Shizzle

The coolant temperature sensor on a 2014 Chevy Cruze Lt can be found on the left side of the engine, just beneath the camshaft position sensor. It's essential to drain the coolant before taking out the sensor to avoid splashing. It's recommended to let the car sit for at least four hours overnight for the coolant to cool down. To drain the radiator, you will need a T20 torx bit and a driver to take off the plastic shield underneath the radiator. The drainage point is on the right side of the radiator, so position a container beneath and open the valve, hoping most of the liquid flows into the container. When removing the temperature sensor, detach the metal spring clip first, then gently pull out the sensor and disconnect the electrical plug.
