I live in Oakland and saw a car that I was interested in at Zoom motors, so on weekday after work, I rented a car and drove from Oakland to Sacramento. I could tell by the engine start that it was having problems - the car shook violently during startup and there was a long delay from first gear to second, so long in fact that I wondered if someone would hit me in the rear when taking off from a stop light. When I told Mike about how poorly the car ran, Mike said that he knew because he drove it. Really? Would have been nice to know that before the drive up there that the car was in desparate need of mechanical services. He had another car of the same type that drove better than the car I originally went to see about. However, it had 20K more miles on it, without the sunroofs - that he was going to sell to me for the same price - because of the color. Really? Both cars are still advertised on their site, but the car with the most mileage is listed as $1,000 less than the other one with the mechanical issues, and is also $1000 less than the price he quoted me. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if I had waited until the weekend so I didn't have to go through all the rush hour traffic, and had more time to spend at the other dealerships there. I have nothing good to say about my experience with Zoom motors.

My wife and I went to purchase a vehicle and found one that was within our budget. She purchased her BMW and Alex Zamora and the rest of the team were outstanding and made us feel at home thru the whole purchasing experience. We were so impressed that not even a month later, I went back to the dealership and purchased a Land Rover LR3. My credit was non existent as living overseas for quite a few years and Alex worked and worked to get me financed. In the end he found a way and away I was with my new vehicle. I was a bit daunted at first but I would recommend these dealership to many others. Alex top notch person and if I was to buy another vehicle, they would be first choice. Well done to the team at Zoom...Thanks

I have been looking for an infiniti g35 for awhile now. I called a couple places and went to test drive some cars. Once i got to zoom they only had one g35 that happened to be in the shop getting a new stereo system. Alex went and got the car out of the shop so I could test drive it. I decided to purchase the car right there. Alex got me approved in minutes there was no hassle and he worked with me on my down to get the payment where i wanted it to be. He even gave me a loaner car until my stereo is done!! Why go to a million lots and have your credit pulled a million times when you can go to one lot get great customer service and amazing prices on your car? skip the bs and go to zoom!!!!

So after searching for the truck I have wanted for years I was pleased to find one and in my price range. So I loaded up the family and drove down to Zoom motors on Fulton in Sacramento looked it over and drove the truck and loved it. Keep in mind this is I 12 year old truck and I knew that it would need some minor fixes. So after making a deal and paying cash Alex gave me the 30 day warranty even tough I didn't pay the full asking price. I bought the truck on Saturday drove it for the rest of the weekend and to work on Monday, when returning to the truck after work I noticed a puddle under the truck and tracked it down to the ABS module (a common problem in gm trucks) I contacted Alex who said that it was not covered under the warranty but they would fix it any way. This dealership is bar none the best I have dealt with thus far and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for car or truck at a decent price. Thank you very much Alex for your time

I wouldn't bother with them. I was trying to get the ball rolling on possibly buying a vehicle from them. A negotiating point. I gave a price and asked if the price on the vehicle was firm. Their response: "this truck is super clean so please don't insult me with a low offer like that go to my website to get a free carfax report" That's all I received....

My experience buying a truck after mine was totaled was very frustrating, Until I went to Zoom Motors, they took the time to work with me and help me through the process every step of the way, they were patient with the fact that I didn't have alot to put down, they explored every avenue possible to come up with a deal that would work for me. Mike, Alex and Maney were extreemly helpful in getting me into a truck that would suit my needs, Mike went above and beyond what any other dealer has ever done for me or anyone else I know. He stayed well after closing time to structure a loan tha would work for me, came in on his day off to see that it happend, and even returned my rental the next day because the rental agency was closed on sunday. Very pleasent experience dealing with all of the Zoom team, and a very clean and neat facility.

