I thought of Zumbrota Ford when I was in trouble with 2 cars and wanting to trade them both in. I knew Keenan from high school and contacted him via Facebook. Keenan had all the paperwork (minus the finance details) lined up when I walked in the door. He did an awesome part on his end finding a what I wanted and a base deal to work with.. When he handed the sale off to another employee I felt more pressured and there was less trust with that employee is why I rate the dealership lower but Keenan was very pleasant to work with.

Ended up leasing a brand new Ford Fusion we had no idea we needed until we stopped in to browse! Keenan was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the right option between buying or leasing. He was able to locate the exact car we wanted as it was not in stock at Zumbrota. Upon arrival of our car to the lot he sent us a picture to show it had made it safely and was waiting for us. He looked out for what was in our best interest and ultimately left with two satisfied customers. I would recommend him any day!

I am very busy and over the coarse of 4 days I was able to submit my application, have it reviewed, choose a car to my liking, be approved for it (all of the previous without even entering the dealership), test driving my dream car, and drive away in it a couple hours later. The staff made this process very easy for me and worked with my hectic schedule to make this work for me! The staff was very generous and tried making me feel like I was at home.

I wasn't planning on purchasing a car until my car went to crap. The bill was going to be about as much as buying a used vehicle. I remember my mom had told me about her great experience at a dealership where she recently purchased her Truck. I figured I give it a shot. I called them up to make an appointment with Eric, same person who helped my mom and a few days later I was driving home with a 2015 Tuscan. Eric was awesome to work with, he made sure he did everything to help me get my truck. Kelly from Financing was also great to work with, she answered all my questions and was very patient. The sales service knew the vehicle I was purchasing from inside out. They helped me set up all of the electronics inside. They always made sure to follow up with me after the purchase. The finance department helped tremendously. I had bad credit but they somehow seemed to make everything work.

After my car went up in flames, I had no choice but to purchase another car. I wasn't in the market to buy a car and had no idea what I wanted to replace the car I had. Jared (sales) was so pacient with me while I first gave him my story and the price I wanted to stay within. He gave me the time I needed to wrap my head around it. Then of course, I changed my mind. I picked out a dozen different cars, and took each one for a ride. After narrowing it down to two, I drove them again. Jared kept a smile on his face though all my crazy. He was supportive, understanding, and encouraging. I must have wasted a whole day for him. With a smile, good conversation and no pressure he stuck by my side until the task was complete. .....and it wasn't easy for either of us ;-)

I came into zumbrota Ford with no money and horrible credit. I walked in talked with Keenan from there and next thing I know I'm getting approved for a vehicle. I thought there was no way I would get approved but they worked their magic and I got a 2009 Dodge avenger with low payments and something I could manage paying forI left there satisfied and happy someone actually cared to help me get into a nicer newer vehicle. Showed us 3 cars, didn't want to waste his time and said no to two of them right away, and made a great purchase on the first one. We had driven by on Friday night and saw several Escapes we were interested in finding out about. I called on Saturday and talked to Eric about the price on one of them. After talking to my husband, we decided to drive to Zumbrota to take at least one for a test drive. We decided to buy one of them and we got to meet several of the employees. They have a very friendly staff that were easy to deal with. The employees are the friendliest I have EVER seen at a car dealer! I have been in the market for different vehicle. I was in a lease that was just about up and started to look at my options. NIck was very helpful. He wasn't pushy and I felt very comfortable. Buying a vehicle is about the utmost top of my "things I don't want to do" list and he made the experience enjoyable. He was respectful of my budget and encouraged me to drive multiple vehicles. We were looking for a certain year and body style classic car. A relative suggested we go to Zumbrota Ford, so we gave Zumbrota Ford a call and stopped in for a visit. Nick was wonderful in helping us find the car and having it shipped to Zumbrota for us to purchase. We have never purchased a vehicle this way before and Nick made the whole experience very easy for us. He quoted us a price, made the deal and had the inspections done for us to pick the car up. I pulled into the dealership barely making it in the vehicle I had, in tears, had no money down after putting all I had into current repairs that broke again afterwards, feeling defeated and needing help.Justin was the first to approach me and I explained my situation and everything I was able to bring to the table...which was nothing but a breaking down vehicle. Went in looking for a new truck and glad i did. Eric made sure all of my questions were answered and that i was giving every tool i needed to decide on the right vehicle for me. Typically, I HATE shopping for cars! And I mean HATE!! It's always been pushy salesmen who seem more concerned with their commission than my satisfaction, mile-high stacks of paperwork, condescending/judgmental looks when a few spots show up on your credit, and the hassle of finding something you can afford with the bells and whistles you would like. I was literally SHOCKED at the 180-degree-opposite experience I had at Zumbrota Ford.I went to the Zumbota Ford dealership with my husband (who was completely ready, as usual, to buffer me from the sales personnel because he knows how much I hate dealing with car-buying) but from the moment we walked onto the lot, the sales staff was friendly and approachable, but absolutely NOT "in your face" about things. The customer advocate (seriously, he--and the rest of the staff, for that matter-- was so focused on us and our needs/goals for a new car, that it would be an unfair disservice to call him a "salesman") with whom we worked was down-to-earth, diligent, and incredibly informative. When we narrowed it down to the two vehicles we liked best, he took us around them, showing us all the relevant features, before each test drive so we could really compare our two finalists. The test drive was thorough, too, not some three minute "see-how-you-feel-in-the-seat" thing. We were gone for probably 20 minutes per drive, on city streets, county roads, and the highway, giving us a chance to see how the cars handled and sounded (noise level is a big deal for hubby) in all normal driving conditions. When the test drives were over, he gave us ample space and time to have an in-depth private discussion about the pro's and con's of each, and when we decided on the Ford Escape, he really went to work: speedily inputting our application information, offering us beverages, and working hand-in-hand with the finance people. And the financing advocates? Incredible!!! Again, they were ALL about getting us the best loan for which we qualified, with a combination of rates, rebates, and down payment options from which we could ultimately select. It was 8:00 in the evening, and we still got a loan approval in about 15 minutes after submitting our final paperwork! No coming back another day, no dickering with the lenders, no having to come up with more down than we could reasonably put together. I was a little flabbergasted. Moreover, the financing explanation/signing was as smooth as glass! The advocate we worked with showed us the short and long term differences in our options, and I felt like WE were able to make the financial choice, and weren't stuck with something the LENDERS were trying to force on us. It was the first time I have ever been involved in car buying where I felt like I was being treated like a grown up and being allowed to make my own, well-informed decision on loan terms. When it was time to take our new car home, our customer advocate (who probably didn't have to stay, but did), helped me clean the stuff out of my trade-in, went through all the essential operating systems, made sure I had a full tank of gas, and even let me pick out some awesome Zumbrota Ford swag for my 10-year old. During the times when we were waiting, everyone working around us were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had a buck for every time someone asked if I was comfortable or needed a beverage! And the more I watched, the more I realized that every other customer in the place was being treated as well as we were. A single mom with her two young kids in tow was treated like she could have paid cash for any vehicle in the lot. An older couple was offered different seating while they waited for their paperwork to ensure they were both comfortable. A young woman, who was clearly buying her first car, had a team of customer advocates working with her--one to answer the buyer's questions, and one to answer her mom's more 'experience-driven' questions. And it struck me, as I set there, that it was not just OUR customer and financing advocates who were looking out for our best interests, it was a company-wide approach. The focus of the entire enterprise, across all staff types and all kinds of customers, was to do the best job they could to get each person that walked in their door the very best car for them on the very best terms that could possibly be arranged. And it was genuine. It wasn't forced, it wasn't fake, it wasn't for show. I never once felt like people were being nice to my face, and then snickering about me behind closed doors. Everything about every staff person with whom I interacted was real, was sincere. I am attorney; I fight for real people every day. And from the moment I arrived at Zumbrota Ford, I knew every person in there was, in a somewhat different way, truly fighting for me; genuinely working on MY behalf. And it felt great!! So, young or old, well-off or tight budget, new or used vehicle, pristine credit or a few bumps in the road, I recommend everyone and anyone considering a vehicle purchase to head to Zumbrota Ford first. You don't have to buy on the spot, but I can promise you that no matter where else you might shop, you will not feel as well-treated or respected anywhere else. And, in the end, the woman who hates--HATES--car buying had one of the most pleasant evenings of the month at, of all places, a car dealership. More important than the Escape, is that *I* was sold!

