Getting to the PCV valve of a 2012 Ford Fusion is no simple task. It's integrated into the intake manifold, so you'll need to remove the intake, alternator cooling tube, air filter box, fuel rail, splash shields, throttle body, a significant portion of the wiring harness, as well as the serpentine belt, power steering pump, and windshield washer reservoir tube. This complex process is necessary to access the PCV valve in the intake manifold. It's a challenging job that requires determination and patience, not for the faint of heart!

The PCV valve can be found at the back of the driver's side valve cover. Rotate it counterclockwise and be cautious when removing the 2 tabs inside the hole of the valve cover.

Sorry, buddy, the problem is located near the front air intake, so be prepared for a tough task. When I found this issue on my 2012 Ford Fusion, I knew the engineer had made a poor design choice and got rid of it immediately.
