First I would like to say that I have been searching for a new/used truck for a year and a half. While searching on the internet I ran across this really nice looking Ruby Red 2015 GMC 1500 Sierra Crew Cab and wow, it was loaded. Since this was a non-franchise dealer I had my doubts, we've all heard the horror stories out there. Well I decided to make the call and I am very glad I did. I talked on the phone to Daniel and on occasion Corey, both were very friendly and accommodating to the questions I had about the truck. I finally made a decision and went to the dealership to complete paperwork for the purchase of the truck. The truck looked fantastic, just what I wanted. I had taken delivery a couple of days later and had taken my wife along, she liked the ambiance of the office very much. We also met the owner and his daughter, a very family oriented and friendly company. Yes this dealership isn't the size of the big mega dealers but I think the people you are dealing with at Z Motor Co more than make up for their lack in size. I would have to say this goes down as the best experience I have ever had when buying a car or truck. I wasn't pushed into making a decision, non of that, "I'll have to go back and talk to my boss" that you usually get with a big dealership, just honest friendly service, the way we all want to be treated. This is the second time we have worked with Z-Motors and once again we are thrilled with our purchase. Buying a vehicle is a big decision because it is a lot of money and you can never be sure what you are getting. However, with Z-Motors, they listen to your needs and wants and work closely with you to find the best deal. They have high standards that builds confidence with the customer. They searched for a vehicle for us as if it was a personal purchase for them and were not satisfied until they found the best vehicle and the best price. The time, care, dedication, and work they put into the process made us feel valued. We got a great "used" vehicle, in tremendous condition, with only 90 miles, and at a fabulous price. Kyle and his team did excellent work to make the entire process smooth and seamless. I literally have nothing but good things too say. There was never a moment of concern in the entire process, starting with the initial inquiring phone call on through to driving away. I don't usually leave reviews, but dealing with a non franchise dealership can be a coin flip on what you're going to get, and the reviews I read about them gave me a little piece of mind in calling them when I saw the truck I wanted. All I'll say is every 5 star rating and every kind word is true.

After looking online and researching prices, these guys are always one of the best priced. And on top of that, the cars are always in great shape. I've bought 3 different cars from them, and all three have been very reliable. And different makes. The guys are extremely helpful, and I felt cared about about, each time. I was looking online for quite some time to find a Ford Explorer. Just happens I found an Explorer that I liked at Z MOTORS. Got in the car Saturday morning at 10.30 and drove the 30 miles to the dealership. I was met immediately by Corey who was in the parking lot. Very nice young man learning the trade of selling cars. I told him the car I wanted to test drive and I was on the road in minutes. When I returned he introduced me to owner Kyle. We sat down and worked out a deal which satisfied my needs. Even though I knew I was going to buy the car I never felt pressured in any way. Kyle was very professional and informative. 3 hours later I was driving home in my new car. The team of guys at Z Motors are good, honest men. I would recommend this dealership to anyone with a clear conscience that they will walk away with a good car at a fair price! Kyle and his team are absolutely wonderful. Between my family and I, I believe there has been at least 12 cars that have been purchased from Z Motors and never once had any major issues with the vehicles or the whole purchasing process. I would never purchase a car from anywhere else. There has been small issues with two of the vehicles I have purchased in the past but Kyle made it a point to quickly correct the issue and I couldn't of been happier. Kyle and Corey are both great Gentlemen. They were more than patient with me through the purchase process. My experience started with a response to my inquiry. It was after hours and prompt...imagine that. When I spoke to Corey regarding the vehicle I was interested in, he was knowledgable, friendly and easy going. I was traveling a distance to see the Infinity, and they were incredible helpful in preparing the car for viewing and meeting my scheduling needs. The delivery appointment was quick, straight forward and Corey had prepared items ahead of time to expedite the process. Fast forward 3,000 miles later (3 weeks of hard driving) and a safety check by the local gouging Infinity dealership...the car was as advertised and was as mechanically sound as they promised. Summary....great dealership due to the owner and staff, reputable vehicles and friendly service. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, this is the place.

My wife knew exactly what car she wanted, a white Mazda CX-9 with all the trimmings. I searched and found one at Z and checked it out. I then began to waste a ton of time travelling all over the state to look at similar ones only to find out that Corey and Kyle were the right choice from the beginning. Honest, ethical and no pressure or B. S. I had to take the car back because a caliper stuck, which could happen under any circumstance, they demonstrated why they are rated so highly. All I can say is that both Corey and Kyle are amazing standup gentlemen. I knew that I didn't have the best credit score. So going in I was nervous. I went to a few dealerships that did approve me but wanted to bind me to crazy monthly payments. After speaking to Corey, I instantly felt like I was speaking to a family member. Best car buying experience EVER! Corey was on top of every question and concern I presented. He was very curteous and engaged in the entire process, keeping me up to speed and informed of every step along the process. Very professional and extremely friendly service. Super low pressure which was certainly attractive to my wife and I. No used car salesman talk or tactics. I will repeat what someone else posted in these reviews previously, if you find a vehicle you are interested in on Corey and Kyle's lot, Buy it! Do your research and you will most likely find, you can't buy it anywhere else cheaper. That was my experience. I searched hundreds of Jeep Grand Cherokees till I found the one listed with Z Motors. The price was $2k less than others found with comparable features. The buyer reviews I read of the dealership were exemplary and I pleasantly found that they were spot on. As a small business owner myself, I live by the code, "treat your customers as you'd wish to be treated," and that's exactly how Corey and Kyle do business. Kudos gentlemen!

