Sam Pack's Five Star Ford was a pure pleasure to deal with for my new truck. Everyone was very helpful answering any questions I had and making sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the vehicle. They took a lot of time explaining how all of the features on the truck worked and even delivered the truck to me when I decided to add another option at the last second after going to pick it up. I have received phone calls over the last couple weeks making sure I was satisfied and didn't have any questions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

The entire process was awesome. I started off with Phil and then Erick took over and they were both great gentleman. Top topics that helped them get a 5 star are as followed: 1. Personal walk through video of the truck 2. Financing was easy and signing online was a breeze 3. Personal pick-up at the airport in the truck was the best. 4. Arriving at the dealership with welcome arms. 5. Last Finance person was wonderful, but forgot her name. 5. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Sam's Pack your team rocks. *However, I did notice that the truck we purchased for my son was showing 38,000 which we purchased for, but next day it showed 37500.00 online.

The best service department with awesome customer service. Purchased my SUV at another dealership in Irving(Westway Ford) they referred me to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford and so glad they did. My Clay Young himself was patient with me even though I was a little frustrated that the other dealership gave me the run around. Mr Clay Young kept me updated daily until my vehicle was repaired . I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Mr Clay Young.

I have to give 5 Star Ford - Carrollton a 5-star rating. I recommend shopping them if you are looking for a vehicle or if you need service. They did a good job working with me as I looked to mitigate some of the risks of a used car purchase and they were open to taking additional steps in solidifying the details of my deal. My sales person, as well as members of leadership, made a real effort to make me feel that the purchase was fair. Based on my interactions thus far, I also think they have a solid service department. I shop around fairly aggressively, & couldn't beat their offer. I will look to do business with them again in the future.

I had a recall that needed to be ASAP prior to storing and shipping my truck. I called a few dealerships, but none could help me due to the short notice. That however changed with Sam Packs Five Star Ford. I called and spoke to Clay. I explained my situation to him and he told me to show up first thing the next day. When I showed up, Clay was there to greet me and went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle, even though they were extremely busy. My expectations of customer service were blown away by the amount of professionalism and hospitality Clay provided. If only every business had someone that would go above and beyond to help customers. If you ever need anything done here, call and speak to Clay. My wife had appointment at 8:00 AM for the Auto Butler service. She said that the front inside door panels were new and hadn't been treated. They did the best job ever on her explorer. The inside was great! They did a excellent job on the door panels. The outside was the best ever, yes I'm picky. There was just a little wax splatter at the base of the windshield and hood most would never see it on a silver car. The tires and wheels Good. The black trim was great. I even checked the roof and it was also good.

I didn't have a specific Appt. but was told "after lunch" would be all right when I called. Total time in the waiting room was approximately 2 hours and 1 air filter was replaced in addition to the Inspection. I was able to complete my annual renewal on line so the Inspection was properly reported.

Experience was good. Stopped in about a month ago to test drive F150s. Came back a few weeks later to make the purchase, but timing wasn't right given where I was on my leased vehicle and residual value. I returned this week once everything was in order to turn in my lease vehicle and make the purchase. Chris followed up well, and stayed in contact throughout the process. Once the sale was complete, Lupita was great with accessories, and even better at overdelivering the time it took to install them the next day.

Initial phone call was what brought us in. Very helpful and not condescending when my wife called. Was disappointed when the gentleman providing shuttle would not shuttle me. So I took uber. Upon picking car up from the recall work I received the complimentary car wash but low tire pressure light was on. Really? That went unnoticed? Overall not completely sure I'll return.

I was favorably impressed with Eddie Sauceda's demeanor. He was very polite, efficient, and he asked the shop to wash and vacuum my car after it was serviced. That may be a small thing to the dealership, but to your clients, it's huge, and makes us leave feeling that you care for the customer. I walked in with an appointment with Mr. Laray Wilson to discuss a specific vehicle. I had bank financing in the works on my own but also wanted to explore other financing options to get the best rates, etc. Mr Laray was diligent and upfront in his dealings with me. I felt reassured I was dealing with quality people. The General Sales Manager was very helpful and courteous a, Mr Abby Berry. They took time to explain options cause I had some business specific requirements the sale had to meet while staying in budget.The finance person Mr. Bill Alton was thoroughly detailed in his processing of my actual loan. A great team effort that completely exceeded my expectations compared to when I walked in feeling so uncertain and anxious. I left impressed and so very thankful my give them a chance turned out with such a great outcome.

We took our 2013 Ford Mustang to the Sam Pack?s Five Star Ford dealership in Plano, TX for an Auto Butler treatment (exterior finish maintenance), plus an oil change and tire rotation--since it was already there. We?ve had this service performed before with no problems. Here?s where things started to go ?off the wire?:1.)On Wednesday, we got a call from the Service Adviser (SA) telling us the battery ?failed inspection? and needed to be replaced, which we authorized.2.)Then we got a follow-up call from the SA telling us that the wiring harness from the battery to the transmission had to be replaced because acid was leaking (but not from the battery???) and it was our fault for not replacing the battery after three years! (We suspect it was a bad battery from the factory as it?s never been replaced; plus, there?s no time-limit on batteries!) The SA said that, since we had an extended warranty (which we don?t), we would only be responsible for a $100 deductible. At this point, we had to go to the dealership to see exactly what was going on.3.)A different SA (more experienced and training the initial SA) showed us the damage and told us that he had contacted Ford and got them to pay for the cost of the harness, less the $100 we had to pay (so it had nothing to do with our non-existent warranty). On the plus side, he had already placed the parts order and said our car would be ready on Friday.4.)On Friday, the second SA called to tell us that Ford had sent the wrong part but that they hoped to receive the correct one on Saturday and have the car ready on Monday.5.)The car was ready on Monday. I asked the second SA if he?d deduct the cost of the new battery, since I suspected it was defective. He couldn?t, but said he?d give me the oil change and tire rotation for free--about half the cost of the battery. I was satisfied, paid, and got ready to leave the dealership.6.)When I got in the car, the low tire-pressure indicator light was still on! The second SA took the car and had the tires checked (which should have been done earlier IMHO). Then, he examined the tires and said ?they are wearing ?funny??! What does that even mean?! He said we?d check the wear again in six months but I?ll probably go somewhere else for that.All in all, I?m bewildered by this experience. The car is only three years old so we haven?t had any major problems, but this event is concerning.I don?t know whether I?m more concerned that the car will start to develop more serious problems or the Service Department needs to work on their ?bed-side manner.? The more-experienced SA was great (and did what he could to make me happy) but he needs to train the initial SA on his communication skills.

