Hold down the TPMS RESET button (found below the steering wheel) on your 2019 Chevy Equinox until the TIRE PRESSURE light flashes 3 times, then release. This action will reset the tire pressure sensor. If the tire-pressure warning light illuminates, don't disregard it, as you may have a flat tire. Low pressure could be due to a leak or the natural loss of pressure over time. In colder weather, tire pressure can decrease even if initially filled properly because matter compresses in the cold and expands in the heat. This change in pressure can trigger the low tire pressure alert light.