On July 22nd, My 1996 F350 blew a tire near this dealership while we're were hauling horses in a large trailer. We limped into this dealership for help. Tim in service was so great to us! He had to send someone to the Cities to get the tire as we had no spare. Because of this experience, my husband and I went back to the dealership to purchase our new truck. Drew O'Rourke and Heidi Groves were amazing to work with. Heidi helped with all of the financing paperwork and was able to come up with great options for us. My daughter and I were car shopping for a newer, dependable car, only a couple years old, no accident, one owner, low miles and within a price range, and of course my daughter was picky about what the car looked like. We shopped around to a LOT of car dealerships in search of the perfect car. A friend told me about her great experience at Zumbrota Ford that her and her daughter had recently, so we decided to check it out. I was impressed right away. I drove into the parking lot (on one of the hottest days of the year) and there was a salesman (or automotive specialist, I know they don't go by salesman anymore) actually in the parking lot that greeted us before we even had our car parked. I immediately knew this was a great place. All the shopping around we have been doing, at all the other dealership we had been to, we had to seek out help, seriously ridiculous, I felt like we needed to be wearing assign that said " LOOKING FOR CAR, WANT TO BUY CAR", to get attention. So when we were greeted by Nate right away, it was a breath of fresh air. And wouldn't you know Nate was the one who helped my friend and her daughter. He asked us all the right questions. What we were looking for, the price range, what we liked, didn't like and he found 3 or 4 cars quickly that we drove around. My daughter ended up really liking one of the cars. My husband wasn't with us, and I didn't want to make the final decision without him seeing the car, so they let us take the car over night, and give her time to drive it a little more to see if it was the car for her. Which only made her want it more. We stayed way later than the dealership was open. They were patient and kind with us. My husband liked the car, thought it was a wise choice and we brought it back the next day and bought it. Once again staying way late, but they didn't rush us. My daughter loves her knew car, and I'm happy she'll be safe and wont have to worry about any car problems for a long, long time. Oh, and my husband was thrilled we also received 2 Vikings tickets for purchasing the car (a promotion going on at this time). He's ecstatic about that! :) Thank you Nate and Kelly for being so patient, and talking everything thoroughly through, from the shopping experience all the way through to the buying process. We are grateful for your time, patience and friendliness. Thank you for taking good care of us. We will be coming back. :)

I called Zumbrota Ford when I found out the car I was driving just wasn't worth fixing anymore. My son bought a 2015 Ford Rock Star Truck last fall and had purchased a 2012 Impala the year before from them. He told me if anyone could help me it would be the team at Zumbrota Ford. I was not disappointed! Eric Ruthig listened to what I wanted, found what he knew I was looking for and then with the help of Kelly Johnson in finance, made my dream come true! From the moment I was greeted in the parking lot I knew this wasn't just an ordinary car dealership. They cared about what I wanted and made the process so easy it was unbelievable. Eric and Kelly took care of everything! Within just a couple of hours I was driving out of the lot in my 2015 Chrysler 200! The paperwork was completed, Eric had my old car out of the repair shop and I had two drivers following with the vehicle I drove up there to my home. I cant't say enough good things about Eric, Kelly and the other caring, great people that work at Zumbrota Ford! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank-You for the amazing experience!

I contacted Zumbrota Ford in securing an Escape for me. The salesperson, Nate Stoeckel, worked to find the exact car that met everything on my wish list. The financing that was taken care of by Heidi Groves and Timothy Groves secured me a wonderful deal! Which wasn't easy, as I do not have a good credit history. I was able to drive away in a beautiful 2016 Escape with everything, and more than, I had asked for!

My trip my local Zumbrota Ford dealership was awesome! I was helped as I got out of my vehicle and brought inside and even offered a beverage! Eric asked me what I was looking for and bam we were outside browsing the inventory. He listened to what I had to say and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions. After I had picked a vehicle out he got it ready and off we went. I was impressed! After some number crunching I insisted this is the vehicle I wanted! That's when Kelly jumped into action to get me the best financing available. She came thru like a champ! All looked good so after some signatures she sent me back to Eric who had my purchase detailed and keys waiting in hand! Can't forget to give a shout out to Todd who was very kind and considerate to myself and all the other customers that were packed in to buy a great vehicle from Zumbrota Ford! When my time is up again for a different vehicle I WILL BE BACK! Thanks to the whole crew!

I have two comments on the service I received on 6/10/2016, one positive and one negative.First, just starting out on our camping trip my 2010 Ford Expedition had a warning light come on, the wench representing a power train failure. So I called your service department as the dealership was just up the road and asked if they could put it on the computer. Yes I was told so I stopped in and they did just that and found a faulty wire for the fuel pump. They were able to squeeze me in and I was on the road in less than hour. Fantastic! Thank you very much.The second comment is on the bill. Like I said we were in and out in less than an hour, the invoice indicates in at 9:40 and out 10:20 which is 40 minutes. The labor charge for those 40 minutes was $216.94 which I feel is exorbitant! So I paid the bill and was back on the road for our vacation. In retrospect, I think I should have questioned it at that time, but was just thankful to have it fixed.

