I was interested in a high MPG car for the long commute to a new job Andrew pointed out the Sentra was a nicer ride and got almost the same MPG as the Versa; best of all they had great lease deals to end the fiscal year. They actually had a beautiful 2013 on the floor with an option package a couple levels above the one I would've considered. I asked him to price out the upscale 2013 along with the 2014. The 2013 model that was nicer came in with a lower lease rate. We went home with a car several orders of magnitude better than the eco-box we had started out to purchase at a price in the same ballpark. Andrew was awesome to work with. He didn't twist my arm; he didn't talk down to me; he didn't make me sign an offer sheet and "take it to his manager"; he didn't turn into Badger Car Salesman; he didn't use any of the smarmy tactics that keep my wife and I out of car dealerships. He gave me the information and let me make up my mind....what a concept. I can't say enough to describe how great an experience we had. The dealership was busy and we had to wait for the finance guy but everyone was friendly and helped make our wait tolerable. Next time I need a car my first stop will be at a Yark dealership, hopefully with Andrew. (Sorry Yark, if he goes down the street to another dealership I'll probably follow Andrew.)

Members of my family have now purchased 4 cars from David Angel the past two years. We live in the Detroit Area and have plenty of choices of dealerships but decided to make the trek back to Toledo once again to lease a new Altima for my daughter. In 2012 I made my first purchase from David, it could not have gone smoother. So smooth that within a few months my son and daughter in-law did the same. Last week my daughter was in need of a better car, of course we went to David first. My daughter explained to him what she wanted, he found the vehicle, got us great price, and within 48 hours the car was headed back to Detroit.

I was looking for a new SUV and was just starting my search. I had looked at the Honda Pilot and the Toyota Highlander. Both cars were very nice. I never made it to the Ford Explorer because of my experience at Yark, I felt there was no need to look further. David A. showed me both a Grand Cherokee and a Nissan Pathfinder. Both vehicles exceeded my expectations, but in the end I leased the Pathfinder. David and Eric (the manager) were very helpful in my selection and buying. I felt no pressure and was able to make my decision based on the extended test drives and the information about the vehicles I received from them. The financing took some time, but I appreciated the process when I got such a good interest rate. I will advise my family and friends to go to Yark for the cars.

This is my first Nissan vehicle and I could not have asked for a better salesman then Andrew. The staff there treat you like a person not a commission. Andrew was extremely polite and new a lot about the vehicle. The staff went out of there way to make a leasing experience pain free. I walked in and was greeted by Dave Angel who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. I was only interested in the New Rogue and he was able to locate one that had all the features and the exact color I wanted. We were able to negotiate a price and I got a fare trade in price on my 2009 Civic Hybrid. I have called and talked with Dave several times since I purchase my Rogue and he has always been very helpful with answering all my questions.I also had the pleasure of meeting Emily Yark the accessories manager. She helped me out with adding some other features to my vehicle. When one of the parts did not come in on time I was compensated with a discounted price which was very appreciated as was the loaner car that I was given while my car was in the shop.

We went to Yark looking for a used car that was in our monthly budget and we needed to find one that day. We explained our situation to Rob and he was able to find us a car that we loved in an hour. Thanks to Rob we have a car that we love and we didn't have to spend hours or days searching for the right vehicle. We told him what we could afford and what we were wanting and he listened. I was really impressed with how easy and hassle free it was to buy our car and Rob contacted us days later see if we were happy with our purchase. It's hard to find a good salesmen that you really can trust which is why I gave such a great rating to Rob and will continue to buy my cars from him. This is my second Nissan from Yark Nissan. Angelia Martin has been the best salesperson I've ever had; she makes the experience of leasing a new car a wonderful experience -- just like Christmas. A big thank you also to Eric and Mike for the excellent support and Joe who missed dinner to finish my paperwork. The service department also treats you like family (thanks Zack, Gary and Ray!). The Nissan crew always makes me feel like I'm special and a part of their family. I love the my new 2014 Altima and look forward to more years of Nissan vehicles.

