The lug nuts on a 2018 Ford F-150 truck are sized at m14 X1.50 threads and have a 22 mm hex size. Rust or corrosion on these nuts can lead to them breaking off, potentially causing issues with the wheel connection that could result in vibrations affecting steering. It is crucial to use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts properly to the manufacturer's recommended torque without overtightening, to avoid any mishaps. The wheel's bolt pattern refers to the layout of the mounting holes. To determine your vehicle's bolt pattern, measure from the center of one stud to the outside of the second stud, skipping a stud in between, to get the accurate measurement.

Here's a paraphrased and unique version: They measure 21 millimeters, and Ford has never used a 22 millimeter nut before.

I can't make changes to my answer on this website. The stock wheel stud is 60 millimeters long, and the lug nut requires a socket size of 13/16-inch or 21 millimeters.

Yep, so you got this 21mm aluminum shell situation, right? Well, inside it, there's a 20mm nut. If you try to use a 22mm, you're just gonna mess up that aluminum cover. Ended up having to head to the tire shop for help, spent three hours, and went through three different sockets. Man, what a headache, that design is just plain dumb.

The Lugnuts are 13/16 inches in size. Using a 21 mm socket could fit, but it may cause small marks on the lug nut.

the measurement is equivalent to a width of 21 millimeters.

Can anyone confirm the stock measurement? It seems to be around 60mm according to the information on Dorman's site, but I'm not certain if this is correct.
