To restart the immobilizer on a Ford Fiesta Mk7 so that the car can start normally, you'll require your key fob. Begin by locking and then unlocking the car. Then, leave the vehicle in the ON position for 30 seconds so it can re-recognize your key fob. If this doesn't work on the first attempt, repeat the steps. If the issue persists, it could be due to a problem with the battery.

To re-sync the immobilizer on a Ford Fiesta mk7, it's important to first lock and then unlock the car. After that, keep the key in the on position for at least half a minute to allow it to reconnect with the car.

Replace the F27 7.5 fuse located in the engine compartment.

I'm experiencing a similar problem. I recently replaced the engine in my car, and now, after just a day, it's showing an immobilizer fault and won't start or even attempt to crank over. The mechanic is suggesting that the issue lies with the faulty wiring loom, which is puzzling to me since the car was running perfectly fine before the engine swap. Any assistance or advice would be greatly welcomed.

Understand that checking the diagnostics has no relation to messing with the wiring system or trying to deceive.

Hello, could you assist me with my 2012 Ford Fiesta (model MK7)? I'm experiencing a problem where the engine won't start even though the battery is fully charged. This issue occurred after I replaced a severely worn-out battery. Additionally, the display is not showing the mileage, and there is a rapid red flashing light. I've already replaced fuse F27 and the 7.5 amp fuse, but the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure to inspect the Immobilizer fuse to see if it has blown. The fuse you need to check is labeled as F16 and can be found in the fuse box located behind your glove compartment.
