In the 2006 Dodge Ram, the fog light relay is located in the fuse box beneath the vehicle's hood. To access the fuse box, you need to open the hood and secure it in place. On the right side of the engine compartment, there will be a black case with a visible seam. Opening this case will reveal the fuse. The back of the case lid will have a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If the diagram is not present, you can refer to the car's owner's manual. Once you identify the needed fuse, simply remove it. Check if the thin metal strip connecting the two raised sections is intact; a broken strip indicates a faulty fuse that needs replacement. If the strip is intact, the fuse is still functional and can be reinserted. Replacement fuses are relatively inexpensive, usually costing around 10 dollars.
