As an American, I would put it this way: On a 2014 Toyota Camry, the fuel filter is located under the car, attached to the main fuel line after the fuel pump. It's recommended to replace the fuel filter every 22,500 miles or when the fuel filter counter on your vehicle alerts you. To replace the filter, first drain any water by turning the yellow valve to release it. Then, use a wrench to remove the filter, replace it with a new one, and tighten it securely. Prime the fuel filter by turning the key partway to activate the fuel pump before starting the engine. You should hear the fuel pump working, which means fuel is circulating properly to protect your engine. Once this is done, you can start your car.
