The 2013 Nissan Rogue offers an extended warranty of up to 10 years or 120,000 miles for CVT repairs, replacements, or related towing services. The transmission is a vital component of the vehicle, and issues are likely to arise over time. Problems such as gear sticking, transmission fluid leaks, jerking, delayed shifts leading to acceleration issues, and hard shifts can occur, indicating potential transmission troubles. Additionally, slipping, shuddering, and strange noises from the transmission may signal the need for maintenance. It is recommended to replace the transmission fluid every 30,000 to 60,000 miles to ensure optimal performance. Neglecting maintenance can result in unpleasant sounds and complications such as a worn-out torque converter, causing headaches for vehicle owners.

Nissan informed me that the 2013 Rogue does not come with an extended warranty. I now have to pay $4,200 for my Nissan that I purchased 2 years ago and am still making payments on!!! My mileage is only at 109k. I have submitted a complaint and will be lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my state's Attorney General. This is completely unjust. Nissan, your actions are unacceptable!

I received information from Nissan that the extended warranty does not cover my daughter's 2013 Rogue, which has 107,800 miles, and that replacing the CVT transmission will cost $4,500. We also verified this information on Nissan's website. This situation is quite unreasonable!

On January 19, 2021, the original warranty for the transmission of the 2013 Rogue was for either five years or 60,000 miles, whichever happened first. Nissan has now updated the warranty to cover ten years or 120,000 miles instead.

Nissan did not increase the power train warranty for the 2013 Rogue as I confirmed with them over the phone! Kindly update your records. Appreciate it!

I'm having trouble locating the extended warranty information for the 2013 Nissan Rogue on the Nissan website. Could you provide me with the direct link to where I can find the extended warranty details for the 2013 Nissan Rogue?

Nissan needs to inform their mechanics about the new updates to the car warranty so they are aware of the changes and can properly assist customers who purchase their vehicles.

I own a 2013 Nissan Rogue S and unfortunately, I've had the transmission fail on me twice now. This experience has left me highly disappointed, and I have decided that I will not purchase a Nissan vehicle in the future.

Has anyone uncovered the real story behind this issue? I drive a 13-foot Rogue and the CVT is causing a loud noise and shaking. I brought it to a mechanic, thinking it was a problem with the wheel bearings or axle, but was informed it's an internal transmission issue and to take it to a transmission specialist. With my car out of commission, I'm unable to afford the cost of over $4000 for a rebuilt transmission.

Nissan is not knowledgeable about the 2013 Rogue at all. Instead, they redirect you to the webpage for the "class action settlement." This reflects poorly on Nissan's reputation, suggesting they do not support their vehicles. If they did, they might find themselves in a difficult situation.
