The Service people at Kia have ALWAYS treated me with respect and kindness. They have been true to their estimates. They have been very willing to help when they needed to keep my Sorento overnight in getting me a loaner car. I have owned a Kia now for 15 years. I won't own anything else.

I recommend seeking Youngblood Auto if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. My family has purchased approx. 2 brand new vehicles from the dealer and never once had a negative experience.I just purchased my first brand new vehicle from Youngblood Auto and will continue to take my business back to their professional team. Sales, management, and finance department are more than helpful when it comes to your needs; I was never rushed or advised to look at a more expensive vehicle. I would recommend contacting Will Champs in sales for any of your needs; he is professional and understanding. Another employee i recommend contacting is Scott Dasal in management; he will be sure to go above and beyond to ensure to you are getting the best deal possible.

From the moment my husband and I arrived on the lot Joe Blottenberger treated us like friends. He listened to what I was looking for and why, and then proceeded to show me options, never once did he try to lead me in another direction or push a sales pitch. Once I had decided on the car I wanted I felt very comfortable sitting down discussing what I wanted to pay, and the manager Scott worked very hard to bring the payment down to meet me. Joe went above and beyond helping me sit up my UVO, synce my phone, show me what all the bells and whistles could do and personally worked to remove a small scratch on the front bumper. It was close to closing when I signed all my papers, and when I got home I realized they had made a mistake and didn't charged me as much as we had agreed upon, so being a honest person I brought this to their attention the next day and to my surprise they said, our mistake is your lucky day. This mistake saved me $200.00 and $5.00 a month payment. That's not a lot of money, but they could of said sorry for our mistake and took my money anyways. I hate car shopping due to the pushy salesman and that was not the case at all. I would recommend Youngblood Kia and Joe Blottenberger to anyone looking to get a great deal and great service.

I needed a new car for my son and wanted to look at the Kia sedans. Joe Blottenberger came out right away to see if I needed help. I gave him my scenario and he immediately took over , showing me all the options. He listened to what I wanted, showed me some great options, and never pressured me. That is very important, as I had been to the Ford dealership the day before and has a pushy salesman trying to get me into a car that day. I would buy again from Joe and recommend him to my friends and family. The entire experience with my trade went very smooth and the negotiations were smooth.

Joe has been awesome and has gone above and beyond and everything that we have asked for or hand questions about. He made sure that everything was perfect and completely handled and done correctly. I will definitely recommend him personally to everyone! We showed up with piercings and tattoos in an older car that can tend to get us overlooked by many salesmen but Joe was never rude or condescending. He great the whole time and was a good person and not just looking for someone looking for someone who looked like they could afford the highest priced car on the lot.And, of course, I love my new car!

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They lied to me on multiple occasion, quoted me a different price each time they talked to me, lied about covering the cost of the rental car, over charged me, and we're completely rude to me the whole time. The service advisor, Ryan Grabill, is a misogynist and talks down to women. They sold me a bad car and refused to follow through on making it right!!

We purchased a 2016 Sorento on 12/05/15. We were very impressed with the dealership and especially the sales person, Joh James. He was exceptional. We visited first on a Thursday evenng and then test drove on Saturday. We told him what we wanted in a vehicle and what we preferred it to have on it. He immediately showed us one. He pulled it up front, warmed it up for us, gave us a quick overview of the options etc. During the test drive he suggested we take the vehicle home and make sure it would fit in our garage the way we wanted it to. We test drove several other vehicles that day from other dealers. The experience was not nearly as good as it was at Youngblood KIA. They gave us an exceptional tradein value for our tradein, also. They had a quote for us within minutes and a final figure within a few minutes. When deciding which vehicle to buy, one of the factors was the salesperson and the staff at Youngblood. When we picked up the vehicle, it was ready, washed, and filled with gas. The paperwork process was quick and easy as well. We would recommend Jon James and Youngblood. Jon has checked with us since our purchase and made sure we were satisfied. Even the managers have called and sent us emails thanking us for choosing them.

I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and hadn't had a brand new one in 30. This purchasing experience was very positive. I bought my car from Carlos Ortiz and he was very helpful and patient. I feel like I paid a fair price and would purchase from them again. I liked that they included an actual spare tire instead of that 'tire inflation kit'. The Soul is a fun car to drive. I just wish it had come with the Hamsters! :)

He came back and said you just bought a car, but we will do even better than what you asked. Was so thrilled with him that we called him a week later with the same request for my wife and he had an suv for is in 20 min to look at. My husband had been looking to buy a new Jeep Wrangler after visiting several dealerships he went to Youngblood and spoke with a salesman named Joe Blottenberger. Joe was so open honest and helpful he purchased a 2015 Wrangler that day. Joe seemed to have an open no pressure approach to selling cars and made my husband feel right at home. A few weeks later we were out looking to purchase a car for myself and after visiting a few dealerships to look around he made the choice to "Just give Joe a call." We called and told him what we were interested in, he sold us a car that day! He found exactly what we were looking for, it felt more like buying a car from a friend then a dealer he never made us feel pressured and seemed genuinely interested in what would be best for our family. I would highly recommend giving Joe a call if you are interested purchasing a car from Youngbood, such a nice salesman.

In the past, we have always dreaded car shopping. You may have had similar experiences - the dealerships that resort to endless haggling, high pressure sales, etc.; those are the ones that we just turn and walk away, vowing never to return. They stayed late 2 Saturday evenings in a row and worked diligently to find the right vehicle to meet our needs, allowing us to stay within our budget and come home with a beautiful new 2015 Kia Forte that was exactly what I wanted - and all with no haggling or high pressure! If only I had known how easy, I would have done this a year ago. I live 1 and a half hours away, so I called first to see if they had the car I was looking for. Glen Timoteo answered with pictures within 5 minutes. About 3 hours later I was on the lot and Glenn had the car ready to view and test drive. After making the decision that I couldn't go home without it, Glen took the reins and gave 100% of his knowledge and sales expertise. Which included running to and fro in 100 degree weather getting the car prepped to leave the lot. Financing was a breeze and I felt very fair. I was very happy about the extra warranty package that finance introduced during closing. When I left I didn't feel like I would be a stranger when I came back for service or questions. I have called Glenn since leaving and he has answered all my questions.

