The Ford F-150 did not have cabin air filters until around 2013 or 2014, meaning your vehicle does not come equipped with one. Instead, you will only need to focus on the engine air filter. While there may be a mesh barrier to prevent larger debris from entering the HVAC system, it does not filter out things like pollen and dust from entering the cabin.