We bought two cars from Yark Nisssan, so far. A brand new Cube, and a used Grand Prix. I would have bought my 2011 Juke from there in April of 2013 if the color I wanted had been available. I ended up buying my 2011 Juke at a Nissan dealer in Columbus, but I feel that is too far to drive in order to have my regular maintenance done on the car done since Yark Nissan is only 7 miles from my home. As a result, I work with my warranty service and have my regularly scheduled service/maintenance done on my Juke at Yark Nissan. My Juke is fun to drive, and was my dream car purchase. In fact I test drove a Juke for the first time with Craig Welch of Yark Nissan. He's really a friendly, down to earth salesman whom my husband and I enjoy working with. I know that when I take my Juke in for service they are going to take excellent care of my "baby".

So I just bought my second Nissan Cube with Yark Nissan. I worked with Andrew who is one of the coolest guys you could ever meet. He is really down to earth and willing to help you out in any way. Andrew worked hard to find the car I wanted not just give me on off their lot. I was picky about the color and a few other things and Andrew made it happen. Brad was also really nice in the finance department. Brad took the time to explain things, really explain how my credit score worked how I could improve it very easy. I want to thank both of them very much for taking the time to make sure I was happy. I love my Cube in every way. Also my Nana loves my Cube very much also. Thank you Yark Nissan but mostly Thank you Andrew you are amazing.

Yark Nissan Service accommodates my schedule and makes my service time productive. They greet me and know what I need so I don't have to waste my time explaining it again to the staff. They run a diagnostic and tell me what I need to pay attention to as well as what is going well. I think my dollars and my time are well spent at Yark Nissan Service. The service was excellent! My dealer was Chris Dandino at Yark Nissan. He was very pleasant, joyful, patient and had a sense of humor. From the time I entered the Dealership till the time I left, he was professional. He knew his job, from the body of the car to the maintenance. A "Professional Car Dealer" would be a title to lable him with. He listened to me and took his time to inform me of the pricing and the details of the vechicle, that would fit me and my lifestyle (2011-Nissan Versa). The buying process was simple and easy. Facility was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Even now when I come in for my oil changes, Chris D. welcomes me!

Gary Eakes was excellent in his handling of my service issues. I had several recalls and because it would take several hours and I live 50 miles away, Gary saw to it that I received a rental car and told me to keep it until the next day and return it as the recall service would be completed by then. He was so pleasant and accommodating, it makes me always want to deal with him for my service needs.

I purchased my second lease at Yark Nissan on July 23rd. On August 3rd, we were riding down the street and the tire burst. I called service Monday, August 5th and informed the situation. The tire was ordered and I was informed to bring the car inI on Tuesday August 6th and they will look at the tire. Tuesday, I brought the car in and Ray the manager looked at the tire and stated he doesn't know what happen and I will have to pay for the tire. He stated, he doesn't know what happen but he say anything would be a guess. He said, it could have been a nail or anything. He does not know. There was no nail in the tire, but I still had to pay for it. This will be my last time leasing from Nissan. Poor customer service.Elisha

My wife and I went to Yark looking for a car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, Very friendly and not pushy. We selected a car and when the finance guy came in that is when things started to go wrong. He had us sign up for a program that come to find out later that the finance company wouldn't eve accept. I had already paid to be in this program and had to fight to get my money back for something that I shouldn't have even had in the first place. After talking with the finance company I found out that Yark had been told multiple times that they didn't accept the program. I called Yark back and they told me just do it anyway and don't tell them. I told Yark that the only thing I wanted was an answer as to why this all happened? The finance manager put me on speaker phone and still couldn't give me an answer. He made me feel stupid for asking why his company would sign me up for a program I couldn't even use and take my money. The car we got is great but given the circumstances I will not be going back to Yark and will inform my friends of what happened.

We come from a small city about 35 miles from Toledo. We have purchased Chrysler cars approximately everyfour years since the 1960's. It was " outside of our comfort zone " to come to the Dealership to even lookaround. We were there several times because we were bringing an elderly woman to a specialist in ToledoOur time was very limited but we just dropped in twice to check out this gorgeous Platinum Armada a friendhad told us about. Time was very limited on those trips. Finally we came back when we could spend awhile.We were greeted by this sweet, enthusiastic lovely lady named Angela Taylor. She was VERY nice and toldus we should drive the car and meanwhile they would appraise our vehicle, a spotless 2008 Chrysler AspenSUV. We were introduced to the Sales Manager and later a young finance person. They ALL seemed sofriendly and had great personalities. We were thrilled to come to terms on the Armada and have enjoyed thecar for the first 24 hrs. We hope to be future customers and appreciate the nice experience we had. Planningto tell all the people in Napoleon to come and see about a deal !!