I purchased my Kia from this dealership in 07. It was not the best experience, but nothing compaired to the horrid service department. I called a week before to set up an appointment, and asked at that time how long it would take to complete one very simple task, changing a headlight bulb... That's it! My appointment was for 9:15, so I show up at 8:45, just to make sure they had plenty of time. Wait in a lengthy line to get into the service department, and once I am in there no one waits on me for quite a while. Finally got a service tech to check me in, told them I had another appointment that I had to be to at 11:15. I even watched the service tech write down waiting on the form. I went and sat in the waiting room, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally at 10:15, and hour and a half after I dropped off my car, I went to see if it was done at the service desk. They would not help me, and told me I had to go out and talk to my service tech, who just ignored me. Finally, someone asked if they could help. He went to find the status on the car needing a lightbulb changed. It was not even in the shop yet! I did watch them bring my car back, and asked the tech how long it would take he told me he didn't know because they were going to run all of the extra complentary exams, which I didn't want especially after waiting for so long. So, he told them not to do them. I went back in and waited, and waited some more... After 10 more minutes of waiting I went back out to check on my car. The guy that had helped me didn't want to help me this time, and I had to go and stand like an idiot waiting in the service center for my tech to finally get tired of me standing there and helped me. He assured me that my car was finished and would be brought right out. Wait.., finally my car appears!! I go to the service desk to pay, and they wouldn't help me because.. They didn't have my paperwork. When my paperwork finally arrived I promptly went to pay $$$ 66.06 for a headlight, really! And $21 for the service fee to install a headlight. Bad business.

Finance was a bit of an issue at first, but the overall experience ended very well and we couldn't be happier with our new car. I am a single older women, who works a regular 9 to 5 job and doesn't make a lot of money. Worked at the same place for 25 years. CLAYTON DAVIS met us on the lot and from that moment made my family and I feel as though helping us get my new car was the most important business that he was going to conduct. He did not try to rush me , listened to my want and needs , ( it was very important to get a mid-size car that had a HUGE TRUNK for my mothers wheelchair.) Pricing that i was sure I could afford and the warrenty. I fell in love with my KIA OPTIMA and drove away with it in less then 4 hours. With less payment then what I had stated and an almost 0% percent interest rate and no trade-in ...plus 20 warrenty GREAT.If your looking for a new car go to YOUNGBLOOD ask for CLAYTON DAVIS and enjoy your buying experience. This was our first time buying a car together, as a married couple, and everyone here at the dealership made it so much easier for us. Everyone is very knowledgable about the products. We test drove 2 cars with Joe and decided to buy the second one we drove, a soul. Excellent car! Joe helped us make our decision because he was so energetic and passionate. Plus, he has a Kia soul and was telling us how much he loved his. We were Joe's first buyers and we are so glad we were able to work with him. Since my husband had contacted the internet sales team, previously, we were fortunate enough to work with Greg, as well. Greg was very helpful with all of the paperwork and explaining everything to us. We were so thrilled to work with 2 great men that made our car buying experience so easy. We will definitely refer anyone we know who is looking for a car. I'm sure we will even come back when we want to trade our honda in, in a few years. Outstanding customer service, no pressure, no hassle, and made my buying experience very easy and stress free. A+ all around for Joe. I also received the same courteous treatment from the finance person, Coleman Kappelman. Youngblood KIA from my first phone call to when I drove away in my new KIA Soul was the best! Michelle made sure I was contacted back by Greg Boswell, Michelle even made sure and emailed pictures of prospects to me that same evening Thursday Jan 16th. You need to understand my first call was made after 6 pm on a Thursday evening and the car dealership closes at 8. By the time our visit was completed on Thursday evening, I knew I was dealing with the right people. Then on Friday Greg Boswell was able to let me know what they could do for me a long with Michelle helping with the right model and color by that afternoon they had my Dream Car found. My daughter in law and I traveled the 100 miles on Sat the 18th of Jan to finish the deal. What wonderful caring people they all were. I really felt that we had made new friends not just did a business deal. Scott Burns took care of all the financing and was even able to bring my interest rate down more than we had discussed. Youngblood KIA are truly there to be a service to their customers. Greg Boswell was Awesome such a nice man, and so understanding. My daughter in law has already said she will be buying her next vehicle from Greg and the team at Youngblood KIA! Thank you Greg, Scott and Michelle for masking my dream a reality!!!

We moved to Springfield, MO from Florida because of the economy. Our jobs were being affected by the downturn which caused us to not get paid and we got behind on our bills and our credit ended up being greatly affected. We have gotten reestablished here in Springfield, but unfortunately it has taken us awhile to recover financially. We have been having trouble with our current car and it ended up that my husband broke down Friday night about an hour and half out of town. Being frustrated with the car situation, I texted Joe Johnson (who knew of our situation) and told him we needed to get another car, but that we didn't want to go through the process and find out that we were turned down because of our credit situation. It would also be somewhat embarrassing to have to go into detail about our financial situation. Joe was very kind and professional and encouraged me to fill out the application online and he would get back to me in the morning. The next morning he called and asked about what kind of payments we would be able to afford and what kind of car we would want to get. He was always very positive and never made me feel embarrassed of our situation. We were very pleased to find out that we would be able to get a used vehicle that had only been used as a rental car. He had done all the leg work for us and all we had to do was come in and test drive it and sign the paperwork. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Joe Johnson and Youngblood Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. We look forward to using this as a stepping stone to reestablishing our credit and in three years to go back and purchase a new vehicle from Youngblood Kia. Thank you!

David Lambert was very helpful, and went the extra mile, to make me happy. He was very courteous and professional, and spent most of the afternoon, getting me a automobile that would meet my needs, both for reliability and financial. He personally washed the car, filled with fuel, helped me program the phone for blue tooth and installed new floor mats. He made sure that the arrangements were made for the minor repairs that were needed. Answered all my questions. I was truly one of the best experiences that I've had when purchasing a new car. We love the service and friendliness of Youngblood Auto Group. We pulled in to have my 2012 Kia Optima oil changed. Since we live so far from Springfield its not always easy to get there and Charles got us right in for our oil change and service. We did not realize we needed an appointment. We could not ask for better service than we get from Youngblood. We looked at a new vehicle Nissan Armada platinum while we were there and enjoyed the experience to just look and not feel pressured to buy at that very moment. Joe Johnson made our purchase of our Honda CR-V very smooth & painless. Normally salesmen are almost like a bunch of "vultures" waiting to pounce & sometimes very pushy. Joe was the total opposite. He made the whole process very comfortable for us. This was the fastest that we have ever walked into a dealership, test drove a vehicle, got the financing done & drove the vehicle home. We were totally impressed by the whole process & Joe was right there with us they whole time making sure all was as it should be! Service advisor was friendly. Receptionist for service area was extremely rude. When I asked her when my car would be ready, she told me I could go find David and ask him myself. It took 3 hours to do a recall repair, which i made an appointment for. When they finally told me my car was ready, they couldn't find it. It was parked out front, apparently for a while.

