We had a great experience. They were short-handed on the days we were in but they met our needs and answered our questions. Tim Brickner spent a lot of time late Saturday afternoon showing us how the car worked. Costco discount was a factor in why we went with this dealership.

As a soon to be college graduate, I needed a good car for a good price. Gary went above and beyond and got me a great deal on my ford focus wagon. He was extremely personable and really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me ultimately find a great car for a great price. Throughout the entire process he was very friendly and professional and showed his knowledge of the vehicle and what quality service really looks like. I have already been letting my friends know about the great service from Zimbrick, especially from Gary, and will definitely come back to Zimbrick in the future!

I am STILL in love with my used car, and am very pleased with personal care and assistance I received from both Mike and Infiniti of Madison...both when I made the purchase and since when I've called with a question or other need. I am younger than most dealers who would expect to sell a new Infiniti to. I could have very well been taken advantage of. My Infiniti representative was professional and low (no) pressure. I had plenty of questions and he made sure that I got my questions answered and understood the answers. After I bought the car, I was introduced to the people who will be taking care of my car for any type of repair. In general, Zimbrick has always treated me with the highest regard. I had my Honda serviced through them and will have my Infiniti worked on by Zimbrick Infiniti. Overall, I could not have been happier with my experience at Zimbrick Infiniti.

Very easy dealership to work with. Low pressure, solid information, and no hassle negotiating. As this was my first Infiniti, Gary did an excellent job of explaining the advantages the Infiniti had over every other vehicle I was sampling. In the end, they made the deal I wanted and delivery was very efficient. Bar none, from the first time I drove the car until I picked it up, this dealership and Gary Dalgaard in particular, distinguished themselves and won my business. Highly recommended.

We initially talked to Gary Dalgaard over the phone several times since we're over 100 miles away in Iowa. We were very pleased with the customer service and friendliness. A few weeks later when we drove to Madison to meet with him, he knew what we wanted, we drove an FX35, loved it, and he went to great lengths to find one with every option that we requested. On his day off, he was more than willing to meet us in Dubuque, Iowa, to deliver our new car, which was half way to our home. Sales people with this attitude and dedication will perserve the company for years to come. His follow up to date with our likes and dislikes has been excellent. Please convey our thanks and appreciation for a job well done.

I have purchased 6 brand new Infinit's from Zimbrick of MadisonI have always worked with Mike Christian from the standpoint of buying the vehicle. Mike is very helpful,friendlyand very informed on all aspects of the infiniti vehicles. If you ever have a problem after the sale Mike is there to help. I have only had 1 problem with a vehicle and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I have taken my cars in to be serviced and Glen in the service dept is always there to answer questions and make sure the work is done on a timely basis. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car that they see Mike and the staff at Zimbrick.

I bought my infiniti EX35 from Gary in 12/2010. He was approachable and provided good customer service. For example, while I was waiting for my paperwork to go through at around 3PM in the afternoon, he ran out and got me a quick lunch even though I only asked for snacks. It was snowing that day and I was fearful for driving in the snow. He not only convoyed me to the Madison airport to return my rental car but also drove me back to Waukesha with his wife. He wanted to make sure I got home safe and sound. The level of service was way beyond "customer". Rather every customer is treated like their own friends and family members. No fancy sales pitch but down-to-earth in the way customers think and speak.

I was greeted immediately! There was no pressure. I went to four dealers and was given more for my trade here than the other dealerships. I also got the best price right up front! There was no need to haggle! They were willing to give me as much time as I needed! Extremely happy with Mike, the dealership staff and the vehicle! Would strongly recommend Zimbrick Infinit to anyone!

i have been buying cars since 1952 and michael christion is the very best salesman i have had. i recommend him to all my friends. very pleased with the dealer too. everytime i go for service , i am not disappointed. their car wash is super. they are prompt also which i enjoy.

I have purchased vehicles from Infiniti of Madison for 13 years and have always been happy with the service I have received. During this time Glenn has always gone out of his way to make sure he works around my schedule to make it as convenient as possible. This is very important as I live 50 miles away from the dealership, so flexibility is important.

We worked with Mike from sales and kenley from financial, both were very helpful and professional. They made the whole process go very smooth.Kenley took the time to make sure we understood the financing side, and mike took time to explain veh features. Mike even made us a custom clear folder with info about veh and what to do if there is a problem.Mike also sent us a music cd he had made. All nice touches that make for a Good experience.

My name is Justin I am in the military and currently stationed in Iraq. I purchased a 2006 Infinit G35x Sedan from Gary on December 11th 2010. Working with him was a treat. I have been talking to dealers from all over the united states looking for the perfect car and Gary was by far the hardest working salesman I found.
