In your 2003 Ford F-150, the radio fuse can be found in the interior fuse panel under the driver's side of the dashboard, situated to the left of the steering wheel. When replacing the fuse, it is important to use one with the same amperage rating to avoid damaging the components. Putting in a higher-rated fuse can lead to further issues when it blows again. If the fuse is intact and the radio still isn't working, you may need to reset the head unit. One way to do this is by disconnecting the negative battery terminal for approximately 10 minutes, which will reset all the electronic systems. If this doesn't solve the problem, you may need to consider replacing the radio unit.
