After several issues with the vehicle that I purchased, I contacted the manager, Nasir, he listened to all of my concerns, and took care of all my issues. Dealing with Your Choice Autos was a great experience.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and very professional. I checked out a couple of dealers before choosing your choice autos and bought my car here! I'm delighted with the car I bought and the great service from your choice autos. I would Def recommend and or buy from them again.

Good communication with sales person. Very cooperative and they allowed me an extended test drive which was important to my decision. I purchased the car from them. Would shop there again.

After receiving an e-mail response that the car I wanted to see was available I called and was assured the car was available. I drove down to Crestwood and was told by the guy in the office to see the porters. There was a red S40 there... but a newer one priced $2500 higher with plenty of other vehicles priced at the $2000 I'd been looking to spend. I'm sure it was an honest miscommunication. Next time I'll specify the VIN number when calling. I stopped at the Your Choice lot further up the road and found it to be better maintained.

I stopped here to look at a car and made a good offer. The manager turned down my offer. He then tried to talk me into buying a bunch of other cars. When i tried to leave his office he finally said hed sell it at a lower price, than an even lower price. He told me once I walked out the door the offer was over, and if i came back he wouldnt sell it at the same price. As this was going on there was another person in there that was arguing with another employee about a car he bought. I wont be back.

The price on the car I was trying to buy was really good. So i emailed the company to check availibilty and its been a month now with now reply from them so I am pretty angry, I dont want to call or visit because I dont have the money yet

Great used car selection at reasonable process , I was able to haggle it down further because I was paying in cash but before I did they wouldn't budge on financing( which they were willing to do on a 5k car with 1.3k down)

i CAME HERE TO LOOK FOR HYUNDAI TUCSON 2007. I CAME FROM WISCONSIN. I WAS TALKING TO NAEEM ABOUT THIS AND HIS HONEST ANSWERS ABOUT CAR MADE ME TRAVEL BY BUS TO CHICAGO. IT TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO GET TO THE DEALERSHIP BUT WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS RELIEVED AND RELAXED. I FOUND WHAT I EXPECTED. IT WAS NICE MEETING TO THE STAFF. THEY ARE HAPPY AND WELCOMING. I BOUGHT THE CAR AFTER TEST DRIVE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR OVER THE PHONE. I FOUND THE CAR IN EXACT SAME CONDITION. I GOT THE CAR AND NOW ITS BEEN 1 WEEK IT IS DRIVING GREAT. I REALLY LIKED NAEEM'S HELP. GREAT PERSON. IT WAS WORTH GOING THERE.

Very good customer service. Price was good for car. Quick in and out experience. Lot is a bit crowded but they do have a lot of cars!! Would recommend to others.

I have came here looking for a car. when i got there Naeem approached me and asked me that how am i doing and offered me help. he stayed with me till end and showed me all the cars he had. he gave me a very good deal on the monte carlo i was looking for, the car is beautiful and i always wanted to buy monte carlo and now i have it. i am very happy. i would recommend everyone to come here and they do have alot of cars. i am definately gonna be back to get another car for my son.

By far the best auto purchasing experience I have had in nearly 35 years. Staff, all of the staff including the porters, receptionist, and salesmen, were friendly and helpful. Pricing negotiable, and no long mysterious contracts. My daughter and I were treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend Yourchoiceautos to my friends and family.

Great Salesperson who knew when to just let me as a customer sit and make my own decision. Closed the deal very late in the evening and he stayed the entire time and never rushed the process. I would buy any future cars from them and i highly recommended sales person Naeem.

I searched around for specific vehicles, and was pleasantly surprised to find various options available from Your Choice that fit my criteria exactly. I am especially grateful that the salesperson, Naeem did not pressure me at all. He listened to all of my concerns regarding the vehicle that I had selected and addressed each of them in a timely manner. All of the personnel at Your Choice of Crestwood were professional and courteous. As with any used car purchase, Buyer Beware! but Naeem went above and beyond to ensure that my buying experience was painless and pleasant. The facilities may not be state of the art with spectacular architecture, but it does not matter since they are kept clean and tidy. The prices of the vehicles are extremely competitive, the car I purchased I'm sure would have cost a lot more elsewhere. Naeem treated me honestly and respectfully and I highly recommend Your Choice of Crestwood as an excellent place to shop for a used car.

Charlie was great he was honest, very friendly and to the point we were in and out very quickly, so if your looking for a great used car come see Charlie. Don't speed through small facility but big lot GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I came in one day into this dealer and I really wanted a chevy impala for my third car so I got one from here. My car was 2001 Chevy Impala and runs great. It had minor issues but nothing major like the transmission or the engine going bad. I appreciate the help of Scott, Nameen, Eric, and Charles for helping find the car I was wanted to have. It was hard to find a dealer that would accept me with a no credit score. I would recommend any young people out there to go to this dealer and buy a car. Thank you guys!!

Stopped in looking for a reliable work vehicle and was shown a variety of vehicles that met my need. After test driving several, I chose the one I wanted and the paperwork was quickly completed. No high pressure sales tactics and very accommodating sales staff. I'll look here again first if I need another vehicle.

i was looking for a used car and then i saw a very good Ford Five Hundred here. i loved the car and staff helped me alot. they told me everything about the car and now i am leaving the location with my car. i am very happy and satisfied. i went to buy a car. i didnt know what car should i get for myself. i went to them told them about my requirements and i have been given alot of options. i have been told all the information about the car. i have been sent on test drive to satisfy myself and feel the car. i wasnt worried about anything. The manager worked with me on price. i am really happy with my car. today i came to pick up my plates after 4 weeks. i still am happy with the car. Very good staff and friendly people. i definitely would recommend to all of you who wants to buy any car. you should go to your choice autos or at least visit there. you definitely will get the low prices and the good cars. i must say that i cant buy any better car then what i got from them. Really Happy.
