1-owner, low-mileage 2007 Shelby GT500 Mustang. One of only 338 produced in Alloy Metallic, this 2007 Mustang is a muscled up modern pony car with over 500hp to back up its mean looks. Sold new here in the Seattle area, this GT500 has been taken to 11 with the addition of Ford Racing, Roush, Corsa and Steeda performance upgrades. The car has never been tracked and shows in superb condition throughout. Straight from the factory, GT500s pack 500hp with SVT performance brakes and suspension, but this Mustang's only previous owner deemed that to be underperforming and had the ECU reflashed for performance management, installed a Steeda intake and supercharger pulley, and added a visceral Corsa exhaust. The factory Tremec 6-speed manual transmission was also upgraded with a Ford Racing short shift kit. To handle the extra performance, a Ford Racing suspension has replaced the SVT suspension, Roush rear control arms were added and the front brakes were replaced with a performance Baer Extreme brake kit. In the cabin, this GT500 showcases power adjustable leather SVT sport seats, Shaker500 premium audio system, 6-disc CD changer, optional Sirius satellite radio, auto-dimming mirrors, aluminum pedals and a black Ford Racing shifter. Other notable features include GT500 badging and bodywork, fog lamps, rear decklid spoiler and 18 SVT wheels wrapped in ultra-high performance Eagle F1 tires. Original MSRP for this GT500 was $43,765 plus the cost of performance modifications. We have a binder of information on file with this GT500 that includes the original window sticker, Certificate of Authenticity, performance upgrade information and signed Carroll Shelby plaque.