After deciding we had to buy a new car for our growing family, we went to Youngblood KIA having had a great rental experience with a KIA Optima this past summer. It may have been an off night for the dealership since after several hours within two visits we had a very hard time negotiating with them and reaching a deal. We left that night without a new car, but a promise that one fitting our needs was coincidentally on a car shipment coming in within a day or two. Turned out this was not correct information, and much had changed on the pricing and availability of features of the incoming cars, which had made them even less affordable to us than the one they pulled up to the building to show us the previous night. That car was not mentioned again (even though it was still not the car we wanted), and the best deal they had was now more expensive than the car we had just looked 12 hours before. We were frustrated with the pricing both what we were told and how it looked on the price sheets on the car windows since they did not figure out like the pricing on the KIA website, and felt like we were getting a run around on finding a car in the color and package we wanted. We were told one thing, and things never panned out that way, and it seemed like the deal we were offered kept getting less favorable and they seemed unwilling to work with us, and they didn't seem to understand what configuration we were asking the car to have. We made one final offer based on Edmunds' fair purchase value on the car should they be able to get one in like we were asking for, which was turned down. I then left a bad review here explaining the experience and frustration we had, whereas other dealerships we had visited seemed to want to work with us.To my surprise, the general manager of Youngblood contacted me about this review and was genuinely concerned about our experience and how it relates to the way they want their company to be perceived by their customers. He did not offer a bunch of excuses, or simply beg us give them another chance. He promptly asked if he could figure out what went on and get back with me, and told us he understands how stressful it is to buy a car and nobody needs this type of experience to make that even harder. He told me this is not how they are, and not how they want to do business. After about ten minutes, I got a call from the sales manager who had been off the night we were in, and he was very concerned with what happened when we were there on Tuesday. He worked with us personally to find a car like we wanted and gave us a very good price to boot. We went in last night and completed the deal. I was surprised to discover how many people there had read the review and were very apologetic about it. It tells me the claims of how serious the dealership takes this sort of feedback wasn't just something they told me to placate me. They really bent over backwards to change our perception of them, and I think they succeeded overall. I've worked customer service at a few organizations and I understand having off days, and it seems this may have been the case coupled with misunderstandings on what we wanted vs what they had to offer. I hope their staff has better knowledge of what they have on the lot and coming in shipments for future customers. That was the worst part of the experience, going home one night hopefully expecting the car we wanted to be there in a day or two as we were told, and finding out that wasn't the case at all and that the deal had changed entirely. This is something a little training could fix, and I'm now sure they'll work it out.All this said, we gave Youngblood a second chance, and that second experience was very positive. Casey Bennett helped make the process go smoothly and was as excited about the car as we were, which helped relieve the stress of the process and add some fun to it. I'm willing to say they had an off night, as any company will inevitably have. But, how they handled things after that off night shows a lot about their commitment to keeping the bar high. Though I wish things had gone more smooth from the start, it turned out well in the end. They even sent us on our way with a full tank of gas. So long as the KIA car has a nice dependable and long service for us, we'll be excited to consider going back to Youngblood KIA for our next car.

I went to Youngblood Kia to look at a Kia Optima Hybrid. I found this experience to one of the most positive and low pressure experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman, David Lasc, was not only very knowledgeable but also treated me with respect. I purposely went to look without my husband so that I could see if they treated me differently since I was a woman. I found quite the opposite to be true. David explained all of the aspects of the car to me in great detail. He never seemed to "talk down to me" as a female purchaser. When we returned two days later to purchase the car, my husband was with me and I found that David talked with my husband exactly the way he had talked with me, which meant a great deal. We also found the financing to be very low key. We were presented with different options in a manner that made us feel comfortable in choosing the options that were right for us. The finance manager never pressured us. We entered into the finance office knowing exactly what "extras" we wanted and what we didn't. We told him and he answered "okay" and went on with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Youngblood Kia to my friends and family and in fact, already have. They were wonderful to work with and have been very helpful when I stopped back by with questions. They will be getting our repeat business!

I had a appointment at 8:00,it was after 9:00 bfore they even took the car back.It had noise in it at 20 mph.that anyone that drove it could hear.They couldn't here it.I also had the oil changed.The oil change Was $46.00.never .seen a price like that.Dodge down the street is 19.95.I must say i'll go down the street next time. I'm a woman, single, and a senior citizen. Buying a car can be a scary experience for someone like me, but my salesperson, Casey Bennett, was a "God" send. I felt comfortable and safe with Casey. He didn't try to sale me anything.He told me to go home and get on the internet and look at all the pre-owned vehicles the dealership had to offer, and to call him the following morning. He allowed me the privilege of choosing the car I wanted. He was patient, respectful, polite and answered all my many questions, Casey has the best customer service skills I have seen in a long time especially from such a young person. He.informed me of all the necessary information and documentation that would be needed to complete the sale. When I met with Casey the next day for a test drive, I was prepared.. I told them what I could afford to pay and they made it happen for me. I felt empowered I was extremely pleased with everyone I encountered during my sales experience, but Casey was outstanding and I wish him much success. Juan Huerta is the reason I bought a car. I was just checking to see how much I would get in trade-in on my current Kia and not really planning on buying. He was, by far, THE BEST salesman I have ever had when buying a car. He never made me feel "wheeled and dealed" and I never felt pressure. I hate the whole car-buying process for these reasons typically. I'm not good at it and it makes me uncomfortable. He truly made me feel comfortable and I know he was honest with me through the entire process.I would recommend Youngblood as they have been great to me through the purchase and ownership of my last car and I like Kias. My husband and I were "just looking" at small hatchbacks. We wanted to compare the following cars, Honda Fit, Toyota Rav 4, Ford Fusion HB, and Kia Soul. It was Labor Day, and Honda wasn't opened so we went to Youngblood Kia and never got past this dealership. And, it is not because we were dealing with a hardcore salesman hell-bent on selling us a car. Casey Bennett is a kind and gentle gentleman who was personable and friendly. He has the kind of personality that you trust and you believe in what he says. His knowledge of the Kia was very thorough and impressive. He made me feel comfortable as I test-drove the Kia. His ability for chit-chat is commendable thrown in with the information he needed to get across to us about the Kia. I love my new car, it is everything I was looking for. It was my first car buying experience. I did a pre-approval application over the internet. I would highly recommend Jon James and the Youngblood team. I had some very specific needs (van) and a pre-approved auto loan with some challenging requirements. Youngblood was the 3rd dealership I went to and I had given up on finding something that would work. Joe Griffin worked with the lender to get all the numbers to work. The Youngblood team worked together to put me in a beautiful van that has more of everything (room, amenities, etc.) than I ever dreamed. More importantly, to me anyway, was the way I was treated. Everyone I met there treated me with respect and kindness. In my first meeting with Jon, he handed off an appointment (and potentially a sale) to another sales member rather than have the customer wait for us to finish talking. That's pretty unbelievable in my book.I also had occasion to wait a bit (not long compared to other experiences) and I overheard some sales staff making follow up calls and talking to each other. I was very impressed that I never heard anything negative about the customer, either in their calls or afterwards to each other. I purchased my first car from Youngblood in 1991. It wasn't a bad experience, but it was not as good as this one. If you're not sure what options are available to you or have any reason you haven't included Youngblood in your car buying quest, I'd suggest calling them. Ask for Jon James. I have no doubt there are other team members that will take good care of you, but I know how Jon treats his customers and it's worth a try.