I came in looking for a good pre-owned vehicle with some ideas in mind. Nick Chaco was a GREAT help! He was NOT pushy like a lot of other salesman can be. He asked the types of things I was looking for in a car, asked what cars I was interested in, and showed me the cars I wanted to see. I test drove 3 cars and fell in love with the 2012 Ford Taurus. My experience at Zumbrota Ford was incredible! I worked with Kaylee, Cameron and Tim. Kaylee gave me a call after I started to fill out a credit application. Then after that Cameron called me as well to set up an appointment. When I first came in through the doors I thought it was just another dealership just wanting to sell me a car.. boy was I wrong. All three of the employees I worked with were very caring about me and what the best thing was for my situation. Me, being 18, new credit... thats any dealerships nightmare customer, but the staff at Zumbrota Ford really showed that they cared for me and what I wanted/needed. I left with a new car and 2 days later received a call from Cameron asking me how I was liking my car! That proved to me that he really did want the customer to be happy! what a great experience!! Compared to the last time we bought a car, this was amazing! Andrew Arens was our salesman and he asked us some questions, listened to what we were saying, and then showed us possibilities that fit our answers. Along the way he asked if what we were test driving was what we were hoping/looking for and if it wasn't he brought us to a new option. We finalized our shopping experience that day with a new car! I had found a car I liked but didn't have a towing option and so he checked to see if a tow package could be added to it before I gave up on that car. Loving my 2012 Ford Explorer!

I had a wonderful experience with Zumbrota Ford. I never felt pressured to buy anything by the sales associates when I stopped in to look at inventory I was interested in. I'm a person who knows what I'm looking for and hate the proverbial "used car salesman" approach so was pleased when there was no pushing to buy or buy more than what I wanted. The on line application process was simple and only took a few minutes, and once I found what I was looking for the salesman and finance officer stayed after hours to put the deal together for me. They provided me with multiple finance options so I could leave with my new (used)car that evening. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I bought a 2013 Taurus SHO yesterday from Keenan Kolstad. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We did quite a bit dealing and I always felt like i was being respected and treated the way a customer should by Keenan and his sales manager Todd. It took a while to reach an agreement but at the end I feel like they treated me fair on my trade in and gave me a decent deal on the car. Keenan is a young man getting started in the car sales world and I think he is going to surpass anyone in the business if he keeps treating customers the way he treated me. I will refer all my friends and family to Keenan. I also would like to say their finance guy Tim Groves definitely was low pressure with the Finance Consultation. He searched many lenders and presented me with many offers. In the end my own financing was the best deal, however Tim never gave me attitude or tried persuading me to use the lenders he found. One person I think might possibly be overlooked quite a bit is Tim Brewer in service. He is a tire guru and definitely knows his business. Overall this was a great experience! Thank you guys, i love the car!!

I was looking at one their vehicles which I thought was a little over priced so I brought up the same vehicle that had 20k less miles and was 1500 cheaper to try and get them to lower the price which it they lowered it a few hundred bucks.I ended up saying I would not buy their vehicle and that I was going to keep looking. Turns out that the sales rep bought it over the phone knowing I was on my way to look at it. I was never made aware that Zumbrota Ford was going to buy the vehicle I told them about and bought a different vehicle with 20k more miles. I am very irritated that I lost out on the car I was going to buy (as long as it drove well), that they did not contact me that they were going to buy the vehicle I found, and that would have lost the option of buying the car from a different dealership. Very unhappy with my experience. I lost out on the car I was going to buy while they gained a great car at a very low cost.

Andrew took me out for a test drive 25 minutes before closing which is a rare thing at any dealership, especially on a Saturday night. We had discussed my husband and I coming in Monday morning and work on getting an approval which was perfect for us. Between Andrew, Todd and Tim (who all stayed way late) we left there in our new-to-us Ford Explorer. We can't say enough about how wonderful this buying experience was. We are repeat customers, and will continue to be down the road! Zumbrota Ford is about an hour and a half drive for us, but we couldn't be more satisfied with all their help! Our first purchase took a few trips back and forth before we finally got an approval, but the staff never gave up! They told us to come back in 2 years and they would be able to get us in a brand new vehicle, well they weren't kidding! Two years later and we now have a brand new vehicle that is perfect for our family! And once again the staff was wonderful to deal with. The staff member that sold us our new car came in on his day off because it was the only day that worked for us, and the staff member that sold us our first car even popped in on his day off to say hi!

I drove 20 miles to Zumbrota Ford after being denied in Rochester by another dealership. I was totally not expecting much when I went to Zumbrota. I was going to look and get an overall idea of what my car would be worth to trade it in for. 4 hours later I drove home in my brand new (Like literally 8 miles new!) Ford Focus!!!!!! I still cannot believe they approved me! Thank you ERIC from the bottom of my heart for helping me out tonight! It was so tremendous the service and kindness that was shown me! I hate shopping and REALLY hate car shopping, but it was time to treat myself to a new car. I worked with Drew, who listened carefully to my wishlist - mid to small crossover, black, sunroof, bells and whistles, and giddy-up. Wow did he deliver! He brought a new Ford Escape to my office as my schedule wasn't giving up any time to drive to Zumbrota. Once I admitted i loved the Escape, Drew and his team went to work to find it in black, to my specifications. He found EXACTLY what i asked for! Tim Groves worked out the appropriate financing option for me as well. When I arrived in Zumbrota to complete the purchase, Drew and the entire team (service, parts, etc) were very welcoming. I am looking to my first oil change so I can go back and visit. Definitely a double thumbs up and heartfelt recommendation to work with this team. Little disappointed. We bought a van and was told that it would have head phones in it and it did not, when we asked Nick about it he said the van comes the way it is. We were sent off the lot with almost a empty tank of gas as well. I am not sure if I would go back there again or not. I thought the customer was number one and should be taken care of.

I then looked at pricing and trade-in. Once armed with the information, spoke with the wife and we decided to purchase the Fusion. There was never any pushy sales tactics. I went in there after making an appointment with Cameron over the phone not planning on buying a car. I figured I would be going in to get an idea of a DP amount and so forth. I had an idea of what I wanted, I was looking at the 2012 Dode Journey. After giving my app and providing all my information I was surprised to hear that though they couldn't get me into an SUV they could look at getting me into a couple different 07 models. After test driving one (the other had been wholesaled) Heidi comes out to tell me there is another offer.....a 2012 Dodge Journey. Heidi and Cameron worked their butts off to get me approved and sure as all get out they did. I walked out that day with a 2012 Journey with great payments and having a tiny DP taken out of my account on my payday the following Friday. I am a single mother of three that is new to this after a long marriage and at the age of 34 I can officially say that I have now bought my own car in my own name and Cameron and Heidi are the people who helped me do that. Through the tears and hugs I can honestly say that as long as I am in Minnesota I will NEVER go to another dealership for anything. The staff is amazing. You guys do not know how much you have helped me out.

