I went to look at a used van the van had issues but the worst of it was the complete lack or respect the staff has for their customers. The sales and support staff make fun of customers closes and looks while they are not in the shop. My sister waited while I shopped they did not know she was with me as she had walked in separately. When I came back in she told me that not only had they been laughing at me but another perspective customer as well. TERRIBLE STAFF STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Needless to say I took my money elsewhere...

I live in another state so I had a good faith deal made with this dealership. There the sales person was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions about the car and explained everything in detail. Naveed the manager that we met is also a very nice person who was very honest and offered me a great deal on the Chevrolet Suburban we bought from them. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was looking for my first vehicle and I read the reviews an kept seeing Jesse Munez name mentioned everywhere! So I said why not go there an ask for him. He found me exactly what I wanted, 100 keeps it real with his customers Most honest guy who actually cares for his customers an what you want to make you happy! Any vehicle I wanted he would go run to get the keys to bring it out front. I did not even have to ask! While driving the truck we felt a shake. Jesse notices it an brung it to our attention an that he would get it checked an fixed for us. I ended up buying this dodge ram and got the price I wanted. I thought this place would be not of expectations but it really is. And if you want that car They go out FAST. No exaggeration. Go head over there an get ur car now before its gone! My wife and I just purchased a preowned Dodge Town and Country and believe we received an excellent value. They had a large selection in our price range to choose from. Jesse Nunez was our salesman and he went out of his way to show us several vehicles. I test drove each one on the highway and in town. The service was excellent and Jesse went out of his way to take care of us and make us feel at home. They repaired a couple of minor mechanical issues on site while we waited and my wife was also given the opportunity to drive the vehicle. We drove up from Indianapolis and will let our friends know where to go. The entire process could not have gone any smoother or easier. My boyfriend and I went in and Brandon helped us. He was extremely patient and very helpful. We looked at about 4 cars and chose the last one we saw. The car is in great shape very well taken care of. It was a very hot day and Brandon was extremely understanding. His customer service skills are exceptional. Once we chose our car we then went into franks office. It went okay .. We made an offer and then it was just awkward silence for about 10 minutes while he waited for it to be approved . We did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience to him. Aside from all of that , they accepted our offer and sold us the car as is... The next day we took the car to a mechanic and turns out it needed all four brake pads,rotors , and two calipers replaced . Also frame of the car has some rust (maybe water damage?) so we ended up spending an additional $600. Brandon was amazing , we do recommend this place just make sure to bring someone that knows about cars and be positive there aren't to many things wrong with it.

Overall, this experience was awesome! I had Brandon as a sales rep and he assisted me every step of the way! Frank, the financial manager, was extremely understanding and willing to work with me. After putting him through a hassle, he still managed to have me walk away with the car of my young dreams! What a great guy! I could not have asked for an easier process through this whole thing! My son needed a vehicle. My credit was less than average. I called and talked with Frank in finance. He was able to get me done and keep my payments where they needed to be! The website was very user friendly, and I was able to get my selection down to 3 cars before even visiting the showroom. The cars were out and ready for me to look at and test drive when I got there. Jesse Nunez took over and helped with the process then. He was friendly and a big help! The test drive was a REAL test drive, which is important in a used vehicle. My decision was made and back to Frank I went. In the finance room there was NOT any surprises or add ons! (I can't stand those) I would actually recommend this dealer to people, and I don't usually ever recommend anything to anybody! And the selection that they have.... HUGE! Extensive! A good experience, and my son is now driving on the roads in a big pick up! (Be careful...)

