Billy was a great guy to work with. He was able to fix my problem on the same day I turned it in. Labor was a little on the pricey side, but that's easy to expect taking it to any dealership. The fact that my car was fixed the same day, and the confidence in knowing my car was being taken care of, made it worth it.

Billy was kind enough to talk on the phone with both my husband and then my brother twice just to inform them I was getting the right parts and at the right price. My Honda has way more power and it doesn't lag or stutter. I'm super satisfied and it wasn't even very expensive. Also, there was a van that dropped me off at USU when I had to get back to class and the driver was a great guy( Ivan). Then a young lady picked me up when my car was done. Wonderful. A relaxing, trusting and worth my time experience with Young. Thanks Billy and other staff. (The Facilities got a 3 start because there was no hot water for tea and the bathroom was out of service... )

Great job. Pleasant to talk with friendly and helpful office staff during the service. I appreciate that they checked the tires and let me know they need to be replaced. They also replaced a battery in my key so it would open doors again.

Fortunately Honda has built their trust in me for the most part, which is very hard to do. Dean Harton is the Service Manager and he has made it easy for me to talk any concerns with him I may have. Their Lube Express Manager, Scott is also very down to earth and istens to customer issues or concerns. Neither of these gentleman make me feel like I'm just a number waiting to suck my pocket book dry. I am very relieved to have the airbag recall taken care of and so far, find no rattles when putting things back together that sometimes occurs, thus the ratings of 'quality of repairs' and 'overall'. Would have been awesome if vehicle was washed but hey, the most important issue was completed. I appreciate my positive relationship with them.

I have purchased two Prius' from Young Toyota over the years and it's the only place I've had it serviced. I think they do a great job and are professional and courteous. My only issue is that when I bought my 2014 Prius, I recommended Young Toyota to a friend who then went in and bought two new Prius'. I never even got a thank you from the dealership. A little disappointing....

We brought our newly purchased vehicle in for undercoating and other protection services inside and out. The receipt we received upon picking up the vehicle shows nothing but a code (1109 IWEO) and install resistall products, nothing else. I feel It could have been broken down to show each product and service provided.Someone had changed the radio station. I don't feel this is appropriate. If they don't like what is playing then turn it down or off.The vehicle did look nice when we picked it up.

It is a familiar story to many, I was driving my family on a road trip when the engine in our Toyota Sequoia began to misfire. I feared the worse but, thankfully, was able to navigate our sputtering vehicle to Young Auto Mall. As I worried about the ramifications of not having a vehicle 500 miles away from home, the service and repair team did an exemplary job diagnosing and repairing our problem. Although we did not have an appointment, they realized our predicament and quickly helped us get back on the road. They were so quick we even had time to get some Aggie Ice Cream before we hit the road again. We had zero problems the rest of the trip. Thanks for the help and excellent service.

The quick lube is always very busy and it's hard to get when I need to but when I do the service is professional and efficient. The waiting area is lacking some of the amenities for a relaxing wait so I usually go over to the waiting room in the main building. Scott is always helpful and keeps me informed on the progress of my car. I brought both vehicles in yesterday and I was in and out in no time.

My experience with Stephanie Oswald was exceptional. When I first met her I felt comfortable and knew I would be able to be speak honestly with her. Bought a new 2016 Honda cr-v and the warranty fabric and paint package with the undercoat. Brought car in took 2 days instead of one. When we went to pick it up the trim on both sides of the front windshield had scratches in it. We confronted them about it they said it could have happened during shipping. But we have picture of the night we bought the car and there are no scratches. They said they would order new trim to make it right, Has been two weeks and have not heard back from them Car had less than 200 miles. Really for a new car do not expect this and worry about my warranty service package. Take pictures of your car before you drop it off and after. Hopefully they will make this right. New car disappointment.

Stephanie Oswald was a fantastic help!! We had given up finding the car we wanted and upgrading to something bigger for our family! She kept calling and I thought nothing would be able to come of it, but she surprised us greatly and helped us find the perfect CRV for our family. I recently purchased a new truck from Young Auto Mall. I couldn't be happier. I got a really good deal (best price out of the 3 dealerships i was negotiating with) and a really great truck. Ryan was very competent salesman and easy to work with. I came with my own financing, but ended up getting a better rate through the dealership. Years ago when this location was Ensign I had the worst car buying experience of my life. I really hope people who had a similar experience to mine know that this is a completely different owner and give them a shot. I almost didn't, but I am very happy I did.

We waited at the dealership for over 7 hours while the people behind the scenes finalized our paperwork. We came with our own financing, and it was a Wednesday, so I don't know what the delay was for except possibly being under-staffed. By far the longest car buying process I've ever experienced. They really push you to leave a good review regardless of your experience. However, clean facilities and friendly people and knowledgeable salesmen.

I had a problem with my car not starting because of dead battery. I called AAA to check it out and found that the battery was drained and that there showed to be a drain on the battery. They jump started it for me so I could take it to Young Auto Mall. William said that I could leave the Camry and they would check it out as soon as they could. I got a call in the afternoon that I could pick up the car. When I arrived to pick it up he said that they had checked everything including the battery and the check engine light issue and that everything was good. When I signed the work invoice I was surprised to see that there was no charge. Thank you!