We were looking for a Ford Edge, used vehicle with low miles and only a couple years old. I looked online at several dealerships in our area and we had purchased from Zumbrota Ford previously so I looked at their site also. They had the perfect vehicle for us and after a test drive, a drive home with the car and return to dealer we purchased it. They spent the time we needed to get the deal done. They hours were until 6:00pm but we walked out at 8:30pm. We were able to get the deal we wanted, looked at the vehicle top to bottom, including under a lift to see the actual bottom. Chris Hayes was great, Tim Groves was great helping us with the financing and Todd Fitzgibbons. I've never gotta a car from a dealership, so I took a gamble and applied to get a car at Zumbrota. I was approved, and the financing department helped me figure out what I qualified for. We made the two-hour drive, and the dealership was maybe an hour away from closing time. I have gotten in Feb this year a 2003 ford focus and was just bringing the ford in for a fall checkup on a fri and found Bob Chevalier and talked to him about how in Feb i wanted to try for brand new focus...well he told me that we will see what we can do today,,, i am like ok.... well i had to go to work after doing initial paperwork to see what i could do now only 8 mo after getting my first car in 4 years... i was at work when the phone call came and i was qualified for the 2015 ford focus!!! i was soooo excited... i had to go back sat morning and get my car!!! Raquel in customer service was so friendly and she got me set up for a time to come in that would work for me to bring in my information and get me into a newer car. Once I got to the building I was showered with kindness and smiles. I immediately felt comfortable. The employees offered my family and I beverages and showed us around the building. Eric the dealer that we worked with directly was so nice. He communicated with us on a normal everyday kinda guy level. We laughed and joked about so many things. They broke down the process of how I would be getting into the perfect car for me. Even though I do have credit issues. Zumbrota Ford worked with me, I was truly in shock. In June a went to Zumbrota Ford because I saw a car online that I was interested in. The car I had at the time was terrible and I needed something more reliable. Driving through the lot I found the car I was looking for and before I could get out of the car, Eric Ruthig was there to help me. We took the car for a test drive and after some negotiations, the new (used) car was mine. And they gave me $2000 for my car, and believe me it wasn't worth that.Several months later I was driving on I-90 and my engine blew. I was devastated. Not only didn't I have money for repairs, but I was still paying for the car. I had it towed back to Zumbrota Ford and they replaced the engine, and the exhaust system. What happened to the engine was nothing they would have detected in their evaluation of the car when they received it, so it wasn't their fault. I was hoping they would give me a deal on the repairs since it was less than 3 months (although we all know there isn't really a warranty for used vehicles). They went above and beyond. The repairs and parts were taken care of by Zumbrota Ford (and let me also say, the vehicle wasn't a Ford). I paid them nothing. Will I go back to them in the future? You bet I will. We went in looking for a truck and not setting our hearts on due to uncertainty with how much we could get financed for. Our salesman, Tim, took my husband on a test drive and my husband fell in love!!!! We were there all afternoon with 3 little kids while they worked their butts off to get us into the truck. Tim kept us updated throughout the whole process and really made us feel like he cared. He is by far my favorite type of salesman, not pushy and very patient with us and our kids. We left as proud owners of a beautiful Toyota Tundra. Heidi, the finance lady who went through all of the paperwork with us was awesome to work with. Every person who was a part of us getting the truck was extremely helpful! I can't give enough praise or thanks to Tim and the amazing finance department!!! They really do care about the people they are working with and do what it takes to get you a newer, nicer car! PS: our truck came with custom fit carseat covers which they made sure we got even though we forgot them in our excitement the day we bought the truck.

I had done my car shopping homework and knew what I wanted and didnt want/need in a new vehicle. I really needed to test drive a few different models to compare the feeling and fit. Chris Hayes (Sales) did a great job with comparing the different vehicles and explaining the different options each had that I might find beneficial and ones that were available even if I might think it would be a benefit. He didnt use the salesman tactics or pressure for options I wouldn't use. Chris gave the time needed for me to decide which vehicle best fit my needs. Chris also worked well with the finance team to provide me with the best options available and again allowed the time needed to make the best decision for me! i must admit i was a little intimidated by Zumbrota Ford before going to the dealership because my credit was not the greatest and i did not have a huge down payment but after meeting my salesman Bob "chevy" Chevalier who i must say he is the greatest, super friendly and nicest guy you could ever shop with. Bob listened to the things i was looking for and he and the finance guy Jason made it happen. Bob and the whole Zumbrota Ford family were very nice and courteous to me that whole morning. Tim Joyce was the sales guy that Todd sat us down with while our car was being serviced. We were only inquiring about what it would take to trade in our Fusion to get into something bigger since our family had grown after our purchase of the Fusion. We were not expecting to have our credit ran. We certainly did not expect to sit and wait around for an approval of a vehicle for four hours. We ended up leaving without trading in the Fusion. Tim went to bat though to get us into an affordable vehicle. Ten days after we had the Fusion serviced and discussed the options of trading it in, we were back to take a look at the vehicle Tim found on the "affordable for us" list. We were happy with it and were able to drive home in a three year newer SUV. We have been loving it more and more the more we drive it!! THANKS!!

We started our car search about a month before looking at Zumbrota Ford. We found a 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid on their website that had all the options and colors that we wanted. It was amazing because even at larger dealers we couldn't find what we were looking for. We sent an email through the website and Raquel got back to us almost immediately and set up a time for us to come out and talk to a salesman and also helped us get all of the information we would need to get financing. This was great since we don't live in Zumbrota. We met with Chris Hayes who was great. He took us and let us know all about the car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the questions that we had about the car. Kelly did our financing and helped to push the process along so that way we could get everything done that day. In the end we walked away with the car we wanted at the monthly payment that we wanted. Instead of telling me to look elsewhere or wait for the car to arrive, the sales and finance staff worked hard to literally build a car to my liking and price range and ordered it direct from factory!!! Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful had fantastic attitudes and answered every question (sometimes twice)! At no point in time did I feel pressured or like they were just trying to get my money, Zumbrota Ford was, and IS so accommodating and gave me regular updates while I waited for the delivery of the vehicle! I will not go to any other place for service or vehicle needs than Zumbrota Ford!

After having so much trouble with the car I'd been driving, I saw a used car that would work perfect for me on Zumbrota Ford's website. I didn't call, I just drove over and Eric met me outside and helped me through the process. My car was trouble and had been since I bought it a year and 1/2 ago and I needed something fast. Most dealers would try to talk a person into buying a new car. Eric took me at my word that I only had so much to work with and that was it. Todd went out and looked at my car while Eric and I talked and everything turned out to my satisfaction. I know they gave me more than my car was worth,,,,,, because at that point, I wasn't sure how far it would still drive. It was a weight off my shoulders when I left with my Hyundai Tucson. I had a road trip the very next day and it ran beautifully. I wasn't worried about whether it was going to make it or not.Thanks Eric and Todd and Kelly, everyone that made my visit easy.

we went to Zumbrota Ford to get an oil change for our 2012 Ford Fusion which we had bought there almost 4 years ago, and while we were waiting we were approached by a couple different salesman asking how we were, etc., and then Tim asked if we would like to test drive this Fusion Titanium while we were waiting. Well, we loved the car, and we thought, what the heck, let's see what kind of deal we could work out. So Tim crunched some numbers for us and we were able to get financing, so we drove home in our new Fusion. We were treated with respect, everyone there was super friendly and nice. We have been customers there for several years and even tho it costs us more money when we go there (I mean like buying a car when we just needed an oil change!) we will go back there. Good people work there! Thanks to Tim Joyce for a pleasant experience!! And the finance lady, Kelly, was very sweet and helpful.

