I went to a few dealership before visiting Yates and the vibe there was more family oriented. Oscar was extremely helpful on showing us their inventory and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We were able to test drive a few vehicles to make sure we were making the right decision on purchasing a vehicle. At the end of the day we did not find what we were looking for and Oscar informed us he would keep an eye out for what we were looking. Two days later he gave us a call and told us he had a vehicle that matched our description that was fresh off the delivery truck. We test drive the vehicle as a family to solidify this was the vehicle we wanted. Sure enough it was what we were looking for. The paperwork and signing was about average wait time. Oscar helped us set up On-Star and did one final walk through with us. They washed our truck, filled our tank and told us they were a phone call a way if we were to have any questions. Gave us one final Congratulations as we drove off the lot! We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and appreciate the Yates family for being patient with us.

Oh my gosh I couldn't be more pleased! I just bought my very first truck all by myself and Dave was so superior In his efforts to please me! When I came in a second time he had a truck all picked out for me with the bed cover and trailer hitch and beautiful leather interior! He really listened and made me feel like what I wanted mattered! I wish I could give him more than five stars! Oh and the dealership is beautiful! I was always greeted with a smile and a bottle of water! And my dad always drove GMC Jimmy's and I feel like I'm bringing his legacy of a higher class vehicle into my world!

Just bought a Yukon and Toyota Tacoma from Katelyn, it was the best sales experience with no pressure. We were in and out under an hour for purchasing two cars. Jeremy worked his magic to get us the best deal possible and he included additional oil changes and extended warranty. Pedro in finance was very pleasant. We will definitely recommend Yates to friends and family. We will be returning .

As we all know taking your auto in to have work done on it can be a very trying experience. I took my truck in at a time when Yates was extremely busy. Thank goodness I was working with Ashley. She was able to work with other customers and move me up in the line. I truly appreciated this since it was my only vehicle at the time. Ashley kept me informed of what was happening and eased my mind about the whole process. I was very please with the customer service I received and feel that I was treated like a special customer. In todays times that is not the norm anymore. I would recommend Yates and Ashley in the service department.
