In a 2012 Ford Focus, you can typically find the horn positioned behind the battery, mounted on the inside fender, near the grill area. If you lie down and look up from underneath on the driver's side, near the radiator and under the headlamp, you should be able to spot it. If you're not hearing the horn, check fuse #33 in the engine compartment fuse panel. Additionally, if you see that the horn is unplugged when viewed from underneath due to corrosion at the terminals, simply plug it back in securely until you hear it click into place.