I absolutely hated my experience with Youngblood and regret ever purchasing from them. I would never ever recommend Youngblood to anyone, and would highly discourage them from purchasing or servicing their vehicles there. In order to give you an accurate and unbiased review, I've detailed my experience below (it's quite long but gives you a good idea of how your experience will most likely be). The Service department is the worst I've ever been to, and although my car is under warranty, I take it elsewhere to be serviced now. I purchased my car from Youngblood pre-owned 6 months ago, and have needed several things fixed on it since (which I understand, it is not a new car). Issue #1: Originally, as part of the purchase agreement, they were going to fix one of the lights on the dashboard, and told me to schedule an appointment with Service whenever. I called to make an appointment the next week to have the light replaced, and when I picked up my car after the appointment, they informed me they had diagnosed that my light had a short in it and needed to be replaced and that I would have to schedule another appointment to have it replaced! They also were going to charge me for the appointment and the new part. I told them that it was part of my purchase agreement, but they refused to call Sales and told me I would have to call Sales to have them send it over. After failing to get in touch with my Sales representative several times, I gave up. They ended up waiving charges for the diagnostic appointment to tell me exactly what we already knew, but still wanted me to pay for the light to be replaced. No communication between the departments whatsoever, and an actual refusal to communicate when asked by the customer. Issue #2: About a month ago (5 months after purchasing), the battery died, and needed to be replaced, as it couldn't be fixed with a jump. I have a hybrid, so I wasn't sure which battery was the main problem. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning at 8:30 a.m. and dropped my car off the night before. At 8:30 punctually, I showed up at Service to make sure my appointment was running on time and get things taken care of. Although I received TWO confirmation emails from their website about my appointment, they said they had no record of my appointment, and it would probably be pushed back until the afternoon. The service tech, Neal, said it would most likely be $80-120 to be replaced but they would call me if it was any more money so I could make a decision. I informed them I worked until 6:00 that night so they would need to call me when it was done so I could pick it up before they closed. At 5:15, I received a call that they had already done a complete replacement for $240, and that I would need to get there in the next half hour to take care of things before close. I asked if the replacement was covered by my warranty, but they couldn't find my warranty on file. So I spent 20 minutes on hold with the Sales department to try to track down my warranty. I ended up paying over the phone and was told I could pick up my keys in the Sales department. When I got there, they had the incorrect keys and I had to wait for another 30 minutes while my keys were tracked down. Although my appointment was at 8:30 am, I had to make several phone calls, paid much more than I expected (I would've taken it elsewhere to be replaced if they would've called me like they said they would), and in the end, I wasn't finished with them until 6:40pm. Since they didn't finish my car until so late in the day, Neal told me he didn't have time to discuss what was wrong with the battery, and why they replaced it, and said he would provide a detailed report or call me the next day. There was never a report to be picked up and no phone call was received.. All in all, utterly unacceptable and unprofessional. I tell everyone I know to avoid Youngblood.

I have as of today July 25th, 2013 bought my 7th car from youngblood in Springfield, MO. I love the wall to wall coverage everyone gives my husband and myself. They are all concerned about fitting the right car to your taste, likes, dislikes, budget, and always show that they have covered all bases of your sale. I turned 60 today and they put balloons, and a big red bow on my car when I came to pick it up. This is the kind of attention to detail I just love. These people know customer service after the sale too! I have all my work done at Youngbloods. Because the after service is as good as the before customer service.

David Lasc and Sean Mabins were great! No high pressure and were very easy to work with. They were very friendly and made you feel at ease. I was impressed with the atmosphere of the whole dealership. I think I got a fair deal with the trade in and the price of my new KIA Optima SX. The reason for my 5 star review is:1. Michael Rea, after finding out I did not have stellar credit still wanted to work with me.2. He steered me in the right direction on what price and mileage I needed to get a loan.3. Finance director (who's name I cannot remember, sorry) performed nothing less than a miracle to get me approved without a co-signer, very little down, and terms I could comfortably accept.4. 2 weeks after the purchase of my vehicle, I noticed the heater not working on one side. Called Michael who suggested we have it looked at by a Dodge dealership since it was still under warranty, either by Youngblood or another dealership in town.5. Called Jeremy at Youngblood service department, scheduled an appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem and set up a 2nd appointment for repairs. Parts came in sooner than expected so they moved our appointment up by 5 days. They needed to keep the car over the weekend but already had us set up in a rental vehicle at no expense. Picked up my car and have had no problems since.6.They put me in the perfect car, they helped me to re-establish my credit, and they have a loyal customer for life. Michael Rea, you're truly a professional in the most personal way. Thanks, friend!

I was having a really bad day. My car broke down and I was in a desperate need for a car. I wasn't sure if I could get a car because I just spend a lot of money trying to getting my old car fix ed. I wasn't sure about how much I had to put down and about my credit rating. I explained this to David. He was very kind and not pushy and all. He basically said "Let's look and see what we can do." and a I needed that. I appreciate him being there that day. He made the experience better that I could ever imagine. In my opinion he is a good employee and understanding person. Glad he was there he made a horrible day a great day!

