The 2007 Honda Accord comes with a 5 x 114.3 mm lug pattern and is typically paired with 18 or 20-inch wheels. The offset for this setup is 55 mm. It's not recommended to use a 5 x 115 bolt pattern on this vehicle as it won't align correctly. Interestingly, the rims designed for the Accord can sometimes also be used on the Honda Civic, which shares the same size and bolt pattern.