After having a bad experience with Ann Arbor Nissan last time we leased Murano, we drove to Toledo Yark to lease a new car. We showed at up 7.45pm on Monday night. Both, the sales person Craig W. and the manager Eric, were very helpful. Generally, I hate going to car dealerships...too much wheeling and dealing...But I'd say that the staff at Yark Nissan were pretty honest and gave us a good starting point price-wise from the get-go. The finance guy and the salesperson stayed with us till 10.30pm to complete the paperwork and explain the new features on Altima. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience. We'll definitely come back

Traveled 2000 miles to pick up my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from Yark. Chuck Traugott was great - I sent him a list of items that I wanted reviewed before spending the time and money to travel to the dealership to pick it up. He was very honest in letting me know anything he felt was a possible flaw - i.e. that wasn't perfect for a 7 year old vehicle. It was just as expected with every detail Chuck brought to my attention described exactly as I had hoped. He had it filled with gas and after picking me up at the airport - I was handed my paperwork and off I went to return home. Thanks Yark and Chuck for a great buying experience!

I had bought a brand new 2012 Murano in November, only to be in a terrible accident in February and totaled the car. My Sales Rep (Chris) hunted down and "exact" match, and I was able to get another Murano. This took us only a week to get done. The first buying experience was fine, and the second was GREAT!

I was very fortunate to have Dave Holben help me with the purchase of my new 2012 Nissan Sentra. I could not have asked for a more friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful individual. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure that my questions and concerns were addressed. He also made sure to follow up by calling me to make sure that everything was ok and that if I needed any additional help regarding the car. The reason I went back to this dealership, is mainly because Mr. Holben had been the best during the purchase of two previous Nissan Altima cars. Overall, my experience was great, and I would highly recommend this dealership, particularly Mr. Holben.

We had a wonderful experience at Yark Nissan. We were greeted with a smile, and Pete remembered my first name from 3 years before. We were offered refreshments, and Pete showed us several different models that we expressed interest in. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions very patiently and with a smile. He worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted for a price which was within our budget. We were given prompt service, and they met every one of our requests with a smile. They offer lifetime free car washes and to us, it seems like thre main goal at Yark is to make their customers happy. We would highly recommend Yark to all prospective buyers.

While we can all agree buying a car at a dealership is rarely pleasant, this experience had expected issues and unexpected ones. We had a trade-in and were offered a very insulting offer so that was not a good starting point. Then they were unwilling to negotiate on the price even though our trusted mechanic pointed out some issues to us. Luckily Yark gave us 4 new tires and a better trade-in offer. All in all buying a car is not a fun experience, I can not say Yark was better or worse than others.

The people at yark were very helpful and I had an overall great experience. Chris Newman would keep constant contact with me in the weeks leading up to the purchase and was helpful afterwards. As I arrived at the dealership for pick up, the car had already been detailed and paperwork was ready. An overall great experience and I would highly recommend Chris Newman.

I brought my 2008 Altima into Yark Nissan to have it fixed and was looking around while waiting for the loaner. There was a beautiful Navy Blue Maxima on the showroom floor that I was eyeing. Joe, one of the salesmen, came up to me and said, "Boy, you'd look great behind the wheel of that car" I wasn't in to buy a new car, but before my Altima was done, I had purchased the Maxima. Everything was done with ease and the best part, there was no pressure on buying a new car. And I absolutely love my new car. So much so, I sent my daughter there to look for a new car. She has fallen for one, and will purchase one in the future. My son-in-law has always been a Ford man, and he just loves the Titan. I think I will be a Nissan driver for a long,long time!

I ALSO WORKED WITH YVONNE IN THE FINANCE DEPT WHO WORKED ON GETTING ME FINANCED. SHE WAS TERRIFIC - SHE WAS ABLE TO WALK ME THROUGH STEP BY STEP TO ENSURE THAT I FULLY UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. EVERYONE AT YARK WAS KIND, PROFESSIONAL, AND ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP ME. THE DAY I DROVE MY CAR HOME I REALIZED THAT I HAD A BROKEN HEADLIGHT. THE NEXT DAY I CONTACTED JEREMY AND HE WAS EAGER TO GET HAT FIXED FOR ME. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE AT A CAR COMPANY.