I traded my car in for a Altima the end of June 2012. I have been disappointed since day one with the car. I was pregnant at the time and there for 8 hours and couldn't find a car that I liked. They then said they had an Altima as a last result that they just received from an auction. I test drove it and as I was tired and wanted to leave, I decided to get the car. The car did not have a car fax report available, and shame on me for not asking for one as I asked the salesman if the car had been wrecked and he replied that it had not been. I was told I was approved for a 8.9% interest and later AFTER I signed paperwork, it was wrote down for 10% (which again, I was tired and shame on me as a woman for letting a man take advantage of me). I was referred by someone who does much business with youngblood which is the ONLY reason why I wanted to purchase a car from them. Now, 6 months later we absolutely hate the car and wanted something a little bigger, but we are told that the car we purchased for 16,990 is now only worth 12,500 6 months after purchase. The car is having many issues, I can barely drive it in the rain, and many other problems. I went to Thompson Buick after we were unable to trade the Altima in at Youngblood and they pulled the car fax report and told me that the car had indeed been wrecked and air bags deployed. Since the air bags have been deployed and there is not "proof" that the air bags have been replaced, they would not help us AT ALL. To make a long story short, I went to Youngblood a second time to see if they would be willing to help me as I have only had the car for 6 months and they would not bend on helping with anything as our pay off on the altima is still what we purchased the vehicle for. I am very disappointed and have 2 children that I can't even feel comfortable driving the car as it is having problems and does not feel safe. Instead of Youngblood doing everythin they could to help me make this situation RIGHT, they did nothing. So not only will I never return to youngblood, but I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I normally do not write reviews however I am extremely disappointed about the situation and the unwillingness to help after I feel we were overcharged for the car and given the wrong interest rate and are not stuck with it.

I have recently purchased a Kia Soul from Youngblood Kia. When I first pulled onto the lot I didn't have 14 sales people running out to me. The sales people gave me time to look around by myself so I could choose what I was interested in. This was greatly appreciated because when sales people DO run toward me I usually get into my car and leave. I hate high pressure sales people. Juan Huerta was my salesman and I was very happy with him. He was no pressure, fun, and had a great sense of humor. He is educated about the cars he sells and has a good time doing it. He also was very patient with me, I drove 3 cars and kept changing my mind on which one I liked better. After I finally made my decision he was very quick to get us approved and into the finance department. He was no hassle and I got a great deal and a great trade in. Brad Gideon was our finance agent. He was amazing as well. He explained everything to us quickly, thoroughly, and with a great attitude. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car WHICH I LOVE!!!!! I would ABSOLUTELY tell my friends and family to go to Youngblood.........WHAT A PLACE!!!!!!!!

My best friend, fiance, and I went to Youngblood to purchase a used car since I now had a downpayment. Tim greated us with enthusiasm, and was exceptional to work with! He was very friendly right from the beginning until very end. He did everything he could to get the car we wanted, with the price and interest rate we wanted. That consisted of riding in the Cube around the parking lot since it was raining, to filling out all the paperwork to even get approved, to the gassing and washing the car for us. We sat at the dealership for 5 hours on Saturday, and 4 more on Monday afternoon. Even though it seemed worthless to be sitting there for that long, Tim worked his hardest to get us into a brand new 2013 KIA Forte (a car I thought I'd never get approved for being only 19!). I would recommend, not only this dealership to anyone, but Tim to be there salesman. For being someone that thought they didn't have much credit, not a huge amount of money, or long job experience, Tim turned that into something amazing! I greatly appreciate his services! He also helps us out with any questions we have even after we left the dealership. His actions showed that he didn't think of us as just another sale and money maker! That was wonderful!

We were very happy with our sales man Juan. He came outside eagerly to help us on Friday. We told him we would be back on Saturday. We returned Saturday, even though it was pouring down rain, he was eager to help us find a car that fit out needs. We test drove two of them and decided on the top of the line Kia Optima. This was hands down the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Darren Barnes was outstanding in helping my wife pick out the vehicle that made her completely happy. He was very patient and helped us work the purchase to fit our budget. As we were working through the financing with Brad Gideon, he went and picked us up a pizza since we had been there so long. Truly, the kindest small gesture a salesman has ever done, which also helped our 7 year old who would rather be anyplace else. Brad's assistance with the financing was just as good. Went in for a oil change. The service brought out the cab filter and said it needed changed. I agreeded and said change It. When I was paying bill I found out There was a $20 charge to install a new filter, they was no charge to reinstall old filter, no extra labor was needed. I feel I should have been told ther was a labor charge. Any place that I have had a new filter installed there was a charge for the filter but no added labor

I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sportage from Tj Brice with Youngblood Kia! This was my first experience with buying a car, and being a female I was expecting to be given a hard time and not getting a fair deal. TJ was great! I live about 2 hours away and we communicated by email for about a week and a half. He tried really hard to get what I wanted for my trade. He was very attentive, friendly, and understanding of my needs in a new car. When I arrived at YoungBlood, I was greeted by friendly staff and was not pressured at all. TJ came over and we took the car for a drive. I was in love! I would recommend this dealer to everyone looking for a vehicle AND first time car buyers. They are not pushy or make you feel uncomfortable. I did not like the numbers for my trade and TJ got that amount increased and I bought the car that day! I truly enjoyed this experience and it was a nice breath of fresh air. TJ needs a raise! Anyone going by YoungBlood, I am sure they are all great workers but ask for TJ! I do not like to give all 5's but this truly was an exceptional customer experience.

I had been considering a new car for about 6 months. I really wanted a Kia Soul but I thought I couldn't afford one. I went to the used car center and Deon couldn't have been more helpful. I asked to test drive a used Nissan but when he found out I really wanted a Soul he had me drive to the back lot to see if there were any there. I found a great car at a great price and I couldn't be happier. This is my second vehicle from Youngblood, the first was in 1999. I was babysitting a friend's 10 month old as we looked at the KIA and talked to the sales staff, and each staff member involved treated Emily as if she wsas their own. My visit here started out with a few bumps in the road that made it to me, unsatisfying. However, the crew really turned my visit around. Not only was everyone very friendly but they were all willing to help. If you are wanting to buy a vehicle, I would suggest Tim Schlobohm. By e-mails we were able to establish my requirements for a new vehicle,get a ball park figure on price, and submit a credit application.By phone I made an appointment to meet with Steve at the dealership on 4/11/12. This meeting resulted in my wife and I selecting a Kia Serento we would purchase. However, because the color my wife requested was not available at this dealership, Steve and another gentleman through dealer bata base, found what we wanted in Kansas City. With a handshake, we commited to the purchase. We returned on 4/13/12 to see the car for the first time. We were pleasantly suprise that this vehicle suprassed our expectations. I was in a tough situation after a rear end collision left my car totaled. To make matters worse, I had a not so impressive credit score. I would definitely recommend Youngblood Kia and other Youngblood services to anyone. This time was our most enjoyable time yet looking for a vehicle. We started on the internet and after emailing with Brad Dorris we were ready to come in and take a look at several models to compare. We were not set on any one model. After the wonderful information and services given to us we were ready to test drive. There was absolutely no high pressure to buy at any time. We met with Brad on three different visits to narrow things down and make our seletion. Immediately after making our choice we found that the only model they had like we wanted had just sold. Manager Sean Mabins quickly ran a search for others in the area. After verifying that was what we wanted he made a deal with another dealership in Kansas City and our shiney new Kia Sorento was delivered the very next day. We finalized the paperwork and were off into the sunset, a happy couple.