12.17.15 I normally do not write negative reviews as it doesnt accomplish much but this is ridiculous ! This is the Third time in one year that I have had my 2012 Focus in for transmission malfunctions, I know I probably should have traded in after 2nd time; Customer Service is not very helpful - they do not call you about the status of your car (had to call 3 times first day and still they could not provide me with a status i.e. out to lunch, cannot locate tech, nothing in system regarding car), called 2nd day and again they cannot locate the transmission tech or he is out to lunch and still not status on car). WTH ! I need to know what is going on with my CAR !!!! I will not buy or use Ford again. Once/If I get my car fixed and back I will definitely be trading for completely different model.

Worked with LaRae Wilson in Used Cars and he really treated us right. The truck I wanted was being looked at by others and he still held it for me until I had a chance to look it over too. I tried to purchase two used vehicles today, a nice pickup for a pretty fair price and then an ole Bronco with some needs. I can say that Erin Kemper was a blessing to work with and we were ready to sign.... But, once the deal went up the chain of command it got destroyed. My rating is based on our experience today being very disappointing because we really needed to work out a deal. Our sales gal deserves 6+ STARS though.

The online department responded to my inquiry for a new Expedition promptly and answered all my questions. They gave me a good deal and completed the sale very quickly. I am very pleased with my experience.

The sales person was excellent! He contacted me right after I requested the info about the car, showed me the car and gave more options to choose from.

I wrote a more detailed review and cars.com apparently lost it. The main idea is - start your car search here! This was the last place my husband and I looked after a frustrating week of car shopping. We called ahead and talked to Jason Graham. The car we wanted to see was there when we arrived. We were able to test drive, have all of our questions answered, and take the car to be checked out by our own mechanic. The price of the car was much lower than it's book value and it was in perfect condition. The buying process at Five Star Ford was so easy and they really went above and beyond to provide good customer service. Next time we need a car, we will be going here first!

I spent a week searching for a quality used vehicle, hours on the internet and visiting various dealers. By the end of the week, I was tired and frustrated. I'd met one dealer who wouldn't let me take his car to an independent mechanic for inspection, driven an hour to another dealer who claimed to have sold the car I was coming to see since I'd called an hour before, and seen more than my fair share of seriously flawed vehicles. It was Saturday evening and my husband and I, hungry toddler and baby in tow, dragged in to Five Star Ford Plano to look at one final vehicle. I'd called ahead to Jason Graham and he brought the vehicle right out. It was in perfect condition. Within minutes we were able to take a test drive. Other salesmen helped entertain our toddler and let him get in the showroom vehicles and pretend to drive. Since we loved the car, Jason let us take it home for the weekend to be inspected by our mechanic Monday. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. The car passed inspection with flying colors and the buying experience was just as easy. Everyone there went out of their way to answer all of our questions and get us everything we wanted. Best of all, the car was priced well below it's book value and there was no need to haggle back and forth. I highly recommend starting your search at Five Star Ford and avoiding the trouble of other dealers.

I stopped into Sam Pack's Plano to test drive a Mustang GT and met Corey White. Corey gave me great service knowing that I was still shopping and also knowing that a new GT Premium was probably beyond the budget I wanted to spend. He knew the GT in and out and took the time to explain the car to me in as much detail as I wanted. He also printed some information for me on high performance driving track days that he organizes, which I plan to get involved in! In the end I didn't buy from Sam Pack's, I opted for a pre-owned GT Premium w/ manual - something they did not have available at the dealership. But I would recommend Sam Pack's and Corey specifically for someone considering a performance oriented Ford.

Don't go there. I had 2 bad experiences, shame on me for going back!!! The person that helped us applied for credit with Ford when all we had requested was for our credit score. They use some shady tactics of sale. Save yourself some time and headache and go to Ford in Frisco.

Having thought long and hard about acquiring a Mustang, I went to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford. I'm very old-school about things like customer service and quality of products and was completely impressed with all of the gentlemen who helped me at this dealership. After test-driving a couple of vehicles, Mike found the one that truly satisfied my soul. Then he went to bat for me and got a reasonable trade in on my used vehicle. He kept the whole process easy and pleasant, introduced me to various people at the dealership that I would be coming into contact with, and made sure I was well taken care of. When I went back a couple of days later for the Sync class and to get the windows of the Mustang tinted, I was delighted to have some time with Kevin who showed me hands-on how to use the nifty features of my new car (that's how I learn best!) Kevin and I had a long talk about customer service and how important it is to any business. Thomas got my window tinting done beautifully and I didn't have to sit around after the class and wait for it to get done. I just couldn't be any happier with my total experience at Five Star and would send any of my family or friends there. As a matter of fact, my sister bought a Fiesta there a few months ahead of me and she's the one who referred me there!
