Ian was helpful and very patient with us and made sure our questions were answered. I would buy a car with him again. Nice touches: A full tank of gas A personal and detailed orientation to the car and it's features by Travis. Car was cleaned and detailed. Everyone was very nice, polite and helpful. Thanks. Negatives: (loss of a star) The snack and drink machines were empty and we were there for over 5 hours. 30 minutes to decide on a car and, it took over 5 hours to do the paperwork and leave. .

Excellent staff, very patient and understanding. I’ve referred all of my friends and family here and they’ve also all had great experiences. I did not feel pressured to buy, which is a key factor for me. The sales people are incredibly friendly, patient and accommodating. I’d give more stars if I could.

Ryan Searle is an amazing individual! He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the services being done to my vehicle. He is a genuine employee and should be treated with a raise! Young Mazda is best Mazda dealership on the planet. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great deals! Honest and fair pricing! They’ve got it all. We test drove several cars last month. Forrest helped us. Man he knew his stuff. There wasn’t a quest he couldn’t answer. When I buy Mazda’s there is only one place I shop—Young Mazda in Ogden, Utah!