I just purchased a 2012 Kia Rio5 EX hatchback and love it! The car is fun to drive and has very nice features, plus it's a good looking car. I love the UVO system that lets me talk to the car to change radio stations, talk on my cell phone, etc. Plus, the gas mileage is hard to beat. My very tall boyfriend likes that it has plenty of legroom and headroom too, which is hard to find in a smaller car. Lastly, the warranty on the car was a huge selling point for me and it's one of the best in the industry.My salesperson was Wes and he was so easy to work with. He's a super nice guy with a lot of "southern charm". He was very knowledgeable and explained how everything in the car worked, all the features, the differences in the models available, and made the buying process a breeze. I would definitely recommend both Wes and the Rio!

Scott and Curtis were extremely helpful to us in the purchase of our daughter's first car. We really weren't sure what we were looking for, but they were incredibly patient with us as we sorted through multiple vehicles. They showed genuine concern that we found the right vehicle for a 16 year old girl at a price we were comfortable paying for that type of vehicle. I must say this was the most relaxed and pressure free car buying experience I've ever encountered, and I've bought a lot of cars. Curtis also offered a lot of advice in purchasing a car for a 16 year old girl, based upon his personal experience. Scott was very responsive in returning phone calls and text messages. Never did I feel like I couldn't tell them exactly what I was thinking, even after I initially led them to a couple of cars we "thought" we wanted to buy. I have ALWAYS dreaded new car shopping, but Rich Womack seemed more of a friend than a salesman. Rich is in the Internet department, so I had emailed him with my information. From the minute I walked into Youngblood, Rich remembered my preferences in a car and showed me all kinds of options. **The car/ color I wanted was not available in an automatic transmission and it had been 20 years since I have drove a stick shift. So Rich gave me a test ride on the highway then through town. He thoroughly went over the dash and where things were located. Then we went to a neighborhood with quiet streets and no intimidation and I was able to see if I would be comfortable with a manual transmission again. AND I WAS!! Thanks Rich!Brian Gideon was my finance guy. He was able to get me 1.6% less than my credit union. Brian was very personable and polite. He offered various packages and was not pushy if he offered something I was not interested in.My experience at Youngblood was great! I will defiantly be back!

My son brought in his 2000 KIA Sportage yesterday (Blue Book value in excellent condition = $2190) because the driver side window would not go up or down. He scheduled a 10am appointment for service and arrived at 9:45am.At about 2:30pm the service department called him back and told him that they had done everything they could to diagnose the problem without talking the door panel off, and wanted his approval to do so. He was advised that this would cost about $100. (Presumably, doing everything they could without looking inside the door [really?] would have consisted of trying the window switch and making sure the printer was loaded up with paper for the 'World Class Inspection' report. More on that later) He gave them the go-ahead because he did bring the car in to get the problem fixed after all.At 4:30pm, they called him back and told him that they wouldn't be able to fix it today, since they close at 5pm, but they had his World Class Inspection Report ready and they proceeded to enlighten him with the recommeded repairs: $4,265.81! Did he want to go ahead and authorize the work? Uh no! Well, the good news is that if he just wanted to fix the problem with the window (the reason he brought the car in...remember?), it would require a new door window motor. That repair would be $538.12. Of course, they couldn't be sure that he wouldn't need a new window switch as well. Can't tell that until you replace the moter. If they needed to put in a switch to make the new moter actually raise and lower the window, that would be an additional $284.20. Did he want to authorize that repair now? (In case you don't have a calculator handy, that comes to $822.32...37.5% of the entire Blue Book value of the car ...assuming that it is in excellent condition otherwise).Now I haven't always given my son credit for the good sense that he obvioulsy possesses, but he demonstrated it clearly by saying "No thanks!" to that offer and cutting his losses at $103.69 for them to tell him what he already knew (the door needs a new window motor) and providing a totally unreasonable estimate for the repairs. Oh, and I almost forgot, 'The Youngblood Worldclass Inspection Report'.So what is this fabled document? A 13 page list of recommendations and pricing totaling $4,265.81 that will presumably bring his $2100 KIA up to World Class standards. Things like a $513.38 spark plug and wire replacement. (Obviously using materials that are being developed on the International Space Station). How about a $225.00 Manaual Transmission fluid change service?Ka-ching! Ka-ching! Ka-ching!... $4,265.81 please.I stopped by the service department this morning and spoke to the service advisor (Laura) who 'assisted' my son. She was really quite nice in helping me navigate the 13 page World Class Inspection Report to understand all of the recommendations, but she declined to purchase the other three working door window motors and switches that are still in the KIA for a discounted price of $2100.00, which would be a 15% discount over their service price. I was surprised, given that they are obviously focused on profit margin.When asked if she would spend $822.32 to fix the window if it were her car, she said 'No'.When asked if she thought a recommendation of $4,265.81 worth of repairs for a $2100 car was a good investment, she declined to answer.Bottom-line? Stay away. Over-priced parts, shady tactics to get you to spend more than you wanted, and slow service. (My sons car was there for 7 hours to have them look inside the door and do no actual service)

Working with TJ was nothing less than a pleasure. He is funny, warm and impresses as a very nice and honest guy. When we had issues with the service department, he took care of everything quickly and efficiently. The service department is horrible but this is the fifth car we have purchased from youngblood and have been very happy with the sales side. How often do you hear that...lol. The managers and the financing department were very good and easy to deal with also. My only complaint is the length if time the whole process takes. Probably nothing to be done about that, but it is very lengthy.