I had been searching the internet for a 97 Jaguar XK8 Coupe for about six months. Finally found the exact combination of color, millage, and car fax history at Zoom. Only problem, the car was 650 miles from where I live in the Pacific Northwest. After several conversations with Mike over the phone I decided to take the 13 hour train ride to Sacramento and check it out. I arrived at 6:15am in the morning well before sunrise. To my surprise Mike was there to pick me up. He offered to buy breakfast but I passed as I was anxious to see the car. Arriving at the dealership, I was impressed with the quality of the facility. The car, well it looked simply beautiful. It was sporting brand new Pirelli tires and looked like the big cat it is named for ready to leap on its prey. But beauty can be deceiving. I was allowed to spend close to an hour alone with the jaguar testing all the systems and checking the engine for problems. I could find nothing wrong. All this long before the sun even peaked over the hillside. Finally it was time for a test drive. Mike gave me the keys and said to take as long as I needed. After a long drive on the freeway and ultimately getting lost in Sacramento rush hour traffic, I made my way back to 2305 Fulton where Mike was waiting patiently. At this point he said if I had any concerns at all he would arrange to have the car checked at the local Jaguar dealership. I felt the car was about as good as could possibly be expected for a car of its vintage. In fact in my opinion, after driving it for a week now, I still think it is almost impossible to tell it from a brand new vehicle. We made a cash deal on the spot which even included a warrantee. By 9:00 am I was out the door and on I-5 headed north for the 10 hour drive home. I drove the car the 650 miles without even a hiccup. Needless to say, I love the jag. I think this particular design is one of the most beautiful ever produced. As for the dealership, I would not hesitate to recommend the guys at Zoom Motors to my friends. Next time I am in the market for a used vehicle, I will be definitely be taking another trip to Sacramento and Zoom Motors. Thanks Mike!

Went to Zoom Motors (found online cars.com) was very happy with the service as well as the no pressure approach. Mike was a true Saleman who gave me the keys to three vehicles and I found the one I wanted. I was treated with the Highest Respect and if I need to purchase another vehicle (MBZ) this is the first place I would checkout. It really did work for me!

My husband had been looking for a specific truck for quite some time. He was looking on Craig's list when he was directed to the Zoom website and he found his dream truck. Right when we got to Zoom we noticed new tires had been put on the truck which was a pleasant surprise since this would be a big expense right off the bat if we bought the truck. After taking the truck for a spin, we were ready to make a deal. The wait wasn't that long to receive our financing approval. Plus, there is TV to watch and a clean restroom. We got a super deal with a super interest rate. We were able to comfortably negotiate with Mike. Mike was up front with us and did his best to secure the rate and payments that worked for us. His customer service skills rock and he was a pleasure doing businees with. Everyone knows buying a vechicle can be a long drawn out process. We were only there for about 2 hours. He even honored the sale price that was on the website since it was slightly lower than what was acutally advertised on the lot. I would definitely recommend buying a vechicle from Zoom. When we are ready to buy another vehicle we would definitely give Zoom our business again if they have what we need. Oh and Prince is a real cutie pie. Thank you!

I hate the car buying experience, however, I needed to replace my older Jag! Found a nice 2003 Jaguar "X" Type at Zoom with great mileage at a good price! The finance process was a snap and the service provided by Mike and Alex was exceptional! But it gets better! I found we had a radiator coolant leak that only showed up when the engine was cold and first started! Mike did not hesitate, had me bring the car back immediately, had the tech check it right there and then, and is putting in a new radiator! I will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Mike, and will be doing so in the next few months! Would recommend Zoom to anyone! This was a great experience!

I traveled 175 miles to purchase a truck for my business. The truck was as advertised, no surprises. I drove the truck home and there were no issues. Zoom has a large selection to choose from and Mike was easy to deal with. I would purchase another vehicle here, if he had what I was looking for.

I don't love having to buy a car, but the process at Zoom, with staff of Mammy,Mike and Alex was great. I found a cute Saab online, came down to look at it, drove it, and asked for one thing before buying.They were accomodating, knowledgeble , and easy to work with. My cousin who came in with me, was impressed as well , and he hates shopping for a car more than me ! The prices are good , and they are not pushy salespeople, just want you to be happy. The only thing I would recommend is to create some parking for customers. They also gave me a 30 day warranty on some part of the car, which they did not have to . I will definitely recommend to other people who are in the market.

I bought a 2007 Saab and I am very, very pleased with how easy it was to make the deal happen. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever done. After researching a specific truck at another dealership and having a poor interaction with the sales rep. we were discouraged. My husband and I decided to check out some other lots around the same area. We are glad we did! Mike came to us, with a friendly attitude and told us to take a ride in the truck we were looking at. He offered a better deal and made us feel comfortable. He trusted us to test drive without his presence. He was knowledgable and we appreciated all his help. Alex took over when needed and he is extremely helpful. That was an all around great experience. We took home a Dodge Diesel 3500 and we love it. Thank You for such a pleasant experience! If we ever need any other vehicle we are surely coming back.

