The 2008 Honda Civic comes with 6 3/4" speakers in the car door, which can be a bit tricky to replace with aftermarket ones. Typically, you'll need an adapter plate to fit either 6 1/2" or 5 1/4" speakers. Upgrading your car's speakers is a great way to enhance the audio quality. To further improve sound, consider adding an amplifier to boost speaker power. Swapping out the head unit can also provide more control over sound settings with a more advanced equalizer.
The 2008 Honda Civic comes with 6-3/4 inch speakers for the front door and rear deck corners.
I checked the information online and it said the speakers were 6 3/4 inches so I purchased them. Although they can be adjusted to fit, I think the actual speaker size should be 6 1/2 inches.
What is the extent required for the back speakers?
