Ive dealt with Young Kia in Kaysville, Utah since I purchased my 2012 Kia Rio back in 2011, so I feel that Im fairly well acquainted with the company. I traded up to my beloved Kia Forte 5 SX two years ago; this car and Young Kias competent service department comprise the majority of my experience.On February 18th, 2016, my wife drove home from work with the hope of preparing me a wonderful birthday dinner. On her way home at 7:30pm, my wife hit a pothole which flattened both drivers side tires. She called me immediately. I wrapped up our 2 year old son and went out there to trade cars with her so she could come home and start cooking.I got the tire repair kit out of the trunk but suspected that the pothole had blown out the sidewalls. Sure enough, the pump just blew air out of the sides of the tires, so I just sat and waited for the tow truck to show up. After about two hours, I decided to deal with everything in the morning and I had my wife come bring me home.The next morning, I called my friend Donald Alvary, a Service Manager at Young Kia, and its a good thing I did. Don told me that, because my Forte had less than 60,000 miles, I could have it towed to the dealership for free! He also recommended that I contact my insurance company as soon as possible to begin a claim and see about a rental car, which my policy covered. I hadnt even considered any of these options, and I doubt any other repair shop would have offered such advice!I follow Dons suggestions, and get my car to the dealership. Later that afternoon, Don calls me and tells me that he has to order two new wheels and tires, obviously. He asks me if I contacted my insurance company and whether I had a rental or not, which I had. Don apologetically admits that the wheels would take a week to arrive at the dealership, unfortunately, but my Forte 5 SX is a special car, so I expect some complications.On Monday, Don met with the insurance adjuster and went over everything together. By Friday, my car was repaired. I paid the difference on my bill (i.e. my deductible), and that was it! Quick, easy, and painless! I am simply amazed at how simple Don made the entire process for me. This entire affair had nightmare written all over it, but he offered me the advantage of his years of experience and his customer service focus and made this a wonderful experience. Im sure its just all in a days work for Don and his team but this is what makes a difference to people like me, people who will come back for service in the future and eventually buy another car. That is my Young Kia experience!

during the buying process Travis took care of us. he answered all our questions, if he did not know he found the answer. Travis went so far as to bring a car to us when he found a car that he thought we might be interested in. even after the sale he has been very helpful. thanks, Travis, for making the purchase of a car not quite so terrible. (sorry Travis I don't remember your last name and I don't have your information in front of me while filling this out)

Mckay was so willing to help fix my car without hesitation or any questions, even though it was an hour before they closed. He had a rental ready and paid for, for me before he even had my car in his possession.

I purchased my Kia Sorento from Aaron Hancock at Young Kia. He and the team at Young Kia took great care of me. They helped me find the vehicle that fit my needs. I ended up buying a new 16 Kia Sorento SXL, it's the nicest vehicle I have ever owned.

I generally dread buying a new car because of the pressure that I feel, but our experience at Young Kia was fantastic! I personally loved working with Scott G. because he listened to what we wanted and then went above and beyond! There was absolutely no pressure and he made the whole buying experience easy and fun. I highly recommend him as a salesman and the facility as a whole because of their knowledge and approach. Go see Scott, he will listen and take fabulous care of you!

My mom was in an accident recently and needed to replace her car. We had heard good things about Kia an decided to check them out for her. After test driving several vehicles we found what we wanted, however it was at another dealership. To make a long story shorter, Scott Garner was able to get us the car we wanted at the price we needed at their dealership, saving us the hale of going to Salt Lake. Scott put up with us coming in several times to look and test drive different cars before we finally brought mom in to check them out. She had a NEW Kia Soul within 2 weeks of our car search. We just purchased a new car from Young Kia and could not have been happier with our experience. Scott Garner was very willing to answer countless questions in person, over the phone, and via email in order to put our minds at ease and make the buying process great. They worked with my specific budget and I feel that I walked away with a fair deal that includes 2 years of service! I am very pleased with our decision to visit Young Kia.

Horrible sales people! Wenter in to check on updating my wife's optima that she loves. Stopped by after work to see if the new updates to the cat are worth it. The sales an wouldn't get the keys to show me the differences in the interior being that it was 25-30 degrees outside. After 30 mins of talking/freezing and trying to show me the differences through the window I had enough. Lazy and unhelpful doesn't sell cars! We won't be buying from there this week!

We had a very wonderful buying experience when we bought our new Kia Optima. We love the car and the dealership was very friendly and very concerned that we had a good experience. We met the manager for the Service Center. He was very friendly and very willing to make sure we came to them for all of our service needs, which we plan on doing. Our salesman was Ryan and he was sure to make us comfortable as we went through the whole buying process. He took the time to show me the handbook for our car, and then he also sat with me in the car as I became acquainted with the features of that particular car. He helped me set up my "bluetooth," as I was unfamiliar with that feature. I have learned to love my bluetooth--it is an awesome feature, along with the Sirius radio. I am very impressed with the safety features which Ryan made sure I was aware of. I love the 100,000 miile/ten year warranty. Can't get much better than that. I will recommend Young-Kia to all of my family and friends, and tell them to look up Ryan. He was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. Thanks so much, Young Kia.