I have bought several cars and this, by far, has been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had. Mike and Mammy are AMAZING!!! I bought a beautiful Mercedes CLK550 from them. There were a few minor issues that I had with this vehicle and I brought it to their attention, no questions asked they told me to bring the car in and they'd take care of it, and they did! The customer service is outstanding, they are truly dedicated to their customers and do what ever is necessary to make sure that you are happy and that the car you are getting is ready for the road. The next time I am in the market for another car, Zoom Motors will be my first stop. I have already recommended them to several people, which I rarely do, but I know that anyone who goes to see Mike or Mammy will not only be getting great service but they will be getting a great car!! My husband and I were having car problems when we found a beautiful truck on this lot. We had sold our little car because we needed a truck to help with work on our house, we really needed something to haul things in. My jeep was constantly breaking down, and we were left car-less for a couple of weeks. Needless to say we were stressed and when I called to talk to them about the truck they had for sale they were so nice. I told him that all the money we had saved for a down payment was used fixing the one car that we had and I asked what he could do for me because I wanted to buy the truck, and I hadn't even seen it in person! He took all of our information and got to work, he did all the foot work for us! 2 days later he had a loan all ready for us without needing a down payment, all we needed to do was somehow get there. I told him we were on our way. We borrowed my mom's car and drove the 3 hours south and arrived minutes before closing time, but there he was waiting for us. I asked if we could drive it and he handed me the keys and said, "Enjoy, it a great ride!" 30 minutes later (including test drive time in the busy city) we were on our way home with this beautiful truck! No hassles, just smiles and quickly and clearly laid out all the details for us, signed and handed us the keys! Amazing service, nice people, clean and organized office. It was so easy, and they did all the work for me! I told them what we wanted and they did it all! Thank you so much Zoom Motors! You guys are amazing and I will be sending everyone I can you way. And you will see us again, when I'm ready to update my vehicle. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I cannot say it enough!

It has been a while like over 15 years from I have purchased a car from a dealer. The customer service was exceptional, very tentative to listening to us and answered questions immediately. I looked at a Dodge Ram and was very pleased on the no pressure attitude from Mike and Mammy. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for an honest dealer with some great selection on quality vehicles.

I put a spreadsheet together of 9 Prius at 8 dealers from cars.com research. I had already looked at other cars when I went to Zoom. I asked to test drive a car. Mammy simply took a copy of my license and gave me the keys. He said take your time, drive it for as long as you like. The car was exceptionally clean. When we returned, Mammy brought us into the office. He was very professional and straight forward with his price. I had a better price from another dealer, but liked the Zoom Prius better. Mammy came down on his price to close pretty close to my price. The other dealer still had a better price, so I left to look at the other car again. When I called the other dealer he raised the price, but still less than Zoom. I called Mammy back and he stuck by his offer. We went back and got the car from Zoom and I am really glad we did. It was a better car.The purchase process was the easiest I have ever had with a used car dealer. We completed the sale in less than a half hour. I had a long drive back (we live 4 hours from Sacramento) and did not have a cable for my phone with me. I asked Mammy if there was any place near to buy a cable. He gave me one of his cables instead and a excellent restaurant recommendation for lunch as well. The bottom line; excellent service, straight deal, clean car, very happy customer!

My husband and came here looking for an Nissan Armada and have visited a few different lots on Fulton and we were, well...unimpressed. Every Armada we found had the same issues as the next but we had already been considering diesel trucks with in certain parameters. But we had allot of trouble finding ones there in great shape for our price range. When we found Zoom, Mike came out and showed several trucks that were all within our parameters and were clean with low miles. We loved the shopping experience here. He's not pushy or trying to redirect you to anything your not interested in. We test drove a 03 RAM we loved it and we are just waiting to here back from the bank right now. If we are approved then great , if not than it's not his fault its the banks. We loved his extensive knowledge in large vehicles and trucks. Mike knows everything there is to know about diesel trucks and all of each ones quirks. If your looking for a truck you should go see Mike at Zoom. They should just call him the "Truck man"! Thanks again Mike for your time. :)

