The 2007 Ford Explorer can fit 5 people in the standard first and second-row seating found in the Limited, Eddie Bauer, or XLT trims. But, if you opt for a third-row option, all trims can hold 7 passengers. The Limited comes with a manual folding third-row seat as standard, while it's optional for the Eddie Bauer and XLT trims. You can also choose to have a power folding third row on any trim level. The second-row seats can be ordered as a 60/40 split bench with recline adjustment or as two bucket seats with a center console. The third-row option is always a 50/50 split, positioned higher than earlier models to give kids a better view.