Went in to just test drive a Kia Sorento. Found that what I actually wanted was a Kia Optima. Scott was very patient and listened to what we wanted. Drove away in a brand new, 2013 Kia Optima. Loving it!!

The team at Young Kia get "High Marks" from me! The guys were amazing. I made an appointment McKay Nichols. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by the team's lead, Jared Price. McKay Nichols took the time to find out what I was looking for, understood my reservations, was never pushy...he was a true professional....Heck, they all were! Aaron made sure I got the best deal on my trade, got the best financing, and never made me wait to know where I stood (I did my research, so I knew right away the guys were serious about making a great deal). When we talked extras, McKay never made me feel like he was trying to "sell" me the extras. I even told him that I wanted the wheels powered coated (I think I surprised him on that one because no one has asked for that before). McKay told me "I am not going to sell you a car you 'like'....I want you to have a car you 'love'".....Well, McKay and team...M/C (Mission Accomplished!!)To anyone looking to buy a new car, go to Young Kia. There are amazing incentives that you may qualify for (the College student/graduate, military member, etc!!). Also, I suggest you consider tinting the windows, getting the very awesome Kia labels, the clear bra to protect the paint and (especially) get your wheels powder coated (I got the glossy coat)!!

I had been looking at the Kia Optima and other mid-sized sedans. I am not a big fan of the whole dealership experience, so I choose to research cars online. I made contact with various internet sales of Kia's around Utah. Scott Winn and Jared Price were awesome to work with. They provided answers to all of my questions and even sent me a video of the car I was interested in. When it came to pricing, they beat every other dealership I contacted by a large margin. The price and customer service I received impressed me so much, I drove to Kaysville from St. George. When I arrived at the dealership, they greeted me in the parking lot and took care of me the whole time. No pressure for any upsales or accessories. I was in and out in literally 30 minutes. I love my new Kia Optima!

I'm usually not a big fan of any car dealership. I try to locate a vehicle on the internet and avoid as much contact with the local dealership as possible. I'd like to thank Young Kia, in Kaysville, for showing me how a car purchase can actually be a pleasant experience. I worked with Colten Gittins during my visits to the dealership. He seemed to sense how much help I needed or wanted and was there when I needed assistance and gave me space when I was trying to "noodle" advantages/disadvantages of different models. His product knowledge was very good and he pointed out features I might have overlooked. His followup after the sale is greatly appreciated. I found the entire staff at Young Kia to be helpful and professional. I consider myself a difficult customer and they all worked with me to insure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I bought a Optima EX and it has been great. I've taken it back for it's first oil change and the service department is as helpful and professional as the sales folks. I felt the people in the service department listened to my comments and spoke to me like I was family rather than just a number.

I have had multiple experiences in buying cars and I can honestly say none have been as pleasant as my time spent with Young Kia. We recently had some problems with credit and were really worried that we would not be able to get what we needed for our family. Colten Gittins was our salesman. He was very insightful about the kia brand and its advantages. He was low pressure and had an extensive knowledge of the cars we looked at. We had many questions about the company and they were all answered erasing any worry we had. Jared Price and Aaron Hancock helped us feel at ease with the buying process. We were very happy with the entire purchase and plan on buying again when the time comes. We love our Kia Optima!

My husband & I visited the Young Kia dealership last week. We were taken care of in a very professional way. We found the perfect car for us, and so enjoyed our salesman. Aaron Hancock was very friendly, professional, and answered all of our questions with ease and perfection. This was our first time in the dealership, we enjoyed all the employees they were friendly and made us feel comfortable. Scott did a great job explaining all the features of our new car, he also was very helpful and knowledgable of the features in our car. We came to the dealership looking for a used Hyundai Santa Fe. Colten was very courteous and helpful. He helped us to look at the cars we wanted, and then as we questioned what else he had in that price range, he helped us find vehicles that fit our need. We had to leave for another appointment and Colten again was very courteous, and applied no pressure to us to buy now, or come back. We did tell him it was to look at another car, but his concern seemed to be for us to find what we wanted.On returning to the dealership, Colten again met and helped us. We test drove four cars that day and ended up buying one that fit our needs even better than the Hyundai. The paperwork was taken care of in a very timely manner. Everyone seemed concerned that we know exactly what we had bought, what the various items in the car did and how they functioned, and how the payments and cost all fit together. The financial person took the time to make sure we understood and did not seem rushed to get us on our way. While we did all of this the car was prepped and fueled. It looked really great when we drove it out of the lot. We are very pleased with our Forte. I have driven it over the weekend and am even more pleased with our purchase than when we first made it. Young Kia has a fantastic, caring attitude. I will look there again for another car when the time is right.Thanks for the help.
