First, uncover the radiator by removing the covering. You will find screws underneath, which are holding the grille to the car. Remove these screws and keep them in a safe place for later use. Then, take out the bolts securing the bumper and the ones fastening the tow hook. Set these components aside, ensuring that any covers are also removed. Proceed to attach the mounting brackets onto the front of the car based on the instructions in both the car owner's manual and the grille guards documentation. Once the brackets are in place, align the grille guard and use the saved bolts to secure them. Reattach any covers and connect all the parts together to finish the installation process.

Install the lower brackets and hardware onto the grille guard to add a brush guard. Get assistance in positioning the bar correctly. Ensure the bumper aligns with it. Secure the brush guard and mark the bumper or bumper cover. Use a die grinder and cut-off wheel to remove the marked plastic. Test-fit the guard again and continue trimming until the mounts on the frame of the brush bar sit properly. Label the holes on the bolts, drill them, and add a washer to each one. Insert the guard through the holes. Attach the top mounting brackets through the grille and tighten all mounting bolts securely.
