The Kia K5 was introduced for 2021, and it offers a competitive set of standard infotainment features, good cargo space and a comfortable ride. The K5 is Kia's replacement for the midsize Optima. The base LX trim comes standard with cloth upholstery, manually adjustable front seats, remote keyless entry, 16-inch alloy wheels, an 8-inch touch screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, a six-speaker stereo system, HD Radio and two USB ports. When the LX was new, the only notable option was a remote engine-start feature.
