The Rear Park Aid in the Ford F-250 is a safety feature that provides help when parking by alerting you if something is too close to the back bumper. An audible alert will sound. To activate it, use the steering wheel controls to find the settings option on the display screen. Scroll through until you see Driver Assist, then select Rear Park Aid. If you see "Check Rear Park Aid" on the screen when you shift into Reverse, it means the system is turned off. If you still see this message after turning it on, or if the alert sounds without any objects nearby, there may be an issue with a sensor.

The Ford F250 is equipped with a rear park aid system that emits a sound to warn the driver of obstacles near the back bumper. If you see the "Check rear park aid" message while driving in reverse without the system active, you can easily turn it back on in the car's settings.