I had been researching a new vehicle for myself for about a week and had two vehicles featured on Z Motor Company on my list to test drive. I sent off an email pretty late at night to let them know I'd be stopping by the next day and within minutes Corey wrote me back to let me know that they'd be open and looking forward to meeting with me. My husband and I showed up with our toddler in tow, and Corey handed us the keys to a 2014 Sante Fe, letting us know that he was going to get the 2014 Tucson ready for us while we were driving. Having never experienced a solo test-drive before, I walked back into the office to ask Kyle if one of them would be coming along with us. He smiled and said, "Nah, we've already test driven these cars so we know how they ride. We want you guys to test drive the cars and see for yourself how you like them." Down the road we went, then came back and did the same with the Tucson. Even after getting back and as we were walking around the cars, debating what we liked about them, not once did we get any sort of pressure from either Corey or Kyle. When we walked back into the building (which. also was amazing - so not like a dealership at all. It was like walking into a friend's living room: comfortable and cozy!), Corey was ready to answer any questions I had. Not once did he pressure me with some sales "schtick" that I had experienced at other dealerships and he spoke to me honestly. He didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time by asking lots of questions. When I made the decision that this was the car I wanted and this was where I wanted to buy it from, he was incredibly efficient in processing my financing, my insurance, and all the other paperwork. In other dealerships, I've experienced anywhere from a three- to four-hour buying process (not including the test drive). At Z Motor Company, it couldn't have been more than an hour and a half, honestly. And even if it was, it certainly didn't feel like it! While everything was being processed, we chit-chatted about all sorts of things and in the end, I didn't feel like I was buying a car from a salesman, but from a friend. We weren't even half-way through and I had to stop and let them know how awesome everything had been so far. It was seriously one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! I'm recommending them to all my friends and family.

Best car buying experience ever used or new!!!!! They are super friendly, fast and efficient, small but nice selection of cars. I was very nervous about buying a car from a place 40 miles from me. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it. Corey made me fell very at ease and even drove my car to the Toyota dealership for a 110 point inspection. We saw a vehicle on cars.com, went to the Z Motor Co. website, and called Corey. Just talking to him on the phone, I could tell he was not like most used car salesmen! I called back later the same evening with more questions and felt even better about the vehicle. My wife, daughter, and I drove an hour and a half the next morning. As soon as we got there Corey came out and met us like we were old friends. It was such a great car buying experience that I told my wife later that day, " I didn't feel like we were buying a car!" A fan of the Nissan Altima (owned two), I set out to find the best deal I could on a Rogue so I could have the same 2.5L engine. Kyle and Corey at ZMotors had the nicest vehice and the best deal. Corey was great. He listened to what our concerns were and walked us thru the process without all the hype. It seems that ZMotor is selective about what they are willing to put on their lot. It was an enjoyable experience and I would definately buy another car from them.

I just recently purchased a 2012 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-spec from Z Motor Company. I searched for several months for this particular car and ran across the ad on cars.com. I couldnt believe the price it was listed for online, at least 7,000 less than what Ive been finding everywhere else. With a price this low, I only had two choices, drive 78 miles to PA from MD to investigate this amazing deal or remain skeptic and continue to think its too good to be true and let the deal pass me by. Im so glad I drove the 78 miles. The car was immaculate. Very low miles and the inside still had the new cars smell and looked the part as well. Clean VIN. In a nutshell the overall experience was great. After my test drive experience I was sold on the car. I felt like I stole the car from them because of the unbelievable price I had just paid. And get this, on my way to the lot from MD; Kyle had lowered the price on the vehicle even more without my knowledge. So if you live out of state, I highly encourage you visit the lot if you see something you like because chances are, it wont remain there long because of their competitive prices. Corey was a pleasure to work with. He made my car buying experience enjoyable and painless. He didnt pressure me into buying and wasnt hounding me like most car salesmen do to make a sale. He made me feel at home with no added pressures and answered any questions that I might have had. Basically he left you a lone until you needed him. Theyre a trustworthy group of guys who are fair and honest. Visit Z MOTORS or REGRET THAT YOU DIDNT. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!