Drove 2+ hrs to look a 2000 ford van with wheelchair lift.We got there and they were tearing out the floor in the showroom you could not hear yourself think. I told the Salesman which vehicle I wanted to see. 20 minutes later van shows up. Says take it for a ride . NOW the problems begin. The side cargo doors did not open from the outside friend had to crawl in a use the inside latch to open the door, The lift on the van had the cover off, the lift would fold out but would not operate up or down. After waiting over an hour and a half for them to try and "fix" by a least 2 individuals that obviously did not have a clue how to fix we left

i came in to look for a cobalt and then ended up looking at a different cobalt model. when it came to certain things with the car i wanted fixed they were willing to work with me and also fix the minor details. Yawer was the person i dealt with and i have to say it was because of him that i ended up buying the car i was happy with the help he offered me and also it was his willing to help me. He was polite and also was a very friendly guy, when having to deal with dealers they only care about the sale, buy Yawer was willing to fix a very minor part for me at no cost to me. that is what i liked the most of my experience with this dealership. talk to him because to me he is the best guy and is knowledgeable in what the cost for repairs and also what he can sell the car for.

We found two cars online and decided to test drive them because they seemed like a great deal. One of the cars had been driven by an employee and was filthy, and the other had a razor blade in the cup holder. Both cars had check engine lights on, and the salesmen seem uninterested and unwilling to look into the problem. I would not recommend this dealership. I

Came here with my husband to look at a few cars in mind. We never got a chance to see any cars after waiting an hour. The guy left after we picked out the cars we wanted to see. An hour later he never came back they said they were going to get the cars. I told my husband that if no one came back let's just leave. They obviously don't care about sales. We saw three other people leave because of the wait. When we walked outside to leave one of the guys said you don't want to see the cars. We told him we have been waiting for an hour and they never came back. He then tells us the cars wouldn't start and they had been trying to start them. Did we still want to see them? No thanks if you can't start them what makes you think we wanna buy them.

The two gentlemen that helped us with the test drive and then the buying process were the friendliest salesmen I had ever done business with. The sales man was Jesse Nunez, and the General manager who handled the purchase was Naveed Karim, they both truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we need. They treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy and did not turn down any of our requests, considering they weren't any crazy requests. This was my first time as a customer at Your Choice Auto Sales & all I have to save is that I was treated like a king.The first manager that I dealt with on a test drive was Jesse Nunez & he was very much the professional,very polite,& very courteous with not only during our test drive,but the whole time that I was coming here to get my new used mini van.I also have to sing the praise's of the sale's lady that took care of my mother & myself,her name is Tuba. I had difficulty in meeting their asking price on the van I was looking at,but after talking at length to another manager by the name of Syiad,he was able to work out a deal with me on a price that I actually could afford.My situation was that I'd been waiting for a settlement check from my old mini van that had been hit,& then totaled by the opposing insurance agency.The problem was that I wound up being told by three diffrent Liberty Mutual Insurance agent's that I'd get my settlement check on a specific day,& I did'nt.So I had to call & talk to Tuba & Sam,& Syiad, to explain my sitiation to all of them,to ask them if they would hold the van for me until I actually DID get my check,so I then COULD come down to get my new van! The significance of all of this is that I had NOT put any money down on the van in order for them to hold it for me,because I did'nt have the fund's to do so! And YET,IN SPOITE of that fact, they did HOLD THE VAN FOR ME UNTIL I FINALLY did GET MY CHECK FROM LIBERTY MUTUAL iNSURANCE cOMPANY,WHICH TOOK A WEEK LONGER THAN IT WAQS SUPPOSED TO HAVE IN THE FRIST PLACE! THIS is why I say that I have treated like a kig by Your Choice Auto Sales,& ALL of their staff! I can NOT imagine any other dealership would have been willing to have worked with me in the manner that Your Choice Auto Sales has! For THAT reason,even though I live an hour away by highway,I have already told Tuba that when the time come's that I need another vehicle,that rest assured,thar God as my witness,that beyond a shadow of a doubt,I WILL return to Your Choice Auto Sales for my next vehicle,& yes,I will for sure ask fro Tuba to be my sale's laady once & nyet again!

Came in and was ignored by at least 7 employees, once I finally got to speak to someone I asked to see a specific pick-up truck, I was told they would get the keys, 20 minutes later they came out with the keys. During this wait there were 2 employees constantly swearing very loud and thought it was funny. Now it has been another 20 minutes and still no vehicle to look at, so I walked outside and found them trying to get the vehicle to pull out, finally I told them to release the parking break and they got it out. The rods were knocking the cap on the pick-up leaks and the bed was full of water. I asked what else was wrong with the truck and was told I don't know it has been here a long time, on that note I left.