When we got there a sales man came right away and introduced himself then showed us the truck and said he'd go get the keys . As he came back he stopped and helped other customers, we waited then finally left. After eating lunch we thought we'd go back and get the truck . When we got to zoom the same salesman came back out and with an attitude says "you guys left , I was just getting those other customers a business card " for 15 minutes ??? So again I let it go and asked if I could test drive it , he gave me the keys and I was on my way . When I came back I parked it went back in the office and waited 10 min as he kept walking by me not saying anything !! Again I let it go cause of how bad I wanted the truck .. So after waiting 10 min he had me go to his office and we started talking , I told him I'd go get my wife from the waiting room and he said ok . I went got her and went back in and he was on the phone talking to another customer being soo rude at times raising his voice . That was it!! We finally got up and left !! Avoid coming here !! I wouldn't doubt that the positive reviews were written by them !!

Trustworthy, respectful, client-centered, dedicated, and attentive sales staff with attention to detail and accuracy. I bought my car online, site unseen, and drove six hours to get it. Mike, at Zoom, had our loan documentation prepared, and eventhough the windshield cracked in the heat, they replaced it immediately, without hesitation, and we were back on the road in no time at all. The vehicle was clean and sound, as were all of the vehicles on the lot, and the facility was comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and responded with speed and skill. All-in-all, an amazing car buying experience. Thank you Zoom!! :)

Buying from Zoom Motors was the best car buying experience. Mammy and Mike are very helpful, friendly, honest and accommodating. They worked hard to help me get the car I wanted and were upfront about everything in the process. There were other people bidding for my car and they reserved it for me. The cars they have on their lot are high quality and high demand. After the deal was done they even offered me tacos to celebrate! When I was ready to drive off the lot they noticed a slight imperfection on the trunk, there was residue left from a sticker the previous owner had placed on the door and a couple scratches. Mammy offered to have the back door painted and told me to come back in a couple days. When I came back to drop off my car they offered to drop me off at home and I live all the way in Roseville!! They went above and beyond even after the sale! Mike and Mammy make a great team and I highly recommend them!

To be honest, I would say they have great customer services compare with other dealership where locate in same area. They have good business ethics and responsibility for its customers. Particularly, there is a sweet sale person who called Mammy. This gentle man was very impressive me due to his responsibility and customer services. I would recommend go to this dealer in terms of it customer services.

I found the truck online and submitted a request for contact. Within 30 minutes they had called my cell phone and gave me directions and contact information as well as additional information on the vehicle. When we showed up to look at the vehicle. There was no pushy salesman to deal with, they moved the vehicle out of its spot to give me room to check the truck over. When we were ready to talk they made the price work with our budget. I highly recommend this dealership they were very courteous, polite and very willing to work with the price of the vehicle.

We visited every dealer on Fulton Ave over the weekend. Ended up at Zoom. We were helped by Mike who did not pressure us in any way. Ended up buying a beautiful BMW X5. Excellent condition, great price. Mike made the process easy and stress free. We love the car and Zoom will be our first stop for our next purchase.

I went to view the Mazda 6 that they have listed on cars for sale something in the inside of the car was broke also when I was about to take it for a test drive I lifted the hood and heard a irregular sound coming from the BELT AND MOTOR the dealer guy then advised me it wouldn't be safe to test drive the car this experience is the reason why people say stay AWAY FROM FULTON AVE And a Lot of dealers talk bad about Fulton ave even the ones who use to work for them!

If your reading this view you know there are tons of different dealers in this area to choose from. But let me help you make a easy decision and not waste your time at other dealers. I have been in retail business for over 20 years and there is very few places I would ever hand out a 5 star rating. I live 270 miles away and found it well worth the drive to buy my car from ZOOM. These went above and beyond from the minute I walked onto the lot and let me shop around with no pressure and when I was ready to buy. They made it very easy for me to go through everything without any snags. This place has everything from Range Rovers to Ford Diesel trucks. Great selection of autos with no hiding of what your buying. I know I have already told my family and friends about Zoom and will stop by next time I'm up in the area to have lunch with Mike,Manny,and Perdo

I can honestly say that was the best car purchase transaction I have ever done: The right vehicle for the right price - the truck we were looking for is a little on the tough side to find Knowledgable, courteous customer service I felt like my time was honestly valued (this never seems to happen at most dealerships) I would gladly refer a friend or family member to Zoom motors Thank you guys for a great transaction - we love our truck
