Inspect the fuse located under the hood. I encountered a similar problem and resolved it by replacing fuse 18, the mini fuse for the R/C Dual Battery Isolator Module. You may also want to examine fuse 71, the mini fuse for PEPS BATT. A blown fuse was the cause of my issue. Hopefully, this information proves useful to you.