Do not go here! I wasted my time with this place. I call about a truck and they say its available come on in. So I get there the next opening day at 9:30am to buy a truck. The guy swearing on the phone rudely asked me what can he do for me. I told him I want to look at a truck. He takes me to the truck I inquired about and tells me you can test drive it but someone is coming to look at it so I can't buy it. Really I emailed you and came in before anyone else purchased it and I can't even make a offer? Is this not the dealership I been emailing? He said oh it's the dealership but your not getting this truck. So I wasted my time money for gas to get to this run down place for nothing. Good ridence I'll find cleaner trucks at other lots. They don't even wash there vehicles poor maintenance all around. Dump!

Drove 2 1/2 hrs to buy a truck that we had been talking with Phil about. We had asked for pictures and by the pictures provided we were prepared to buy the truck. After our drive we got to the dealership and it is so jammed pack of vehicles it is hard to navigate to a parking spot. We then spent 15 minutes in the lobby of the dealership waiting to be assisted. Then when we go out they weren't sure where the truck was had to just walk around trying to unlock it. Get to the truck and the back window had been busted into recently and the drivers side door was full of rust that you could see through to the inside. Was not disclosed in any of the pictures. Very disappointed and irritated that we waisted 5 hours of our day to come home without a vehicle.

Just got back from this dump. I went to look at a Mazda RX-8 for my Son. We waited in the showroom for 20 minutes for the car while some weird old guy told us stories about how rich he was and how he had celebrity friends. I finally couldn't take the stories anymore so I went to the front desk and they told me the car was ready. They must have forgotten about us because it was sitting there for a while. We test drove the car. It had the check engine light on and was really beat up. It didn't look like this in the pictures. The lot is filed with high end cars that should be scrapped.

As soon as I enter the building, the staff here was very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. I could not believe the huge automobile selection they had available. The dealer asked me what I was interested in and helped me down to the very bill of sale. The financing is great as well. There was no big hassles. It was definitely guaranteed approval. Today I went to Your Choice Auto Sales in Joliet to find a car. Me and my mother were waited on by Jesse Nunez who was very helpful and genuine. He was so helpful in answering questions and being honest with us which we all know most car salesmen are not. He was so sweet and not pushy which is the usual problem that you run into when trying to find a car. We will definitely being returning for future car purchases. Purchased a car from Your Choice Auto in Joliet. They have many many cars to choose from, some good, some bad, some great. If you are interested in a mini van they have about 30 all in a row, with many different price levels. We drove several cars and mini vans and found just what we wanted. Sam & Jesse were both great and were very helpful. If you are looking for a car, SUV or mini van for less than 10 k this is a great place to go.

Amazing service! Came into test drive a car and wasn't really expecting to buy anything. I talked to Jesse and told him what I was sort of looking for and he set me up! Jesse Nunez is the man! First impression was great customer service rep was kind n patient, when it came time to purchasing my vehicle it had some minor things that needed to be worked on...ex: rear view mirror need replacement driver side view mirror n wiper motor. So I purchased the vehicle at a out the door price. Saved me 400.00 (which I could use to make repairs). I was told that the vehicle was as is with a GUARANTEE OF ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION. And that the vehicle did not come with a warranty. Well here I am a few weeks later with a bad transmission. Mechanic tells me trans been slowly going out over the past few months. Your choice says oh well it worked when u purchased the car. So they sold me a car with a failing trans n acted like they knew nothing about it. N then has the nerve to tell me well u test drove it. Save your money and Hassel and DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM YOUR CHOICE AUTO JOLIET!!!!

