The 2013 Ford Fusion does not come equipped with a bleed valve. However, if it did have one, it would likely be located behind the shield on the left side of the engine. A bleed valve is designed to control the flow of fluid by applying pressure from one side of the valve to the other. The price of a replacement valve can range from $2 to $18.
