I disconnected my car's fan system a while ago during some custom work on the front grill. When I tried to reconnect it a year later, the fans wouldn't shut off and went into default mode, running at 100% all the time. I think the motor housing came apart when I disconnected it and might be causing the issue. Do you think the problem is with the motor or the control module, or possibly both?