I randomly stopped in to look around yesterday. I saw 2 cars that were interesting, but I wasn't in love. I gave Sam my reactions and he knew exactly which car I should look at. He handed me the keys to a 2007 Acura TL. After a quick drive and a few minutes playing with the tech package, navigation, backup camera and enjoying the pristine interior, I knew this was the car for me. I went home to consider some numbers and clean out my car. When I went back today, Sam had already had the Acura detailed for me (although I can't imagine how he made it cleaner and nicer than it was). We spoke about warranties, satellite radio and gap insurance. He persuaded me to get what I needed and skip what I didn't need. I really felt he wanted me to be set up for success and wasn't just trying to squeeze every penny from me. Along the way I met his brother and father. I wasn't even there for service, but Sam takes time to introduce you to everyone. They all make you feel welcome and well cared for. I got a great price on my trade and better price on the Acura. I upgraded my ride significantly and somehow I'm spending less money all around. After the deal was closed, we went to the car that was parked right out front on display and waiting for me. Sam quickly looked it over with me once more and gave me a quick run down of all the features inside and answered some questions I had. I've always been slightly concerned about independent dealers, but the entire experience at Your Choice Auto Sales has changed my outlook. As long as I buy used, it'll be from Your Choice and I'll do anything I can to make sure my local friends do the same.

I recently bought a new vehicle and I had the pleasure to deal with Your Choice. Buying a used car is always a painful task, usually requires a lot of running around from dealer to dealer. But not this time!!!... I was skeptical at first since I never bought a car from this place. Boy im glad I did!!! I got in touch with Naveed and right from the beginning he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Naveed not only came through getting me the car I wanted on time but also gave me a great deal. The whole experience was truly painless. I will definitely do business here.

I decided to visit this dealership after reading online reviews and "attempt" to purchase a vehicle. I say attempt because I know I have less than stellar credit and what I wanted was....luxury. After telling Sam what I was interested and and finding out I was WAYYYYY upside down in my current vehicle loan, it seemed like all hope was lost. But to my amazement, the sales team remained courteous and spent a lot of time trying their best to get me into a vehicle that I would LOVE. Sam stated several times that he didn't want to get me into a car just because, he wanted me to be happy with my decision or else he wasn't doing his job. He worked with me on a down payment and I was able to drive off in an Infiniti M35 that I ADORE with a payment that I can AFFORD! I waited to post this review because I had to take the car back to be detailed and I wanted to make sure that the service was the same after the purchase. Well, I am beyond pleased to say that I have been treated AMAZING from start to finish. My car was detailed and they even turned the rotors for me. This by FAR has been my BEST car buying experience and I tell anyone who will listen how happy I am and I plan on referring many, many, many more people to Your Choice. They focus on your satisfaction and not just on a sale. They make you feel human even if you have credit or financial troubles and that is more than I could have ever asked for!

I was looking at their 2005 Chevy 3500 cargo van. I stopped in their Joliet location and found it to be a free for all with no organization, no one to greet you and no idea who was running the place. Once I did find someone he looked like he was in high school and when we inspected the van, a headlight was missing and would start as is had a completely undersized battery and flat tire. My sales-kid was clueless. I left telling him, I was interested in it if I could test drive. He said ok, I'll get it ready for you. I said call me and gave him my card. Two days later I received no calls so I called the dealership since I had no number for him. I spoke to someone totally different telling him that I wanted to drive the vehicle if they actually wanted to sell it as it was advertised. He said sure, come on in. I said I will be there the next day. I arrived at 9am to find the vehicle in the same condition as before. I walked away telling the kid he wasted my time again and I didn't have time to come back. I would never deal with this so-called dealership again. It's a total unorganized joke of a business.

If possible, I would give zero stars. Terrible customer service, which made me decide against doing business with them. Don't tell me that you are going to return my calls if you are not going to. Called twice, no return contact. Zero stars. Period.

I drove 2 hrs to buy a car; I was so disappointed the car was nothing like they showed in their website, I didn't get help from anyone and their was no one to help us with any questions, poor customer service!! if I could give this place zero stars I would.

My experience here at YOUR CHOICE JOLIET has been wonderful. Mr. Naveed gave me the most exceptional service I have by far received at any dealership that I have ever visited. He was generous enough and patient enough with me to work something out that would fit my budget and still get to drive off with that new car I wanted. He made my experience here very pleasant. I thought I'd be visiting the dealership atleast two more times before coming to a conclusion. However, I spent a few hours here, but I have to say I drove off happy. I would definetly recommend anybody to come visit Your Choice. He proved to me that you can still purchase a vehicle without being ripped off, and actually drive off feeling satisfied.

