I have bought both a Honda Accord and a Lincoln MKX New from this dealership. I was treated quickly and with utmost respect on both occasions. Perhaps it was due to my salesman, Jason Evans, but he worked hard at getting me the vehicle I wanted, when I wanted it and at a fair price. The service department treated me very well and made sure everything was done correctly, pleasantly and on time. I very much recommend Harold Zeigler Lincoln and Honda.

The price isn't always what it seems. When I called it is the "lease" price that's listed, not the price you can buy it for. It is $10,000 more to buy it. Don't get your hopes up!!!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told them there was a loose trim piece on the top by the sunroof. When they finished, in addition to the oil change and tire rotation, they had also replaced the loose trim piece and washed the car. Always excellent service!

Contacted Joe by email on a vehicle I found online. He was quick to respond and we set up a time for me to go test drive. Enjoyed getting to take it out by myself and check it out without someone hovering over me. The deal came together and I drove off the lot with my new car in less than 4 hours... At first I hesitated to take my Ford Escape to Zeigler for service since it was not a car sold by Zeigler. But because I had bought Zeigler products for years (Mercury, Lincoln) and used they`r service department, I eventually took the Ford to them. I had a telephone conversation with salesman Mark regarding a particular car Zeigler had listed on the internet that I was very interested in. He was a fast talker and fit the description of a typical used car salesman. Mark was extremely pushy and cared more about listening to himself talk than give me an opportunity to ask the questions I had about the car. During our conversation I finally was able to ask him to confirm the engine this particular car had. He opened the hood and told me it was a 4 cylinder, however, in the seller comments of the ad, it stated a 3.6 liter V6 Pentastar. He had Virginia email me, who according to Mark, took care of the internet listings. She had thanked me for brining it to her attention and was taking this to her Manager. That was almost 3 weeks ago and the verbiage was never removed from the internet listing, even tho it was not the engine in the car. I also had emailed Virginia 2 weeks ago to inquire of Virginia why it was not changed when she was confronted that it was incorrect. There has been no reply or any explanation from anyone at the dealership. My experience dealing with Mark and Virginia at Zeigler's has been a real disappointment!

I have always had my service done by Ziegler where I bought the car in 2008. I have consistently been happy with the service done by Ziegler's. My Lincoln MKZ has had its ups and downs with needed service. A recent visit found a sensor was needed for the driver's airbags. I certainly did not know what the word "sensor" meant. I always feel as if I am given the special attention I need.

George Burrell is your most valuable asset! He is very accomodating, is quick to give a good explanation of the issues at hand and to also expedite action! As for work completed, I do not feel any difference, so I do not know if that is good or "not so much"?! I love my MKX and the wonderful ride that it provides. The comfort level of this vehicle is beyond words and must be experienced to be appreciated. As for facilities, you could do a little better by providing decaf coffee, too. Also, why not have some literature on your available brands and vehicles? You have a captive audience! Use my time to benefit you, and me!

My MKZ is the best vehicle I've owned and the service provided by the Harold Zeigler staff is amazing! They are very friendly, helpful, and I truly believe they realize that everyone's time is valuable. And, I love their honesty!!! I went in and told them I needed new brakes and several other things done. Instead of just replacing the brakes, they told me I didn't need new brakes yet. My heart was full of trust when I left there after my car was serviced. That speaks volumes! That alone will keep me coming back to Zeigler for service and new vehicles.

I have been leasing Lincoln MKZs and MKXs for over 8 years. Each of the leases were with Harold Zeigler for the following reasons:1. Very competitive pricing.2. Excellent sales personnel who are knowledgeable and considerate.3. Great follow up and service department that is first class.This time was different as I was trying to get out of leasing and into a purchase. I worked with Jeff Jones and the team at Zeigler's for several weeks as I tried to make up in my mind as to purchase of a new MKX or buyout my 2012 MKX. Jeff fully understood in January that I was focused on a buyout instead of a new purchase. However not discouraged, Jeff followed up immediately in early February with some new pricing and incentives along with zero interest financing.I went back in and spent additional time with Jeff as he guided me through the decision process. Jeff and your entire team were helpful and offered the right amount of assistance in my decision. When Jeff showed me the choices, he never pushed any one car but just offered assistance. Soon we were focused on a new Limited Edition that was sitting on the show room floor. We shook hands and the deal was done. I left a deposit and Jeff arranged for pickup the next day. My wife and I both went in to pickup the car. The process went smoothly and with all the papers signed, Jeff walked out to our new car and did a great job in showing us all the options and features. The whole process took less than an hour from us showing up until we drove off with our new car. Needless to say we were happy with the whole experience and the knowledge that Harold Zeigler's fine staff and experienced service people were there to back it all up.

I brought my Sable in because there was a leak in the sunroof area. They found that the drains were partially plugged and promptly took care of the problem. When I went in to retrieve my car I asked the man behind the counter what I could do about the watermark on the headliner. He said he normally did not work that area and could not answer the question. I was a bit disappointed I am normally very satisfied with the work and the customer service. I believe he could have called someone to the front who could have answered my question or at the very least ask me to call later when someone would be available who could answer it.

While I understand the situation, I was a little frustrated about a noise I heard at home but wasn't noticeable when I took my car in for review. Service department assured me they had this documented so that should this condition reappear (after auto off warranty) they will work with me. I appreciated the service personnel's prompt follow up call to discuss this situation with me.