First, let me say that Gene Gibbons is a miracle worker. We went to the dealership on a very tight schedule. We had already visited the dealer's website and had decided on a car before we'd arrived. Gene Gibbons promptly greeted us and was extremely friendly. We were upfront about being pressed for time and our intent to purchase the vehicle. A couple weeks ago, my husband met Micah at Youngblood Nissan, and was shown a Rogue. No financing was done, just a test drive and Micah took info about our trade in. My husband told him we weren't quite ready to buy yet. Then, on 10/29/2011. we called Micah to tell him there was a Prius we wanted to look at. Micah told him when we arrived, to ask for him, and if he wasn't available, to ask for T.J. We were directed to T.J., and lets just say, our experience with him was phenominal. He was honest and up front with us all day and when the financing took a turn for the worst on the Prius, he put us into a Cadillac instead, that was a comparable payment and a better vehicle overall. I told TJ exactly what I was looking for and the price that I could afford. He went out of his way to not only meet my needs but ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase. They immediately took care of the problem and made me feel most comfortable and special. My Husband and I have traded several times this year, we knew that we were upside down on my car that we were going to trade but we wanted to trade anyway. I told our salesman TJ that I didn't like dealing with the middle man I wanted to speak with who called the shots. He was very helpful, he introduced me to the manager and he stayed by our side through the process while we negotiated the deal. Eric was the manager and even though he was very busy he still talked with us and was very helpful. We always expect a long day when trading vehicles but they tried to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible. My car was clean when we got it and TJ made sure I knew how everything worked and answered all my questions before we left. The only problem we had was being there so long waiting on finance but that is part of trading we didn't leave until 8:30pm and had a 2 1/2 hour drive home but that was minor since everything else was so nice. After we got home with my new car about 3-4 days later TJ called to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure I didn't have any questions and to thanks us for our business. About 2 weeks after our purchase an owner Charles called to thank us also. Its nice for them to take time out of their day to say Thank You. By far the Youngblood Kia dealership had some of the nicest people to deal with and as many times as we trade thats worth a lot!

We had an overall good experience at Youngblood Kia. I would suggest buying a car during the week when they are not as busy though. Weekends are busier and the process takes a lot longer! When it's time to sign paperwork, that process took 3 hours! Be wary of extended warranties... we got suckered into one and I wish we could cancel it. We ended up buying a new car warranty on a used car with 36,000 miles. So, basically, when we drove our car off the lot, we had already used up 36,000 miles and 2 years of our warranty which covered 7 years or 100,000 miles. We feel that we got ripped off. We didn't realize it at the time. The Kia service department is great.

I had a 2010 Hyunadai Accent 5 speed transmission, and I was wanting to trade for an automatic. Jeremy went above and beyond helping me find a car. In fact the finance department went above and beyond to make my trade in work. I got a 2010 Nissan Sentra and it is more car than I imagined getting, thanks to their hard work. Jeremy was the perfect salesman. He wasn't pushy or in my face, he actually cared about what I was looking for or needed, and I would go back to him in a heartbeat. In fact I know a couple of co-workers looking for a car, and I will be sending them his way. The whole experience was great, and they kept apologizing for how long it was taking (dealing with the bank). Jeremy also offered to get lunch if I wanted because of the length of time it was taking. Never once did he pressure me and he really took the time to explain everything about the car. Great job!!

Juan was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was very helpful in matching me with my car. the showroom was very well maintained as well as the lot. Juan made sure i got the most out of my test drive and encouraged me to take the car on the highway instead of a pre-planned course that barely allows you to see how well the car performs. I didn't feel pressured at all by Juan or any other people on the sales staff. When i made the decision to buy the car being a first time car buyer Juan and the others were very informative and helpful in the process and tried to make all the paperwork as easy and understandable as possible. After buying Juan went the extra mile and made sure my car was parked safely away in the back until i could pick it up tomorrow and had it detailed and made sure it was vacuumed out for me the next day. HIGHLY Recommended salesperson and very highly recommended dealership, very happy with my buying experience and very happy with my new Kia!

This was the 5th dealership we visited when looking for a car replacement following the wreckage of my car when someone rear-ended me. I found several cars during this time but really didn't feel "good" about the experiences. Most of the dealers were very interested and went to great lengths to help us locate something that would meet our needs but again nothing seemed "right", you know that feeling that you can say, "now this is the right car". One dealership didn't even come out to greet us while we took much time in reviewing their lot of cars. However I must admit it was raining that day. I liked the no pressure but being available for questions and the professionalism that Jeremy Hall displayed. He was caring, insightful, a great listener and lead us in a direction I never dreamed could/would happen which was considering a NEW car. I have never purchased a new car in my life so needless to say, it was a special time for me. The Advisors all stayed without complaining to help finalize our purchase. They were all very friendly and you felt that they enjoyed their job. There are 2 things I wished came with my car and really can't imagine it not being included and they are: spare tire instead of a repair kit and a pull curtain to cover the back "trunk" area. My previous cars had both. thank you.

My experience at Youngblood Kia was great. The personal touch given by Tim Schlobohm was exceptional and made buying my Sorento enjoyable. When I was instructed by the internet loan company I was going to use to go to Youngblood's, I didn't think I would be able to find something I could afford. I am thrilled with my Sorento. I will be going back to Youngblood's for my next vehicle.The only negative part of the process was that Curtis Schoffer was VERY rude.But because Tim Schlobohm was so nice, I made the purchase.