I bought a used car at Z-Ford a couple months ago. The buying experience was great! It was my first time buying a car on my own and Armando was very helpful and patient with me as we worked through it. I got a fair price and felt really good about the purchase.I ended up having a few complications with my car and even though they weren't legally obligated to help me (since it was a used vehicle), they were more than happy to fix the issues at no charge to me. I had my heart set on a certain color Mustang and they got it for me. They didn't try to sell me a different color car because they really listened to what I wanted. and they found the color I wanted.... My son needed a new car and I had talked to a friend who was started working at Zumbrota Ford. We set up an appointment for 5/18/15. When we walked in we were greeted warmly by Rick and Chris. We began reviewing what type of vehicle would be right for my son, originally thinking of a small - medium SUV. After completing the paperwork, we looked at prices and monthly payments and decided to look at a Chevy Impala, with 50,000 miles, and in excellent condition, with payments my son can afford. We also mad arrangements to have his hand controls transferred to the new car, I was given a "loaner" car until we are able to pick up my son's new car on 5/19/15. Both of us were extremely impressed with the professionalism and genuine concern by all the people at Zumbrota Ford to make sure we found just the right car to meet my sons needs. They were very patient, listened to what we wanted and made this car buying experience totally enjoyable, with no pressure or slick salesmanship. They are truly professionals in what they do. Several weeks ago my mother and I drove into the Zumbrota Ford lot hoping to take a casual look at several used Ford Escapes I had seen online and chat about trade-in possibilities. We were promptly greeted in the parking lot by salesman Armando Ramirez and were out on the road test driving each vehicle within 20 minutes of pulling into the lot. I have been a serial leaser in the past and was a little skeptical of purchasing a used vehicle. After informing Armando of my price limit and "must haves" we easily settled on a vehicle that went above and beyond my expectations. After hearing about the dealerships amazing service benefits and optional extended warranties, I was sold. At this point it was time to talk trade-in value. Let me preface that at this point, I had already been to three other dealerships that did not even come close to the value I felt was appropriate for my vehicle. Well as he said, Armando truly did make an offer I could not refuse. That was it, it was time to look into financing. Armando set me up with Jason Wuorenma who worked his financing magic and even helped with some free advice regarding a previous issue I was having. All-in-all I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership and can not imagine going anywhere else in the future. I have already begun spreading the good word and hope all these guys the best in the future!

We had no idea what kind of service we had been missing out on until recently visiting Zumbrota Ford. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect, consideration, and a desire to meet our needs. We walked in with a beat up vehicle that barely got us there and walked away with security and peace of mind that our family of 6 was now safe and secure in a vehicle that works for our family for years to come. As icing on the cake, after all was said and done and we were walking to our new van, Dan came running out stating that another offer was just received at a lower rate and that it would save us over a hundred dollars on our monthly payments! He could have let us walk. All paperwork was complete and signed and we were on our way out (it was also 5 o'clock). But he cared about us that much. My dad was a long time customer of Zumbrota Ford dealership and services. After a few not so great experiences with other dealerships, my wife and I decided to take his advise. A couple of years ago we bought a new 2012 Fusion and Todd Fitzgibbons was our sales person, the car has been excellent. With a growing family and personal health issues we needed another vehicle. He was very patient and helpful. I never once felt like i wasnt an important person. He came back with a few cars for me to try and i fell in love with one i drove away with. I have no doubt he put me in a car i will like for quite while and not just push any car on me. I am very happy with kelly's help that night too as was a very long day. She was a wonderful person and very helpful and never made me feel rushed or anything. She made sure i have everything i needed to drive off the lot with the paperwork. The entire staff at Zumbrota Ford is excellent. From the moment we walked in the door until the sale was final, we felt comfortable. We felt they were genuinely interested in us and our situation and the whole process went so smooth. As we waited for the paper work to be completed, it was so impressive to see the owner Steve Johnson walk around and touch base with all the customers. We felt he truly cares for his customers. Since it was my first time buying a newer car, they were able to help me through all of the steps and make sure that I had all of my questions and concerns answered. Everyone there was super friendly and I was glad to be able to help the locally owned business after my recommendation from local residents. Salesperson Chris has a great personality and listened to what I wanted and came up with a car that has made me extremely happy. My girlfriend and I came up to the dealership with a broken down P.o.s car and no heat in the middle of winte. Heard so many good things about the place but didn't think they could help us out since no other place would. Eric one of the dealers, great guy very nice and was willing to work with us all the way to the end. And had a great attitude doing it! But we walked out the dealership in about two hours and had our car ready for us! What a wonderful feeling and wonder place!

Great experience, super friendly and easy to work with. No high pressure scams. Greeted by the owner of the dealership shortly after walking through the door. Bought a good used truck for a good price. Can't ask for more than that. Richard and Steve were easy to work with, as was the rest of the sales/financing team. I spent a great deal of time on the internet looking for a small SUV to replace my 2007 Toyota Rav4. Found many great reviews on the 2015 Ford Escape which encouraged me to seriously consider visiting Zumbrota Ford to what they had to offer in regards to finding me a new vehicle. Well to my surprise Ford sent me an email offer of a $750 good customer rebate along with offering a very generous rebate and 0% financing on a 2015 Escape. So my wife and I drove on up to Zumbrota and took a test drive of a Escape with Eric Ruthig. Unfortunately the Escape we looked at was not exactly what we wanted but Eric did a quick search on the internet and found the exact vehicle we wanted. The sales people at Zumbrota went the extra mile and found a car on their lot that was the color of Sunset which sold me as the vehicle we wanted to own. Well now came the time to talk about doing a trade-in of two vehicles for this new Escape (and one of them was a Can Am Spyder). Chris, Eric, and Tim worked hard to make the Can Am trade in work and I can happy say that I am a owner of 2015 Ford Escape on New Years eve. I left the Zumbrota dealership a very happy customer and I can say that my sale interaction with Eric, Chris, and Tim was a very pleasant experience. I will strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in a market for a high quality automobile at a very attractive cost.

I went to Zumbrota Ford to see what they had and ended up buying a 2014 Ford Escape...lol. When I got there I wasn't sure what I could or could not qualify for, but I can tell you that I didn't plan on driving off the lot in a BRAND NEW Ford Escape! I can honestly say that buying a car has never been so much fun and EASY!!! Bob and Greg made it one of the best experiences ever. There was no stress and LOTS of laughs and I think that I would have felt bad if I hadn't bought a car from them!! I am a strong believer that sales and finance people should make their customers feel relaxed and comfortable....well, I can tell you, these two had NO problem with that! Drew went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. He was very professional, friendly and pleasent to speak and work with. He was not trying to get me into a car right away and was very careful in selecting the cars I test drove. We finally found THE CAR! I purchase a new car and picked it up today at Zumbrota Ford. I had met several pleasant people last week when I was scouting for a new car. First, though, you need to know I drove 16 miles out of Rochester, MN to avoid dealing with the nearby dealership which really has a service problem, they are 7 blocks from my home and shall remain nameless.Chris was wonderful to work with, haven't met such a sweetie since my friend in StClairShores who sold me my last three Fords. Make sure you ask for Chris Hayes!!!I had spoken to the boss, Mr Johnson, Mr Remmey on the internet, and today the "Credit Queen" also known as Kristin. It's hard to believe there are so many nice people in one place. I didn't even catch the name of the gentleman who brought me a pop today. Take my advice and drive out of town and buy your Ford from ZUMBROTA FORD.

