In the Toyota Corolla, the control for the windshield wipers is located to the right of the steering wheel. The car has 26-inch wipers on the driver's side and 16-inch blades on the passenger's side. To quickly clear mist from the window, pull the stalk up to the "Mist" setting and let go. The wipers will make one pass. To keep the wipers moving constantly, push the stick all the way down. It will click into place and move rapidly. To adjust for lighter rain, move the stalk to a lower position. This will reduce the wiper speed and frequency. You can also manually set the wiper parameters by turning a separate dial near the main control stick, which has three white lines indicating low, medium, and high operation.

For Toyota Corollas made between 2009 and 2015, you'll need a 26-inch wiper blade for the driver's side and a 16-inch blade for the passenger's side. However, for models from 1993 to 2008, the passenger side wiper is 18 inches long instead.

If your car was made in 2009 or later, you'll require wiper blades that are 26 and 16 inches long. For cars made before 2009, the only change is that you'll need an 18-inch blade instead of a 16-inch one for the passenger side.
