I'm also experiencing an issue with code 14 on my 1kz te diesel engine. The check engine light comes on when I accelerate to around 3k RPM or reach speeds of about 100km/h. Could this be related to the TCV? The check engine light goes off when the RPM drops to around 1k, but the car struggles to accelerate when the light is on. It feels like the fuel supply is being interrupted.