The service was fantastic. I went in expecting it to be like everywhere else and I'm very glad I was wrong! They even stayed late making sure I could take my car home that night. Chris took the time to explain everything to me which was a big deal because I had been to 5 other dealerships over the last year and I didn't know how half of it worked. Had a problem with Sync MyfordTouch update on 2014 F150 on Saturday when Service was closed. At home, I followed all instructions online, downloaded required files, unzipped, and tried to install update on truck. Update started, then Black screen and nothing worked. Todd Fitzgibbons went way beyond normal help, found the problem with the update (flash drive issue & issue with unzipping files), fixed the problem and got me on my way. . Very Satisfied!

I listed all the must haves and I especially expressed the exterior color had to be Impact Blue. Todd asked if I and my parents wanted to test drive a similar vehicle that meet most of my requirements in the interior. We agreed to test drive the vehicle again and the experience was so helpful. Chris Hayes was our salesman, super nice!! We weren't sure what we were exactly looking for, but explained what we had an idea for. He showed us what they had, test drove, and fell in love with the Equinox. Going car shopping has always been stressful because of pushy salesman, the feeling that if a person wasn't there to buy a $30, 000 vehicle then they weren't really worth dealing with. However; talking with Chris and Adam about what we were looking for, the price range we wanted, they made us feel top priority. Chris gave us a tour of the whole facility, which nobody has ever done before, offered us something to drink, eat, etc. The treatment we received at Zumbrota Ford was up and beyond any other dealership I've dealt with in previous years. There's a reason they've been voted #1 for two years in a row, and I have a feeling they'll have a 3rd! I can honestly say that if and when I have to look for another vehicle I won't go shopping around.....Zumbrota Ford will be the only place I look and deal with from now on. I apologize for being a bit long winded but when I'm happy, it's hard to silence me. I visited four dealers in Rochester, Minnesota(my hometown). With all four, I experienced all or part of the following; waited for a long time to be spoken to, attacked as I drove on the lot(pushy salespersons), pushed in a direction I was not interested in, knew nothing about the vehicle they were trying to sell me, rude, judgemental and basically the word "CAN'T" constantly verses "CAN". As I am about to give up and try again when I had more time and less frustration, a friend of mine said:....."Go To Zumbrota Ford". I called Zumbrota Ford and was immediately put on the phone with Todd Fitzgibbons. I told him that I would swing up there tomorrow to chat. When I got there, he was at lunch. They called his cell phone. He was back at the dealership in five minutes to meet with me since I was on my lunch break. WOW!! I told him specific requests and that I would not budge from them. He understood.....Which car I want, how much I will pay down, what intrest rate I want, how many years financing and a few other things. He said o.k., I'll call you in a while. I laughed as I left the dealership to go back to work, knowing I ask the impossibe after hearing the word "CAN'T" over and over. Three hours later, Todd Fitzgibbons calls me and says....."Come Pick Your Color":) My jaw hit the floor. Excited as I was, I called and asked what time they were closing? I would not make it in time. They said come on up, Todd and the finance guy would stay late for me. In less than thirty minutes, I completed financial paperwork, had coffee and snack and threw a football accross the room into a hole in a net in which I won a brand new 32" wide screen t.v. for free!!!!! WOW!!!!! Because it was late, the detail department was gone for the day. I was given two options.....take the car now and bring it back tomorrow for detailing or Todd said he would pick me up the next day and bring me up to drive my new car home thirty minutes away. WOW!!!!! My daughter ended up taking me the next day to pick it up. When I got there, my car was on display out front, detailed top to bottom, full tank of gas and it was running and warmed up. Really cold that day. It does not matter which catagory someone wants me to rate. EVERY one of them would be five stars.....100% perfection. I purchased a brand new 2014 fully loaded Ford Escape and I LOVE IT!!!!! Thank you soooo much Zumbrota Ford and Todd Fitzgibbons for the best car purchase experience that I've had in thirty five years. P.S. No one ever used the word "CAN'T" even once.:)

Friendly staff that lives up to the "dealer for the people" claims. Todd, Matt, Adam, ,and Bruce we're all very helpful and friendly. Todd and Adam deserve an extra bit of praise for staying past close the first time I came in. They didn't pressure us to get into something we couldn't afford. When I declined at first they didn't get upset or pressure us either. Came back a couple weeks later and was treated like an old friend. All around a great experience.

I have never wrote one of these but after the 3rd run around I have had enough of this fake we care about you crap.. I called them on Friday with what I had for down payment and for credit and trade in. And they said no problem they could help, but just like the last time I dealt with them, they make me drive an hour to tell me they need more money down.. Put you into something you don't want. I don't have the greatest credit and they assured me that wasn't an issue. Said I was pre approved. Bruce is who I was scheduled to see but he was no where so we got this little arrogant jerk I believe his name was Matt and a rude salesman who basically called us losers because are credit wasn't the greatest told me no other dealership would deal with us and to go to cars and credit and get screwed by them. I was shocked when the salesman came back out and continued to be a complete jerk. No other dealership will deal with us take the crap sandwich and like it.. They are rude cruel people. I would never recommend anyone deal with them unless you have perfect credit and 2000 cash down for a 5000 car not worth the 2 grand down...

I needed a new car ASAP, but I wasn't sure what I wanted (besides affordable) . Bruce walked around the lot with me, asked me questions to help narrow down my search, and answered all of my question. I had a loose license plate while on the highway on a long trip and went up to the front desk to ask for a technician. She immediately brought me without question to the parts and service director of the dealership, and he handled my issue in a compassionate, polite manner while replacing the screws on my plate. He agreed to do so quickly before knowing I also had a Ford.I would highly recommend this dealership, and am so grateful for handling my potentially dangerous situation (if the plate became loose while on the highway) in a quick, nice, and professional manner.

This last purchase was our second purchase from Bob Chevalier and Zumbrota Ford! The experience was great. Drew from the sales team was easy to work with and very helpful with the purchase of a new Ford Escape. The price of the new car and the trade in was very competitively priced when compared to other dealerships. Adam from the Finance side helped explain all of the different options to us and was right to the point. This made the purchase very easy to understand. We hadn't purchased a car in many years, and Richard made it a very comfortable experience. They really do know how to treat their customers and all of them make you feel like your business is very much appreciated. After we had purchased the car and were leaving, one of the other salesmen said, "Congratulations," to us which I thought was very nice because we were very happy with the purchase and the deal that we made. We will definitely return in the future should we be looking for another vehicle. Adam did a great job with the paperwork end of things and was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process.

