Sorry, but the 2018 Kia Sportage doesn't come with adaptive cruise control. However, the base model LX does have a Technology Package option that includes forward collision warnings and automatic braking to help avoid accidents. While adaptive cruise control allows the driver to set speed and following parameters independently, the automatic braking in the Sportage uses radar to monitor and adjust the distance between your vehicle and the one ahead. If you go for the EX trim, you'll get all the features of the LX with the Technology Package included. The SX Turbo model comes with both packages as standard features.
