  The fuel filter for the 2018 Ford F-150 can be found on the inner side of the left front rail, in close proximity to where your feet are positioned.

  I just replaced the spark plugs, but my vehicle is still stalling and won't go as if it's running out of fuel. Could it be a problem with the fuel filter, and if so, where is it located?
