The hybrid battery in our 2014 vehicle has only been able to last half of the 20 miles promised since 2016, which is very disappointing. This experience has made us decide that we will not purchase another Ford in the future.

I am currently at a car dealership service center in Austin, Texas on March 10, 2023. The cost to replace the battery is $220.
