In the 2008 Toyota Highlander, the cargo space measures 10.3 feet without using the seat area, and 95.4 feet with the seats folded down. To increase the cargo space, you can fold down the seats by locating the panel on the floor, lifting it up, pulling the lever on the left side of the seat, and pushing it down until it folds into place with a click. After that, push the panel down and close it up. To return the seats to their upright position, you just need to push the seat down slightly to release the lock and then pull it back up.
