I travelled to York, PA all the way from Tampa, FL because from the very first contact (website, and then email and phone) Justin and Doug at York Mitsubishi demonstrated the hard-to-find virtues of being transparent in their negotiations and more than fair in their pricing (without abusing the situation) given the current market conditions. I'm fairly familiar with the car-buying process and can attest that there were absolutely zero gotchas, shenanigans nor unpleasant surprises whatsoever. They were also always straightforward and accommodating to the nuances of buying a car from out-of-state. This dealership is a gem among gems, not only compared to other Mitsubishi locations that I contacted, but across all car makes. I would gladly fly up and make the crazy long drive again for a future purchase. Keep up the great work!

Our sales consultant, Ken Khuc, couldn’t have been any more nicer or helpful. He listened to our needs and situation and acted in the utmost professional manner. York Mitsubishi really made my first car (a used car but nonetheless a gem!) purchase a wonderful experience. Big shout outs to Justin, Doug, Ken and Randy. they made the process smooth and painless. Justin and Doug were understanding and very easy to talk to. I met Ken and Randy on the day of pick up, who are also very detailed and insightful about the car I purchased. Ken even went over all the features of the car before I left. 10/10 would recommend!

Although my service is always good...my tire pressure light Comes on and off for over two years still can't get it resolved....so irritating

This year we have purchased 2 Outlander Sport from York Mitsubishi. From the very first trip Jake, Doug, Craig and the rest of the team have been the most Professional, kind, and welcoming. I also recently had service(oil change/tire rotation) completed and it was an equally pleasant experience. The relationship built will extend to my son's first car in the future. Thank You!

We went in to buy a used car. Jake had the car we were looking for on his lot, and worked with us on price. What he failed to tell us was there was unibody damaged to the car and they bought it at auction that way, and knew it. He did not want to let us take the car to a mechanic because he knew we would find that out. We did some digging on our own and found out about the unibody damage and did not end up buying the car. Used car sales are as is, so I would not buy a car from this dealership because they lie and just want to make a sale. When we left there my gut was telling me something wasn't right and I am glad I checked it out. Saved myself major headaches in the long run.