Who wants to get in a phone conversation with a used car dealer.... if they don't have to.... all I wanted to know was if a car was still available! if it was then I would call!!!... a half dozen emails - never answered !!!! Why have a website if you're never going to answer emails !?!?!?

My experience at the Your Choice Auto sales of Joliet was wonderful. I've been researching and searching for a good used minivan for a cheap price and low miles. When I went to see one I'd found online at their dealership, Atif was more than kind to not only talk to me about the minivan I was looking at there, but also gave me some good pointers for what to check out in another minivan I was going to look at later in the day. He was very honest and laid back; not pushy or lying to get sales. I am not a fan of most sales people, but he was awesome. Since I visited them on Saturday near close, He also offered to hold the minivan til Monday if I decided to get it, if I called him after checking out the other van I was interested in. No other dealership I've dealt with came close to the friendliness and great customer service I found here. Atif also agreed to come down a bit on the price (extra bonus!) and fix a couple minor problems I'd noticed on the minivan before I picked it up Monday. Monday, he even went above and beyond to get a driver to pick my kids and I up and bring us to the dealership to buy the van, so I didn't have to look for someone to come with me. I'm a single mom, and I am so amazed and appreciative of Atif's helpfulness and the fact that he just offered this service--I didn't even have to try to get him to help me out. He was also very helpful when I called to make sure the vehicle we would be driving in to the dealership was not going to smell like smoke (since the driver could be a smoker and I'm very careful with my kids)--He was very assuring that he would make sure there wasn't a smoke smell at all, and it was so nice to not have to worry about that, and also to not have to feel like I was being a pain. I was also very impressed with the driver they sent to pick us up, Darryl. I was slightly nervous about driving 35/40 minutes with a guy I didn't know, esp. having my kids in the back seat. Darryl was so kind and helpful from the beginning (helping me put the carseats in and everything), and he was just so nice to talk to on the way there. Such a relief. I cannot express how great these guys have been--it is so nice to have people actually treat you with respect and go above and beyond what is expected. If I have to buy a vehicle again, you can be sure I will be back. :)

We were very interested in one of the used vehicles on the lot. At first the staff seemed helpful and they even took the vehicle to a neutral party mechanic to look over the vehicle. Right away the mechanic found there was a head gasket problem and the staff at Your Choice said they would get it fixed. A few weeks later they said it was fixed but they were hesitant to take it back to the mechanic for another review. Suddenly they were busy and continued to put us off. This leads us to believe that the vehicle was not properly repaired. We are still interested in the vehicle, but not in the poor customer service.

I had a great experience here. I bought a 03 Kia amanti and I must say the transaction was very smooth. The two salespeople who helped me- Syed and Erika were very professional, courteous and well informed. They explained all the features of the car, provided a good test ride and answered all my questions. The negotiations were smooth and quick, thanks to their sales manager and the finance manager also was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely buy my next car from Your Choice of Joliet.

Great customer service and integrity goes a long way. This is what I found when dealing with Your Choice Auto Sales of Joliet. I had been searching for a reliable and affordable auto for my elderly father. We had visited a dozen other used car dealers, and none matched the level of service, quality, and integrity found here. Atif and naveed were extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. They were able to meet my needs and my dad loves the car! I am very happy and relieved that my dad is in a very nice and reliable auto. I will definitely do business here again.

My experience was exceptional! We did a lot by phone which was very nice because I live 1 1/2 hours away. We made arrangements for my family and myself to come and see the truck.....1 hr later we had our deal done and we were driving home in our new used truck. They have earned themselves a customer for life. Keep Up the good work !

I drove almost 3 hrs to purchase 2 vehicles I seen on their site. Nothing looked like it did in the pics. Test drove 3 cars one had a check engine light,another a hole in the motor and over heated n the middle of test drive, last but not least of the garbage the rear view mirror fell off. I can't believe these people are allowed to false advertise these pieces of junk. Please, please do not purchase from this lot. This is a junk yard disguised as a car lot.