In November 2012 we found (searched online) a 2006 Civic Hybrid at this used car dealer in East Petersburg that we never heard of. Long story short, Called, test drove, talked, left with a new (to us) car. We had never had a more pleasant used car buying experience. The car has been great! Averaging 48 MPG. So great that when our other car died 10 months later, the first place we looked, online, was Z Motors. There was an identical 2008 Civic Hybrid. Another super deal, another pleasant buying experience, another Civic Hybrid. These guys are just nice guys, period. If you're looking for a NICE used vehicle, go se them. My husband and I recently bought a 2001 Toyota Tacoma from Z Motor Company and we were very happy with the service. The owner, Kyle is extremely honest and knowledgable. I'm usually very skeptical about believing car salesmen, but after talking to him over a couple weeks, I realized that he is very truthful. He also went above and beyond to make sure our truck was in great condition before selling it to us and he gave us a great deal. I had been considering getting a "new to me" vehicle with low miles for about 6 months. I test drove a few cars at several dealerships, did lots of research online, and decided on a specific year/make/model.But I could not find what I wanted anywhere locally, and was not at all impressed with the follow up (lack of) from the sales people. My boyfriend and I were out looking for a car for him, and we found one at a different lot, but it had to be financed at Z Motors. Everyone was very nice and helpful, it would have been a little better experience if they would have slowed down on all the paperwork. As soon as they said what I was signing, I forgot already. I'm not excellent with financial terms, so the "legal talk" was a little hard to follow. Dumbing it down a little would be nice.. other than that, great experience!

Buying my used car at Z Motors was an overall enjoyable process. I had a thoroughly satisfying customer experience working with Rick Glass and Z Motors in my transaction to purchase a pre-owned BMW. Rick handled everything and was a pleasure to work with. I did almost everything by email and/or phone. My time in the dealership was less than 30 minutes -- primarily just to sign paperwork. The car I bought had been detailed and had a full tank of gas! I've had no issues with my car. I'd give Rick and Z Motors my highest rating! Arguably this has been my best car-buying experience!

This is probably one of the most relaxing and best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I drove up from DC on teh recommendation of a friend and it was well worth it. What I spent in gas I saved a thousand times over in cost of the vehicle, and in stress over the purchase. I will be back when I need another car and will send friends as well. TOTALLY worth the trip!

I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful and not pushy Rick and Kyle are at Z Motor company. I drove up from Washington DC because I heard that they were fair, professional and helpful. They exceeded my expectations. Kyle was knowledagable and really listened to what I wanted and needed. He not only provided those things, but offered other suggestions and ideas. The prices are beyond fair and the selection was excellent, particularly for a picky person like me! It was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will go back and I will certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. What you might spend in gas coming from other parts of PA, MD, DC or even VA, is well worth what you will save and the relaxed and comfortable experience that you will have!

I am very pleased with my purchase of a 2007 Infiniti G35 Sport 6 Speed Manual. Rick was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. I was looking for a different color and year, but the price was very reasonable so I went for it. I received very timely responses and the paperwork was ready when I arrived. Although I was looking to get more for my trade, their explanation of the value was legit. I was hoping also to see a small drop in purchase price to somewhat compensate for the loss of value for my trade, but business is business! I would highly recommend Z Motor Company. Rick and the rest at Z made the process of buying a used vehicle as easy as it can get (even assisted in finding someone to do minor body repairs for my leased vehicle in preparing it for the lease return). I could really tell that these folks actually care about the things that other dealers only claim they are all about -- honesty, integrity and value. Keep up the great work Z!

My wife and I had a great experience here at Z Motors shopping for a used family vehicle. The staff at Z Motors makes car buying easy and enjoyable. I never liked going to car lots because of car dealers you can't trust, but this gave me a new faith in car dealers shopping here at Z's. I will buy my next car at Z Motors!!

I went with Z Motors to buy my daughter's first car! She would be driving it over the mountains back and forth to college so it had to be a car I could trust with my most valuable cargo...my daughter! To date my family has purchased 3 cars from Z Motors and sent a friend who purchased one. I have nothing but praise for the way we were treated, both prior to purchase, afterwards, and follow-up. No problems with any of the cars. If you are asking me where to buy a used car in Lancaster County Z Motors would be the first stop on my list.

I would thoroughly recommend Z-Motor Co to anyone looking for a quality used car. I told Rick Glass that I was looking for a red Audi A4, and literally within a few days, they found a brilliant one for me at a great price. Kyle even set up my phone's bluetooth for me before I took it off the lot. I've had my 2008 Audi A4 for over a year now, and I love it!

I appreciate that every person at Z Motor is there to help and they do not pressure in the least. They are extremely helpful with very fair prices and just overall excellent service on great used cars! There is no other place that I would look for a car. My wife and I were recently in the market for a used vehicle and found Z Motor Company during our search. Our experience with Z and their salesman Rick was nothing but great. Unlike most dealers who were pushy and always trying to get us to buy, Rick was very helpful and patient with us. The car we ended up buying was at a great price and even better condition. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we would recommend them to anyone.

We decided to provide our daughter and son in law with our family van since they had two children and then we needed a nice used car for my wife. We looked around and Z Motor Company had the best selection and great looking good used vehicles with reasonable mileage on them. Rick Glass did an excellent job in handling our used car needs and everyone knows "when momma's happy, everybodys happy"... thanks Z Motor Co. We are very happy with our "new used car.
