The 2014 Ford Escape offered three trim levels with various tire choices. The 1.6 EcoBoost model came with a 235/55R17 tire at 32 PSI for both front and rear, a unique feature as other vehicles may have different pressure settings. Additionally, the 1.6 could also use 235/50R18s and 235/45R19s, both at 30 PSI. The 2.0 Ecoboost defaulted to an 18-inch tire, but could also accommodate 17 or 19-inch options. The 2.5i model came with a default 17-inch tire, mirroring the options available for the 1.6 model.

Here's a paraphrased and unique version of the text: I own a 2014 Ford Escape with 235/55/18 tires. Can I use 235/55/17 tires on the same wheels, even though they are a different size?