After buying a used truck we noticed the engine cutting out. The service team could not replicate the issue and we became worried about our new purchase. Dean Hartson came to the rescue and they were able to problem solve and found the electrical issue. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Stephaine for the great experiance I had while shopping for an then purchasing my 2016 Honda Accord! She was very professional and was very aware that my time was important and did not waste my time but also did not rush me. The accord I picked out was not at the Young Auto lot so she spent quite some time trying to locate the the Accord in the only color I wanted. It will take about a week to get my car and she arranged for a loaner vehicle for me so I do not have to go without a vehicle! Brent also was very helpful and honest with answering all my questions and not making me feel dumb. It was such an easy experiance for me and I will definitly buy again from Young Auto and Stephanie. Sandy was a great salesperson who was really personable and genuinely interested in meeting our needs of finding the right used vehicle, through a variety of vehicle test drives on multiple occasions. When we finally decided on an automobile, however, the process was frustrating issue after frustrating issue. For example, the initial vehicle we decided to buy turned out to have already been sold (unbeknownst to us or Sandy). After finding a similar car that we wanted to purchase, we came to an agreement on total price, only to find out that they had neglected to add in the tax (we were told it usually automatically populates in their system and nobody had caught the mistake). More negotiating eventually led to a deal. We went later to pick up the car (which was detailed over the weekend after paperwork was signed), only to find out that the detailing was not done well, and we insisted it be done properly. There were additional issues along the way,including a call a few weeks after buying telling us that we needed to bring the car back in to do the safety and emissions inspections, which apparently had never been done (though we were never told about this initially). Throughout the process, we kept hearing "I'm sorry. This never happens!" I really hope that it's true and that were the big outlier of poor customer service through the buying process. Otherwise, it's hard to see how the dealership would stay in business.

I was a little apprehensive when I took my Honda Pilot in to determine whether I qualified for replacement of a recall item. I knew it qualified but my apprehension was whether this dealer would agree or would try to get around replacing the items which would be quite expensive were I to do it out of my own pocket. I was very appreciative when, after an inspection, I was told that both torsion bars, the right side and the left, would be replaced at no cost to me. I told my wife, after getting that information, that we would definitely shop there for a new car when the future need arises. I am a satisfied customer.

I live in Layton but travel to Logan a couple of times each week. I decided to take my 2015 Toyota Camry into Young Toyota Auto Mall for an oil change. Scott Rippe took the time to look up my vehicle and find that the service would fall under "Toyota Care" and would not cost me a dime! No other dealership has done this for me. He also offered a free car wash and was able to get my vehicle serviced in a very short time. Scott truly won my loyalty...I will continue to have my car serviced in Logan and when the time comes to shop for a new one I will start with Young Auto Mall

We recently purchased a Toyota 4 Runner from Young Auto Mall in Logan, Utah. The entire buying experience was very positive. Those who assisted with our purchase took a great deal of time to answer any question we may have had as well as search diligently for the perfect 4 Runner. In the past we normally would travel to Salt Lake City to purchase a car as the sticker prices of the vehicles were much more in line with what was expected. This dealership is spot on with sticker prices of their vehicles. We look forward to working with them in the future as we take our car into service for required maintenance. Any future purchases we would make a return visit to Young Auto Mall.

Excellent service. I love that they can always fit me in even when I haven't made an appointment in advance. I have to be flexible about when in the day they can get to me, but that's easy because I'm at work all day and I just leave my car there. I really appreciate the transportation service they provide! The drivers are always courteous. I know my car is in good hands. Sometimes I get a bit of sticker shock but I don't think the costs are necessarily unreasonable. Overall

Young Honda is the only dealership in Utah that I would even consider purchasing a Honda vehicle. Scott Cooley is professional and always willing to help me with the financing of any vehicle I purchase. Over the last 8 years I have had the opportunity to work directly with Scott Cooley since I have bought many Honda's at Young Honda. (I have a lot of driver's who need Honda's) His customer service is exceptional! He is professional, efficient and he responds quickly to my calls and always answers my questions. Young is a great place to buy a car. The dealers make sure that you are comfortable with everything that you do and make sure that you know what you are signing. We went to quite a few dealers and found that Young was the best place with the best deal. I am giving a 4 star buying process because it took about 5 hours to get through the buying process, but part of this was my fault for asking so many questions.

I purchased a used 2004 Toyota Tundra Pickup from Ensign Toyota in Logan Utah. The purchase agreement included a lifetime warranty on the engine and transmission provided you have had the Pickup serviced at Ensign Toyota/Honda every 5,000 miles and used Valvoline oil, which I have had done even though it required me to drive from California to Logan, Utah to have the Pickup serviced. Now Ensign Toyota/Honda is selling their business and telling me that the new owner of the business is not assuming these lifetime warranties and the warranties will no longer be in effect after the sale of the business. Also they are not notifying the purchasers of the vehicles that presently have the lifetime warranties so the purchaser will only find out the warranty is no longer in effect when the warranty is needed, or by being told when they have their vehicles serviced by the new owner of Ensign Toyota/Honda.