My wife went to Todd Fitzgibbons at Zumbrota Ford looking for a used car. Todd lined up a car based on her parameters. Unfortunately, just a few weeks after the purchase, the car conked out. Todd took full responsiblility for the situation, gave us a great break on a newer model and the new car is working out great! As car buyers, we are all so used to the hit and run type sale (particularly on used vehicles) and/or dealers not taking full responsibility. We decided to head up to Zumbrota Ford on a whim one afternoon, just thinking about looking. We really needed another car and weren't in the greatest credit standings. We have been elsewhere and not had any luck. We heard so many commercials on the radio that we decided it was worth a try. As soon as we walked in, Chris greeted us at the door with a big smile. We were then taken over to Deliala to finish our online credit application and within minutes, the finance team was on the job trying to find us the best car for our money. Tim came out and asked us what color and what style Focus we wanted, which they happened to have, and Chris brought it around for a test drive. We couldn't believe that we were leaving there with a brand new car! After we test drove and decided that car was the one for us, we sat down with Matt and he laid out all the financing for us in a way that was easy to follow! Before we left, Chris made sure we understood everything in our car from top to bottom and then we drove away in our brand new Ford Focus! Thank you to the whole Zumbrota Ford team and especially Chris Hayes! We will be back to trade in our other car when the time comes!

I went to zumba ford to try out an escape to compare to another vehicles I was interested in..Todd showed me a variety of other vehicles besides the one. I was very hard on him picky and little demanding...and I really wanted a van but husband wouldn't let me... but Todd showed us one I loved and price was great and husband really likes it!!! The salesman did not seem to know much about what he was selling, just wanted to make a sell no matter what. ended up only getting half of the agreed upon trade in price for my car. When I picked up the van they missed placed the check and ended up giving it back to me then I had to make special trip to take it back to them. Also the van had a chip in the windshield which was not there when I first bought it, it also had a lot more mechanical issues and electrical issues than what was revealed when first looking at it. I could go on, but all in all I am not happy.

I recently purchased my eighth Ford Explorer from Steve Johnson at Zumbrota Ford. I have done business with Steve over the past 24 years because he is very customer oriented. He truly lives up to his "Dealer for the People" mantra. I have always been totally satisfied with my car buying or service experience with Zumbrota Ford. Steve's devotion to the customer is also reflected in all of his employees. As an example, Todd Fitzgibbons delivered the new Explorer to us-he was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles features and was able to explain and demonstrate the operation of the features with clarity, always being attentive to all of our questions and offering follow up tutorials at any time. Todd was willing to spend as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with the vehicle operation. Further, three days after we took delivery Todd called us to find out if we had further questions and how we liked the new car. Gregg Thompson, the finance guy at Zumbrota, was equally helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain our finance options as well as extended warranty options. He also was very deliberate in making sure we had a good understanding of the finance aspects of the purchase. Again, taking as much time as we needed to gain the understanding and make our decisions.. Zumbrota Ford makes the car purchase and service experience very pleasurable for us. I truly enjoy my visits. It all starts with owner Steve Johnson, who is a person of high integrity and true interest in the customer and that mindset is reflected throughout the dealership. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been shopping for a new car for a while and just kept getting the run around from most dealerships that I had visited. I decided I would try one more place and went to Zumbrota Ford. The first person I met was Drew and he was very pleasant and friendly. We initially brought in our 05 Ford for and evaluation of a noise it was making. After the service department evaluated it Becky from the service department was explained in great length what was wrong and the cost to repair and told us it was not road safe to drive without the repairs. I have been living on the edge since my purchase of a new 2014 Ford Edge in April 2014. Best driving car ever. It was very difficult to part with my Ford Escape, but after driving my new Edge, I know I made the right choice/decision. There is no stopping me now!The minute I walked into the showroom until I walked out with a new Edge, I was treated with kindness, respect, friendliness, and courtesy. Bob "Chevy" Chevalier was so helpful and what a guy!. Kind, considerate, congenial. I had never met him before, yet he made me feel like we had been friends forever, and now are. We got to know each other personally and professionally. Bob is very knowledgeable of all the Ford products and was very helpful in making sure I got the features I wanted and within my price range. Bob explained all the ins and outs of the Edge before I drove off the car lot. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He made my car shopping experience a rewarding one!!Adam Daher went above and beyond the call of duty for me. He made sure I got the financing I needed and the best plan for me. Adam took the time to show me three different options, what my payments would be per month, and the "extras" I could purchase. I fully understood the financial aspect of my purchase after Adam got done explaining them and felt I made the best choice for me. The staff at Zumbrota Ford was extremely friendly and helpful. As a woman shopping for a car alone, I expected to be shown vanity features but was pleasantly surprised and pleased when the very first thing Richard Jack did was to lift up the hood of the car and explain the safety features present within the motor itself. In addition, Adam Daher was present one evening when I showed up after closing (I thought they'd be open until 8 PM, my mistake), and he was willing to take a look at my trade-in. And Gregg Thompson answered all of my questions as he led me through the financing process.

We have always purchased our vehicles from Todd Fitzgibbons as he is very knowledgeable and very caring and concerned about his customers and making sure they are happy with their new vehicle. What an amazing experience! My credit is not so hot but I desperately needed a different vehicle. Something safe, reliable, and affordable. I filled out the application online and Bruce immediately called me to set up a time to meet with Bob. Adam worked on finding me financing. I thought I might be able to get an older used car. Instead, I drove away in a 2012 Chevy Sonic only 41,000 miles!

We found one we liked, and the process was so smooth, that we were out of there in a couple of hours with a brand new vehicle! We came into Zumbrota Ford looking for a vehicle because we were dealing at another dealership and they weren't willing to work with us. Ty went above and beyond to locate just the right exact vehicle that we were looking for at a reasonable price. They were also willing to give me a fair price for my trade-in. Our visit to Zumbrota Ford was a good one ! My wife and I went in on a Saturday and it was clearly on a lot of other buyers minds to visit this dealer ~~ they were very busy. We were greeted as soon as we walked in offered coffee and a place to sit, someone would be with us shortly. Bob came to us and sat us down at his desk in their newly remodeled (currently being remodeled). He was very friendly and helped us through the process each step. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I had resently filed chapter 7 and needed a new car so she could get back and forth to work, we called Zumbrota Ford and talked to Adam who explained everything we needed to do to be excepted for credit. Bruce like Adam then walked us through the process that Zumbrota Ford uses to help customers with bad credit. We then worked with Bob on the car we qualified for and my wife test drove the car with him, he checked lights, windows, heater and other things in the car, she said it was a very good experience ! Matt did the paper work when we were excepted for credit and explained everything so we knew what was expected of us and what we could expect from Zumbrota Ford. From the minute we got there we were treated like they had known us our whole life,very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Zumbrota Ford to any and everyone I know !!!

