If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can submit a request to obtain a full or partial refund of your vehicle history report within 14 days after your purchase. If the refund request is not received within this timeframe then you will not be eligible for a refund.

Valid refund reasons:

  • You received an empty report;
  • You can't open your report or receive an error message;
  • You were charged twice for the same report.
