The 2017 Chevy Tahoe uses a 9005 bulb size for its daytime running lights and high beams, and an H11 for the low beams. You can opt for HID or LED bulbs, but they will cost more than the regular ones, around $2.50 for 9005s and $8 for H11s. To replace them, follow these steps similar to other Tahoe models: unscrew the two 10mm bolts securing the headlight housing, remove two bolts from the grill, then take out two 7mm bolts from the fender liner. Use a flat-head screwdriver to detach the clips from the fender. Once the fender lining is off, remove the last 10mm bolt. Finally, pull the headlight housing from the top to access the bulb for replacement.

To make sure the headlights for the current model of the Tahoe work properly, you'll need to use 9005 bulbs for the high beams and H11 bulbs for the low beams.
