The 2008 Ford Focus comes with a wheel bolt pattern of A4 lugs spaced X108mm apart. It was originally equipped with rims that were either 5.5 inches wide by 15 inches in diameter or 6 inches wide by 16 inches in diameter. The rims are secured to the hub using M12 X1.50 lug nuts with a 19mm hex head and torqued to A85 ft/lbs. It's important not to over-tighten the lug nuts to avoid potentially warping the rotor. Over time, the wheel hub assembly bearing may fail, requiring replacement at a cost of around $135 to $170 each. Labor costs for replacing each hub at a dealer or repair shop can be as high as $120.