I first purchased a 2013 Ford Focus back in October of 2012. My experience was very successful at that time. At that time I had the opportunity to work with Greg for the Business part, Matt Moore was my salesman, and also Tim had test drove my other vehicle. Everyone at that time was great to work with when purchasing the Ford Focus. Just last week my fiance and I had decided to trade the 2013 Ford Focus in for something a little bigger so she had decided to look at a Ford Escape. Not knowing that I would be able to get into a brand new 2014 Ford Escape until Adam in the business department had told me the next day that I could get into this with payments that would fit my budget. Matt Haass was our salesperson that did a very wonderful job at showing us what we were going to be getting into and it was a beautiful vehicle. Not to forget that both times we were approached by Steve Johnson who had promised us that his people would take of us and which all of them including Kristin during our last visit. I would recommend Zumbrota Ford to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle new or used.

My experiences with Zumbrtoa ford has been beyond what I ever could have imagined. I'm single and was really nervous about trying to do a car deal on my own. I went to Zumbrota Ford 2.5 years ago for my first experience and they walked me right through it. I was able to get into a lease. This past week my lease was up so I went back and again they sat down with me and helped me figure out what's was best for me. This is my third automobile purchase from Zumbrota Ford, and was completely satisfied. In a constantly evolving world, it was nice to experience the business consistency that many companies lack. Everyone was super nice to us. They listened to what we wanted and needed in a vehicle instead of pushing the most expensive models. Tim and Adam really know what they're doing when it comes to paper work, everything was smooth and they answered all of my questions confidently. Todd was an excellent salesman, very personable. We had a trainee salesman with us during the sale, which can sometimes be awkward but was not the case for us. After hearing Zumbrota Fords commercial on the radio all the time we decided when it was time for our next vehicle purchase to give them a chance. From the second we walked into the door to the time we drove off the lot in our newer vehicle the way we were treated was amazing! Every single person we came in contact with treated us with friendliness and respect the 2 people we dealt with most were Matt (our salesmen) and Adam, who did the financing for us. With very less then perfect credit we never thought we would be able to get approved for a loan, not only were we approved for a loan but for one at a bank that will help our credit scores and for a large enough amount to be able to purchase the vehicle we came in to buy. Thanks Adam for working your magic! =) Matt was very, very helpful at answering all our questions and had the knowledge and friendliness to make our experience very positive. Bruce who went over our online credit application was very friendly and kept us informed on what was the process.We have bought several vehicles in the past and this is the best experience we have yet to have. Needless to say, we already know where we will be going to make our next vehicle purchase and like we talked about with Matt after paying off our loan we currently have we are hoping our credit scores come around so the next time we come in we will be walking out or should I say "driving out" with a brand new vehicle! The first day I stopped in looking for a truck the next available dealer came to me. It happened to be Bob Chevalier. He went over different used truck options and showed me the ones in the price range I was looking for. Test drove to of them and narrowed it down to the one. He discussed everything dealing with the paperwork and said I could hold the vehicle until I was ready to purchase. Tim Dolan allowed me to ride along in our car that we were going to trade in as well and was very nice and gave us a fair deal on our trade in. On the day of purchase, everything went very smooth and quick, toured the facility, and the finance part went very smooth with Gregg Thompson, where he went over different options and worked with what we wanted to pay to get us the vehicle. We got a chance to meet Steve Johnson, who was very nice and thanked us for our business. Overall, the dealers and dealership were very good and I would recommend to anybody looking for a vehicle.

All the staff members were friendly, relaxed, and cordial. I felt as welcome as if I was visiting a friend's home. There was no sales pressure, just a helpful atmosphere. I was not kept waiting as so often happens at dealerships, but was treated with such respect I felt great being there. Both the salesman and the finance officer couldn't have been more helpful. Even though Zumbrota is 100 miles from my home I will go back there next time I need a car.

Checked out there site online seen a truck looked nice so thought would go check it out Ty was driving it around the lot looked at it drove it and seemed like a nice truck. I cannot afford big payment right now so a used one would work they checked our credit and it worked out. Great overall experience did not take that long either real good buying experience. Was not even sure if could get it done worked out. So if you have great credit you can.

I was very please and suprised by the service I recieved at Zumbrota Ford. I frist called Zumbrota Ford to talk with a sales represenative and was put in contact with Richard Jack. He was able/wiling to answer any questions over the phone before I decided to head over to Zumbrota to check things out. Once I arrived I was greeted at the door with a smile and hand shake by Richard. He was very patient, and was more concerned about me finding a car I liked verses a car I thought I could afford. Again he was very attentive to my needs, offering me something to drink several times, popcorn, and agian listening and answering my questions. He was very informed about the sales and what would work for my buget and the kind of car I wanted or needed. Once it came to to finical aspect of the car and getting finiancing he kept checking on the progress of things. Zumbrota Ford was very busy on 12/28 and he made me feel like I was the only one in the dealership. I would be honored to business or refer someone to Richard again. Thank You.

We came to Zumbrota Ford on the recommendation of a family member due to an accident in which our car was a total loss. We found a car on the internet that we thought would fit our budget and our family so we set up a visit. Todd greeted us right away by helping us find a place to park as they are under renovations to make the facility a better experience but once inside you quickly realize it's the people and not the building that makes a dealership tick. Todd got our information and got Matt involved in the financing aspect of the sale while we took the car for a test drive once we got back and had a tour of the building we met with Matt to go over the numbers and all we can say is WOW as Matt was able to come in under budget and put us in our 2010 Taurus. Todd and Matt and the rest of the staff made us feel right at home, the atmosphere at the dealership is light and fun-filled with the salespeople laughing and having a good time at a place they clearly like like to be at. Kudos to Zumbrota Ford and thank you for helping us when we needed it. We will absolutely recommend Zumbrota Ford to all of our friends and family.

Just brought home my new Edge and Kristin, Matt and Gregg were great to work with. No high pressure sales during the entire process. Kristin was always able to answer my questions via email very quickly! Matt knew everything about the car and how things worked! Very friendly dealership. This was my second time purchasing a car from Zumbrota Ford. I don't know who does the hiring of the sales people a Zumbrota Ford, but they know what they are doing. Drew O'Rourke was great and very good at what he obviously likes to do. EVERY person there from the sales, finance, techs, and I mean everyone was superb and didn't miss a beat. My wife and I actually felt welcome and even though we have less than stellar credit, we drove away in the perfect car for our family. If you are not shopping for a used car at Zumbrota Ford, you are probably hating life right about now.

I have another reason to be happy, thankful, and jolly this year. We bought our first brand new car ('14 Ford Explorer) from Todd F. and Drew O., and it was a smooth and easy process. We explained what we wanted and they listened. When we were negotiating they went above and beyond what we thought. We tried other dealerships and didn't receive a tenth of the service. This was the third vehicle that we purchased from Zumbrota and the second that Todd was our salesman.