Scott Burns greeted me right away when I got there. I felt completely at ease, and not like I was being tricked or manipulated into buying a car. During the time I was there he continued to be professional, courteous, and completely friendly. I found just what I was looking for in a car, a great price, and great gas mileage. (Plus it was pretty, and girls like that :) Once it was time for B.J. to discuss the financial side of things the bar for the employees at your business was raised high, and he continued the open, friendly, and professional vibe the entire time I was there. The sales team of did a great job of making me feel welcome when I arrived at their lot. I was there for a special sales event in conjunction with my credit card company, and the company gave me the wrong dates of the event, I was just going to see what they had available and if I would be interested in buying there. Juan approached me as soon as my friend and I got out of her car, and upon asking my a few questions, let me know that I had luckily arrived on the actual day of the sales event. The whole process was very streamlined and amazingly stress-free. After about four hrs., I left the dealership with my new car, and I hadn't even planned on buying a car that day. It still amazes me. We did our homework before deciding on a Kia Sportage, and even reviewed customer ratings of the dealerships in the area. We knew what we wanted and were up-front with our salesman, to the extent of requesting that the agreed-upon price be put in writing with no hidden fees attached. We had intended to get a used 2011 Kia Sportage, but after conferring with his manager, the salesman, Jim, returned with an offer for a brand new 2012 Kia Sportage EX with all our specifications. The price was actually slightly less than most of the used 2011 Kia Sportages. After waiting for about a week for the vehicle to arrive from the factory we were prepared with a Cashier's Check in hand for the agreed-upon amount. We were not pressured to purchase any extras and they helped us to get the lowest price possible. They even filled the gas tank up to full! We found both Joe Etheridge and Jim Tannehill to be men of their word, and we would certainly be return customers. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Every time I have taken my car to the shop for service I have been treated poorly, given attitude and have been made to feel I am ignorant, which I do not appreciate. Most recently, when trying to discuss an issue covered under warranty and a possible credit on my account, I was told before I could even say 5 words, "You're wrong." Flat out! After having him speak to my fiance on my phone, as that's who they had been working with, he hung up on him in the middle of the conversation and tossed my phone across his desk at me and told me the conversation was over, though I had never gotten to say much of anything to begin with. I left his office to wait on my car, at which point I was followed to the door like a criminal - I had done nothing!! He was livid I had my car in for service and had to let me stay. He brought back another manager to talk to me, who simply treated me like crap and said they couldn't do anything for me as far as a credit. I let them know that was fine - I thought it was worth a shot to check and had that been calmly and nicely explained to me the issue would have been dropped. My only issue now is that I was given the worst treatment I have ever received anywhere as a customer, and it was completely unacceptable!!! I have never met a more foul man in my life, and I will make everyone very highly aware of my experience, because nobody deserves his kind of treatment.

He made me feel at ease with the whole process in picking out my car and signing all of the paper work. Courtney was also very friendly although she didn't work with me directly I thought that it was a sincere pleasure when she remembered who I was when I came back to pick up my car two days later after having it detailed before I took it home. A fantastic experience from start to finish! I went to every car dealer in town and was afraid to get out of my car because there were five sales agents waiting to swarm me the moment I opened my door. When I went to Youngblood Kia I was amazed there was one person to whom I could direct my inquiries and from there they would page a sales agent to assist me. Tony Morris was my sales agent and he was amazing! Not once did I feel pressured. In fact, I was amazed he didn't expect me to buy a car that day. Even knowing that he still spent hours with me test driving and trying to find the best car for me at the best price. Three weeks later when I decided to buy, I went back through my research from other offers from other dealers and decided none of them gave me better service than Tony. When I went back, even though it was late in the day, Tony and sales manager Ryan Welch quickly got down to the business of finding the best car for me. There was no waiting around and in twenty minutes Ryan had a brand new car for me to test drive and best of all it was in my price range! Previously, I had been looking at used cars but kept running into warranty issues. Two hours later I drove off the lot in my brand new car. Ryan worked so fast even taking documents to the finance department himself. I was so happy with my experience with these two I will be doing business with them for years to come.

First visit was a little confusing. I waited in line for about ten minutes in the Nissan Service Department on the North side of the dealership before I was redirected to Kia Service on the South side. They were expecting us though and check in was fast. I second the previous comments about the small waiting area. On the plus side, our first service was gratis and a recently announced ECM program upgrade was performed while we waited.

The Price of an oil change could come down a few bucks, but other than that great friendly service. I appreciate that the service department is not always trying to push pointless shit to jack up my bill. The Lobby in the Chrysler building needs to be better equipped for occupancy. Several times people have had to stand or sit outside because of the few number of seats in the waiting room.

Best part is that my bill came in under the quote. Just like the TV adds say Youngblood " What a place for customer service".

My car search was long and seemed to be hopeless, untill the day I heard from Warren Decker (salesman for Youngblood). He was the most honest, personable cars salesman I had came across. My need for a new vehicle was simply work related. I took a position within my company in which requires exstensive travel. I was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle and in fact it was not vital to me until the end of this summer. After doing much research and shopping for the vehicle that fits my needs and so many pushy, unrealistic salesman, by the time I heard from Warren it was an ultimate relief. He wanted to know what I needed and he found it for me. He gave me different options and let me decide which way to go. He was more worried about getting me a relistic price than his commision. Having said all this, in eighteen months or so when it's time for me to purchase another new vehicle I will return to Youngblood in hopes to find Warren.

I was looking for a specific car with specific accessories, in a hard to find specific color..and they found it. Warren drove eighteen hours to get the car for me while Eric kept me informed and took care of the preliminary paperwork. Since I had to travel some 400+miles myself, they offered to take care of a motel room for the overnight stay and they gave me a loaner car to drive. Steve had the honor of getting my signature on about ten documents and then the deal was done. Everyone was just as nice in person as they had been on the numerous phone calls and emails that had occurred during the arduous process of procuring the car for me. I especially appreciated warren's extra efforts to see that I got exactly what I had dreamed of having. And through all this time he had a brand new baby son at home. What a sweet and conscientious young man.This was a good experience. This purchase was as it should be..no pressure to take things I did not want and no games with the pricing. As I said, a good experience.

I've been in the car business for over 20 years and have bought many new vehicles so I believe that I have some basis as to know what I'm talking about. I was just down right impressed with the friendly staff who worked together as a TEAM to get my wife and I the car we were looking for at the price we could afford. When the sales people work together as a team, it puts the customer at ease and builds a trust factor between the customer and the dealership. The friendliness and product knowledge carried over to service department as well. Once again, I was impressed with their excellent customer service both in sales and service.

I purchased a 2002 Kia Sportage in 2002, drove it off the lot. In the last four and a half years I have had it in for service on over a dozen major problems, including: fuel leak, that took over a year to find and fix, my son and I inhaled gas fumes in the meantime; took it to an independent mechanic b/c the service dept. at Youngblood was so incompetent and condescending, for new brakes at 22,000 miles, there are 23,000 miles on those brakes and they are having problems; the clutch fan fell apart on the interstate; the sun visors broke off and John Youngblood refused to replace them b/c I had moved and didn't have the originals; currently the locks unlock by themselves, in park and drive, again, Youngblood will not repair; the 4wd will not engage and Youngblood will not repair---my vehicle is 4 1/2 years old w/45,000 miles, well within the five year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warrenty. I've called Kia, I've spoken to every person and then some at Youngblood to no avail, Kia's are poorly made and the warrenty is a sales gimmick. Youngblood and his employees are difficult to work with, condescending and incompetent.