Went to Your Choice Auto after much searching both on line and in person. Wife was looking for a van to replace hers that was damaged in a hit and run. They had 5 vans listed on line that we were interested in. We had done a Car-Fax check on each of these prior to going. It was a very pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful staff. The first van we were interested in had a heater that did not work. While they took that in to fix it we did a test drive in van number 3 as the second one on our list had been sold. We had not checked to see if all were still for sale so this was our fault and not theirs. This was a very good van though it was not exactly what my wife was looking for so we went on to van number 4. This van my wife liked very much. By that time they had the heater working in the first van but my wife liked the last van and didn't want to take the first van for a test drive. We spent close to 3 hours there as it took some time to get what she wanted but the sales staff and manager were very willing to spend the time needed to see that my wife got the van she wanted. Would recommend this dealer to any one that is looking for a used car. They have a large inventory and a good staff to take care of the customer.

I II made two trips there and I was virtually ignored. I. did recieve two Emails confirming that the car was available. I tried to call and was dropped. I realize the cars I inquired about were on the low end of cost, but i asked to recieve info about finance options in my internet requests. nothing happened there either. I am disappointed at this point.

The level of service is unbeatable! Atif was extremely helpful. He did my entire transaction. It was such a pleasant experience. I was expecting my 2004 Audi A4 to be in good condition but it was in excellent condition! I was so pleased that for an almost 10 year old car it was "like new"! My paperwork was mailed to me in a timely manner. I would be 100% confident in recommending Your Choice Auto Sales of Joliet to anyone. Even if you can't go get your car or inspect it yourself before you buy, you can trust that the car will be everything they say it is and more. Clearly Outstanding, I have been looking to buy a car for over 2 months now. Always getting discourage or told no. But we can get you in this one or that one. Trying to sell me what they want, not what i want to buy. Then I filled out the online questions over the weekend and Syed called me first thing Monday morning. We talked back and forth for three days , He would send me pictures, of cars and say how about this one . Always with a positive attitude , and on time. I have Never left a car dealership after buying a car feeling so good about the whole Experience Leaving with the car that I wanted to buy I would recommend YOUR Choice of Joliet to anyone and everyone looking for a quality car. And most definitely tell them to ask for Syed , He really worked his tail off for me. Thank You so much for the car and restoring my faith in people.

You pull up to the dealership and you can tell that the place is not maintained at all. We had driven 2.5 hours to this dealership to look at one specific car online with intent to purchase the car if it ran well. We got there and they said that they were working on the car in the shop so they took us to look at it. When we got there the car was extremely beat up with dents and many different cancer rust spots. Looking back at the pictures, all of these blemishes in the car were conveniently covered up by their company logo. On top of that the sales person just left us with the mechanic, who clearly did not speak English, to further let us explore the car. The inside of the car was beat to shreds, in which the pictures depicted almost pristine conditions. Example: The passenger side glove box handle fell off in my hand when I went to open it. It was strategically placed in the correct position in the picture to make it look good. There was no way to even open the glove box. That example was one of many. The service was terrible, they seemed as if they were short staffed the entire time. They have more cars on the lot then they know what to do with and 95 percent of their cars are sitting in a snow bank in their back lot not even in running condition. It took one salesperson 45 minutes to even find another car that we would like to look at when we were stupid enough to give the salesperson another chance to find us a car. Overall don't waste your time with this place. These are all auction cars that other dealerships didn't want because of all of the problems with the vehicles. It was a terrible experience and a waste of 6 hours of my life.

The manager was willing to do minimum repairs and come down in price but my dad felt it wasn't the right jeep to get at the moment. So I listen and trust his judgement. But the lady that works there and the manager were nice.

This was one of the one pleasant experiences that I have had buying a car. The staff is very personable and friendly. Vehicles are fairly priced and well serviced. The vehicle I purchased runs great and was extremely clean. The dealer was able to process the paperwork for the car title and plates right at the dealer. I am grateful to have been able to drive off the lot with a dependable vehicle and to skip the process of going to the DMV. Several friends, and myself, are considering this dealer for future car purchases.
