Based on the size of the Honda CR-V's cargo area, you should easily be able to fit a twin mattress with no difficulty. When you fold down all the rear seats, the total cargo space measures 75.8 cubic feet. The rear seats are equipped with spring-loaded and auto-folding mechanisms. The cargo area is 73 inches wide and 180.6 inches long, providing ample space for a standard twin mattress that is 38 inches wide and 75 inches long, with extra room to spare. To fold the seats down, there is a lever located in the rear of the vehicle on the left side (driver's side) that you can pull.