If it not continue at the same rate that it has and slips more than twice, I will purchase my next car from another company that is not Ford. Very kind and helpful! And quick despite the fact they were pretty busy when I came in. Great service as usual. If you currently get your oil changed by Firestone or Uncle Ed's, stop. Go to Harold Zeigler. They give a free car wash and complete an all around inspection on brakes, tire tread, fluid levels, etc. and provide a detailed report on their findings. I always leave feeling like my car is in tip top shape. The oil change is only about $35 for the manufacturer recommended synthetic oil plus the filter.

Getting ready for trip to Pennsylvania, our car battery was dead. We called George Burrell and asked him if we came in could he help us by installing a battery in a hurry. He assured us that he would take care of us. He has always been very efficient and great to work with. He was ready for us when we arrived, and did a great job of getting us on the road. we greatly appreciated his effort, because we had appointment's in Pa, and already were way behind.

I own a 2013 Lincoln MKX. I brought it into the service dept. because it wasn't starting.George took care of me, listening to my description of the problem, and promptly wrote up the order and said they would take care of the problem. I left it at the dealership overnight to ensure that it would start the next morning. I bought my car from Ziegler in March. I have since gone in for two oil changes. The customer service on all occasions has been phenomenal! I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an oil change and was always offered refreshments while I waited. The buying process was also very drama free, I'd bought my previous car from a different kalamazoo dealership, and will definitely be buying any future cars from Ziegler.

I had a complete brake job done to my MKZ. The brakes work fine. However, I now have some "clunking" that appears to occur in the brakes (or front end) when the brakes are applied...especially after backing up or shifting from forward to reverse. Any ideas? Thanks, Dave H

I have a 2013 Lincoln MKX and last weekend I went to start the car and it did nothing. Click, click, click and she wouldn't turn over. They were able to find the cause of a rattle that we have had for a long time. It took a lot of work to get to the problem. It was caused by mistakes made during the assembly of this car. We bought a BMW 328 from another dealer...we had a need for paint damage service. Where we bought the car was 2 hours away and they did not have a body shop. We called Zeiglers and talked with Ken Fransisco who offered to help us. He contacted BMW for us and helped facilitate the repair even though he did not have a body shop. He took care of the paperwork and got our car fixed to my satisfaction. I generally do not trust dealerships or their service departments but Ken has always been very helpful and I feel honest about things. This is the second BMW we has had them service and will continue as long as someone like Ken is there.

I called in a panic. I lost the only key to my eclipse. They transferred me to Trevor. He was amazing. 2011 MKT. George & his service staff take good care of us. We love the car except for: 1. It should have a 3 lire turbo diesel instead of 3 liter gas...would then get 30 mpg instead of current 22 mpg highway.2. Could use a bigger fuel tank...now has less than 400 mile range when full.3. I felt the service labor on a rear window motor replacement was excessive in that the car sat idle for a good time while in your garage and was worked on maybe an hour and a quarter and got LABOR charges of $270.00On Saturday we noticed that the passenger seat belt detection device is now NOT working and we never had that problem EVER so I will need to bring the car BACK in for service and I expect that to be reconnected with no chargeJohn Van Horn

The team at Zeigler Honda is consistently on top of things, and provides a great customer experience. They do their work within the time and cost that they quote, and stay ahead of upcoming needs without being high pressure. During my most recent visit, they noted that new tires might be in order, quoted several options, and encouraged me to shop around at the local tire dealers. Both their pricing and overall attitude was a large step above the competition. As a result, I'll be back in next week, to have them do this work for me.

I recently purchased a 2014 BMW from the dealership. The staff with whom I dealt with was very courteous, respectful and helpful. Even after the purchase the sales agent was kind enough to spend a lot of his time in explaining the various features of the car which I think was an extraordinary gesture (unlike Sales at other dealership who would not even talk to you if you don't have an appointment). I was at Ziegler for an oil change, and 2 items to check for my Lincoln MKX. I was only there for an hour. They changed the oil; told me that had run a check of the engine - no problems; and they had ordered a new shift cover which would be covered under warranty. George takes good care of us!

Pickup and delivery were timely. Car washed inside and out. Thank you!However, initially experienced what appeared to be as much or more steering wheel, brake, and driver seat vibration as prior to the wheel alignment you provided. I checked the tire air pressures and found they varied widely. After correcting this the vibrations seemed to lessen but I have not driven the car enough since to draw a conclusion. I was needing the timing belt (and related parts) replaced on my Odyssey, and I called 4 different dealers within a 1 hour drive of my house. HZ had the lowest price, and included more parts than the other dealers. When having the service done, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm waiting room with plenty of amenities. Even though I like to do my own maintenance and repair, I have since returned several times. It's well worth the drive from northern Indiana. I have always been surprised at how reasonable and competitive the bill is. When I go to a dealer, I always prepare myself for the worst in terms of cost, but not with HZ!

We discussed the planned service work and they took the MKS away. 25 minutes later, they summoned me that all was completed. The car was washed, George offered me a 8 year extended warranty beginning late October. Very pleasant. Plus in the waiting room, there was no TV blaring away distracting me from working on my laptop.
