In the 2014 Ford F-150, you can find the flasher relay on the right side of a relay block next to the steering column under the dash. To access it, simply remove the lower dash panel. Most vehicles use a flasher, also known as a relay, to control their hazard and turn signal lights. This component acts as the on/off switch for the flashing lights. If your turn signals or hazard lights are not working properly or stay on, it's likely a sign that the flasher relay needs to be replaced.

Based on my investigation, it appears that the flasher relay positioned behind the instrument panel functions as a speaker for emitting sound. However, I have not yet located the relay.
