The XLS and XLT models had P235/70R16 tires, while the NBX, Eddie Bauer, and Limited models had P245/65R17 tires. It's worth noting that although the wheel bolt pattern is the same for all models, the tires and rims may not be easily interchangeable because the latter models use a 17-inch rim while the former use a 16-inch rim. Regardless, all versions of the 2004 Explorer have a bolt pattern of 5x114.3 with a 70.6mm center bore. Each wheel is secured with five lug nuts that have a thread measuring 1/2" - 20 UNF.
The 2004 Ford Explorer has a wheel bolt pattern size of 5 x 114.3 millimeters.
The wheel pattern for a 2004 Ford Explorer is 5 lug with a 4.5-inch spacing and a 114.3mm diameter. It also has a high positive offset.
